From trust to control – the Swedish first teacher reform

In this study, the implementation of the Swedish first teacher reform, where especially skilled teachers get an opportunity to advance in their careers, is examined. The scene is an upper secondary school, Baxter High, in the southwest of Sweden. In this particular school, a new system with first teachers replaces an old system of so-called head teachers. The teachers’ response to this is multilayered: at the same time as it reveals an unwillingness to change everyday work rhythms, it is also a response to cultural change, and to change in the discourse of political life in Baxter High. The implementation of the first teacher reform results not only in a change in administrative categories, but also in a change in ideology, intertwined with and embedded in the cultural and social life of the school. In this article, the authors connect the first teacher reform to the neoliberal transformation process that the Swedish educational system has undergone over the last three decades.

Escape rooms as tools for climate change education: an exploration of initiatives

Abstract

In the last years we have observed a growing interest in the use of gamification approaches for climate change education. While most practices are related to digital gaming, there is a new trend which is still academically unexplored: escape rooms. The main objective of this paper is to serve as an initial exploratory study in this field by identifying and analysing climate change-related escape rooms. For that purpose we carried out a web search and a qualitative content analysis. A total of 17 initiatives are described and compared, unravelling their main audience, country of origin, topics, scenarios and objectives covered. The paper also highlights what escape rooms can offer to climate change education: experiential and immersive learning, problem solving and critical thinking skills, and a sense of collaboration and urgency.

价值取向在社会变迁的时期引导人们重新塑造价值观念.本文分析了广西龙胜平安壮寨在旅游开发之后发生的社会文化变迁,论证了旅游开发对传统村寨的社会文化影响,并说明了这种变迁深层次原因是价值取向引导重新塑造了当地居民的价值观念.     

论教师依法执教

依法执教是指教师要根据法治原则严格依法律规定开展教育教学活动，是教师教育学权法法治化的体现。依法执教要具备完备良好的教育法律制度，健全的教育行政执法，学校法治化管理和教师自身的法治素质等条件，因而有一个过程，但教师应着眼未来，努力做到依法执教，衡量法执教的标准不是道德标准，而是法律标准，主要包括教师评资格合法，教育教学符合法目标，教育教学内容和形式符合法律要求，依法行使教育教学改革权和学业成绩评价权，维护教育教学秩序，确保未成年学生安全以及尊重学生权利等。     

一种基于模糊规则的分布式OA专家系统模型

通过对CORBA、分布式、多agent、模糊聚类、OA系统、专家系统以及决策支持等技术的分析 ,提出了一种基于模糊规则的分布式OA专家系统模型 (DOAES) .在该模型中 ,决策者的知识和经验经处理转化到知识库中 ,从而使系统具有自适应和自学习能力 .DOAES模型成功地应用在招商引资管理系统中 .     

我国高校教师差异化聘用格局的表现、成因及评价

教师是高校的核心战略资源。近年来,高校教师差异化聘用趋势明显。差异化聘用表现为三种模式:一是不同职业发展轨迹下长聘轨教职和普通轨教职差异聘用;二是不同薪酬分配模式下年薪制教职和岗位薪酬制教职差异聘用;三是不同合同聘期下终身教职和任期教职差异聘用。差异化聘用源于一系列强制性因素和诱致性因素的共同作用。强制性因素主要是政府主导的教师聘用制改革所带来的自上而下的强力推动;诱致性因素主要是教师身份趋于多元,以及大学职能扩展和绩效管理所带来的自下而上的路径探索。差异化聘用三种模式交叉、共存,体现了教育公益、教师私益和高校绩效管理的有机结合,值得肯定。但也应警惕可能引发的过度市场化倾向、“精英”“普通”教师疏离、效率与学术不平衡等负面效应。     

Driving change from ‘the middle’: middle leading for site based educational development

ABSTRACT

Educational researchers have invested much in isolating the specific ‘drivers’ that influence school change and teacher professional development. In this vein, this article draws attention to necessarily situated understandings of practice development through research into the nature of ‘middle leading’ for site based education development in one primary school district in regional Australia. Drawing on practice theory, the analysis reveals how developing and sustaining change in schools is contingent on middle leaders’ insider knowledge, shared responsibility and capacity to sustain and ‘drive’ teachers’ learning. The article argues more situated understandings of middle leading practices are essential for sustainable educational reform.     

中国近代妇女运动对社会变迁的影响

近代中国妇女运动的历史向人们揭示,妇女运动是作为人们改变社会现状的重要手段而兴起的。其在发展过程中,往往与传统社会中的群体利益、行为规范、思想意识等方面发生冲突。经过激烈斗争,取得直接的或是间接的成果。其成果主要表现在两个方面,一是女性的社会地位得到某种程度的改善与提高,两性关系的错位逐步得到纠正,性别群体利益不断得到调整。二是妇女运动在整个社会产生了强大的冲击波,对人们的价值观念、行为准则和生活方式发生着重大影响,使人们逐步接受某些新事物,产生某种新共识。妇女运动的影响,往往从局部展开,由点向面扩散,从量变发展到质变。这是一个社会重新整合的过程,也是社会变迁的历史过程。     

载铁改性沸石吸附剂去除含氟水中氟离子的研究

研究了用三氯化铁改性的沸石在水中的除氟性能．对使用条件及除氟机理进行了研究．并对洗脱、再生后的吸附荆进行吸附柱实验．结果表明，该吸附剂对含氟水中的氟具有吸附容量高、速度快、选择性高、易洗脱再生的特性．多次洗脱再生后的吸附剂可重复使用，吸附剂性能稳定，吸附剂机械强度高．该吸附剂的静态饱和吸附容量可达26．57mg(F^-)／g(吸附剂)．
