尚未圆满的城市化进程——城市科学视角下的半城市化研究综述

2011年以来,"半城市化"逐渐超越了原有的农村流动人口问题,逐渐演化成为当下我国城市化进程中的综合性问题。在人口上表现为农村流动人口在城市的社会融合问题,在社会管理上表现为二元户籍制度下流动人口公共资源占有问题,在经济上表现为"刘易斯拐点"的争论,在城市文化上表现为网络舆论、城市文学中的人文因素缺失和城乡关系紧张。     

基于学生关键能力培养的高职“应用写作”课程行动导向教学实践探讨

高职学生关键能力培养主要有整体、基础、渗透和独立四种策略。作为高职基础课的＂应用写作＂在实现培养学生的写作及表达能力这一课程能力目标之外,还可以从渗透策略角度出发,运用行动导向教学法培养学生的沟通能力、合作能力、创业能力、掌握信息技术等关键能力。     

The privatisation of public schooling in New Zealand

This paper examines recent privatisation practices in New Zealand public schooling. The standard political rhetoric is that free publicly provided schooling is guaranteed by statute. This position may be challenged by reference to two apparently insignificant practical examples of the way in which policy gives effect to privatisation in public schooling: (1) the commissioning of national assessment strategy policy advice, and (2) the award of contestable funding for the provision of support services to schools. It is argued that such practices advance neoliberal theories of schooling at the expense of the previous social democratic liberal settlement. The paper considers some possible consequences of increased privatisation of policy advice and service provision for understandings of and commitments to public schooling.     

试论公众考古学在中国建立的基本原则和模式

公众考古学即走向公众领域的考古学,它旨在让更多的公众了解到考古学的价值和意义,实现文化遗产保护与社会发展的双赢.在中国建构公众考古学应以对文化遗产的传承为伦理基础,以保护现有的考古资源和文化遗产为现实考虑,以公众对文化遗产知识的掌握为人文基础,将参观考古现场、出版科普图书、大众传媒的参与等多种模式相结合.     

Urban teachers’ perceptions of inclusion of migrant children in the Chinese educational institution: a comparative study

Recently China has been undergoing an unprecedented urbanisation process which has resulted in millions of rural families living in urban areas. As part of a study of Chinese migrant children's educational experiences, surveys and interviews were conducted with primary school teachers in a metropolitan city in East China. The objectives of this study were to describe teachers’ perceptions of migrant children's education in both migrant schools and in public schools, and to investigate differences in their beliefs between school types. Results found that urban teachers’ perceptions of educational inclusion of migrant students were slightly negative in general. However, teachers in public schools showed significantly more positive attitudes to inclusion of migrant students than migrant school teachers. In the light of these findings, the paper concludes with implications for practice and policy for education of migrant children in China.     

昆汀电影中的“狂欢化”特征

巴赫金的＂狂欢化＂诗学理论,开辟了研究文学艺术的一个新视角。随着消费经济的逐渐发展,许多大众娱乐也都蒙上了＂狂欢＂的面纱。其中,昆汀塔兰蒂诺的电影,常被评论者赋予＂叙事狂欢＂的标签。本文试图从影像的狂欢、结构的狂欢、大众参与的狂欢三方面对昆汀电影中体现的＂狂欢化＂特征进行分析。

组织设计是确定适合组织的战略、组织成员、技术和组织任务等组织结构的过程。组织设计五项经典原则一直在组织设计中发挥着指导性作用,但在组织设计过程中,对一些关键因素,如:组织战略目标、组织环境变化、组织的成长性与稳定性、组织的核心能力、组织的可塑性、组织所处环境的文化价值观等仍是我们在组织设计中要给予重视的关键因素。

目前,我国存在低不起诉率现状。改革和完善我国检察官的不起诉裁量权应当全面认识自由裁量权的价值和可能被滥用的倾向,通过扩大检察官不起诉裁量权的适用空间、改革不起诉的运作程序、建立和完善不起诉裁量权的制约和救济制度等措施,使检察官不起诉裁量权更加丰满,运作程序更加简化和规范,以体现其应有的价值和立法意旨,充分发挥其在构建和谐社会中的作用。
