教育电视频道经营策略分析

本文依据整合营销理论，通过对电视媒体“节目、观众、时段”这三大核心要素的三维分析，结合教育电视特点，提出了“整合教育电视资源→提升观众忠诚度→提高观众到达率”的改善教育电视频道的经营路径；同时提出了“准确定位、品牌制胜，科学编排、营销观众，活动造势、衍生产品开发”的教育电视频道经营策略。     

Power duality for multi-antenna OFDM system in broadcast channel with user scheduling

This paper deals with design and analysis of user scheduling and power allocation for multi-antenna OFDM systems with DPC, ZF-DPC, ZF-BF and TDMA transmit strategies. We consider the general multi-user downlink scheduling problem and power minimization with multi-user rate constraints. According to the channel state, it is shown that there is a power optimal policy which selects a subset of users in each scheduling interval. We present user selection algorithms for DPC, ZF-DPC, ZF-BF and TDMA for multi-antenna OFDM system in broadcast channels, and we also present the practical water-filling solution in this paper. By the selected users with the consideration of fairness, we derive the power optimization algorithm with multi-user rate constraints. We also analyze the power duality of uplink-downlink for the transmit strategies of DPC, ZF-DPC and ZF-BF. Simulation results show that the present user-scheduling algorithm and power minimization algorithm can achieve good power performance, and that the scheduling algorithm can guarantee fairness.     

Integrated criteria for covert channel auditing

A new concept, the security level difference of a covert channel, is presented, which means the security level span from the sender to the receiver of the covert channel. Based on this, the integrated criteria for covert channel auditing are given. Whereas TCSEC （Trusted Computer System Evaluation Criteria） or CC （Common Criteria for Information Technology Security Evaluation） only use the bandwidth to evaluate the threat of covert channels, our new criteria integrate the security level difference, the bandwidth sensitive parameter, bandwidth, duration and instantaneous time of covert channels, so as to give a comprehensive evaluation of the threat of covert channels in a multilevel security system.

低压电力线信道特性分析

一种基于最小均方误差的无线局域网信道估计算法

在基于IEEE 802．11b标准的无线局域网中,提出了一种基于最小均方误差的自适应信道估计算法。通过已知码片的训练,可快速准确地估计出系统信道参数。仿真结果表明,在典型的JTC—OfficeA多径信道模型下,该算法可保证良好的系统误码率性能,在信噪比为8dB时,误码率就已经小于10^-4;此外,算法的估计误差仅需20-30个码片的训练就快速收敛,从而大幅降低了算法复杂度,是一种简单实用的算法,便于硬件实现。

OFDM系统改进的迭代联合信道估计与符号检测算法

在正交频分复用 (OFDM)无线通信系统中 ,系统的吞吐量和数据速率受到导频因素的制约 ,这种情况在高速移动环境下尤为明显 .本文提出了一种改进的迭代联合信道估计与符号检测算法 ,以提高系统的吞吐量和数据速率 .首先降低导频功率来提高系统的吞吐量 ,然后在一个OFDM符号内 ,通过迭代进行的信道估计与符号检测来提高系统的误码率 .每个OFDM符号的初始信道估计值取自上一个OFDM符号的信道估计 ,从而该算法能有效地跟踪衰落信道的变化 ,因此导频的数目可以大大降低 .仿真结果显示 ,与传统的迭代算法相比 ,本文提出的算法能提供更好的误码性能 .
