浅析工程教育认证中教育目标的达成——以肇庆学院制药工程专业为例

文章在工程教育专业认证的背景下,从教育目标的制定、关联、达成和评价四个方面对制药工程专业教育目标进行评价,评价结果均为良好。

Re-conceptualising authority relations in education: a micro-situational approach

ABSTRACT

This article explores the conception of authority relations in the classroom that are implicit in some examples of related policy documentation in Scotland and England. We argue that the importance of the constitutive role of the micro-dynamics of face-to-face interaction in classroom settings is neglected in documentation of this type. We explore this claim with reference to examples of policy in two jurisdictions of the United Kingdom, namely The Donaldson Review and The Standards for Registration in Scotland, and policy-related guidance from England on improving discipline in schools and pupils’ behaviour. We also consider how authority relations are conceptualised in a recent article that has made a significant contribution to the literature in the field. Finally, we present a theoretical account that counterbalances prevailing approaches to authority relations in the classroom. We suggest that authority is continuously negotiated, challenged, accepted, defined and ultimately constituted in and through the dynamics of interaction amongst pupils (and between pupils and teachers).

基于工程教育认证背景的勘查技术与工程专业毕业实习

结合勘查技术与工程专业的特点,毕业实习由分散实习调整为集中实习,统一组织安排。将校外实习与校内实训相结合,所要求的实习环节能够顺利实施,较好地完成毕业实习任务,达到了该课程的毕业要求,满足了工程教育认证的要求,取得了良好的实践教学效果。     

语讳生成与权力话语——中国古代语讳的人文阐释

语讳是世界各民族普遍存在的心理现象。但是,语讳又是社会现象,语讳的产生和发展总是和语讳赖以存在的社会息息相关。因此,只有联系古代社会和汉民族独特的文化心理,用社会学、文化学等诸多人文学科的多维视角,才能把握中国古代语讳独特的人文内涵。     

Pre-figurative practice and the educational leadership of Sir Alec Clegg in the West Riding of Yorkshire,England (1945–1974)

ABSTRACT

This article recalls a time when local government infrastructure was strong and a Chief Education Officer's (CEO) vision could be realised across a region, in Clegg's case the West Riding of Yorkshire, one of the largest of the pre-1974 counties in England. It is timely to revisit Clegg's educational leadership and practice from 1945 to 1974, as a valuable source of learning, and challenge to the current ideologically-informed policy rhetoric which has undermined the framework of democratic educational decision-making. The authors identify four possible areas to learn from Clegg's work. Firstly, the need for CEOs or their modern-day equivalents or successors, to consider their potential as political and community leaders; secondly, Clegg's leadership style prefigures some of the recent discussion about the leadership of public services in uncertain times; thirdly a re-evaluation of administration and bureaucracy; and lastly the need for supportive partnerships to enable schools to thrive.     

Scale of Pedagogical Authority Meanings in the classroom (ESAPA) for Ibero-America built on the opinions of teaching students

Students’ perceptions of teachers as authority figures affect teaching-learning processes. This quantitative instrumental study encompasses the design and assessment of the psychometric properties of a Likert scale (the Scale of Pedagogical Authority Meanings in the Classroom¹ –ESAPA) that examines these perceptions. The scale underwent an expert assessment and was applied to 913 university students from four Ibero-American countries. After the factor analyses, the goodness-of-fit indices revealed that the four-factor correlated model fitted the data well. Thus, the scale is a reliable instrument to spot the meanings attributed to pedagogical authority.     

自动化专业工程认证的研究与分析——以郑州大学为例

工程专业认证作为专业建设的有效手段在国内已经得到政府、高校、学生和社会的广泛认可,近年来,已有二十余所高校的自动化专业通过了工程专业认证。 文章基于国际工程专业认证标准分析郑州大学自动化专业在工程认证过程中培养目标、毕业标准、课程体系的修订和改进,强化“自动化专业导论”,调整“复变函数与积分变换”教学内容和加强实验实践教学等四个方面进行分析,从而使课程体系更加有效地支撑毕业标准的要求和培养目标的达成,为其他参与自动化专业工程认证的高校提供借鉴意义。     

论国际刑事法院管辖权与联合国安理会职权的关系

常设国际刑事法院的建立牵涉到许多国际法律问题,其中,如何处理国际刑事法院管辖权与联合国安全理事会职权的关系,是学者们和各国政府争议最大的问题之一。若在国际刑事法院的运作中赋予联合国安理会过大的权力,将会使国际刑事法院受到安理会政治影响的制约,并将损害法院的司法独立性和公正性;若完全撇开安理会,又不符合国际社会的现实。尽管《国际刑事法院规约》确定的管辖权在一定程度上限制了联合国安理会职权,但是安理会仍然对国际刑事法院具有重大的影响。
