体验成功是指学生在体育教学中,完成某项动作技术后产生的一种自我满足、自我肯定的积极愉悦的情绪状态与成就感的心理状态,它是激发学生积极心理机制的重要因素。在排球教学过程中,通过教师运用有效激励、增强自信及如何面对挫折等教学法,让学生不断体验成功与成功的乐趣,对于学生树立明确的学习目标,建立成功的信念,克服挫折的决心,充分发挥个人潜能以及尽快地掌握排球基本技术、技能都将起到一定的促进作用。

在北京奥运赛场上,汇聚了世界顶级的艺术体操精英,使我们领悟到细节的成功孕育着成功的必然.通过对国内外国际裁判的调查和访谈,世界强队的长盛不衰都有着相同的经验:在竞赛中追求场上成套动作的完美诠释;在训练上重视专项基础阶段中动作细节的训练,认真落实训练大纲,重视对国际评分规则的研究和国际裁判员的培养,这些都是世界艺术体操强队成功的关键.根据多年来对我国优秀运动员的跟踪调研,比较世界艺术体操强队,我国必须加大后备选手的储备量、认真负责地抓好后备选手的基础训练、推进国际裁判的重点培养,才能促进中国艺术体操队整体水平持续提升.

北京奥运会,菲尔普斯一举取得8枚金牌,创造了一届奥运会打破7项世界纪录、两届奥运会14块金牌总数的奥运传奇,成为国际社会热议的焦点。从“精神解剖”和“物质解剖”两方面来探寻菲尔普斯创造奇迹的原因,认为菲尔普斯的成功为我国游泳项目发展提供了有益的借鉴和启示。     

Performing under pressure: Exploring the psychological state underlying clutch performance in sport

Clutch performance is improved performance under pressure. However, little research has examined the psychological state experienced by athletes in these situations. Therefore, this study qualitatively examined the subjective experience underlying clutch performance across a range of sports (e.g., team, individual) and standards (Olympic to recreational athletes). Sixteen athletes (M_age = 27.08 years; SD = 6.48) took part in in-depth, semi-structured interviews primarily after an exceptional performance (M = 4.38 days later; SD = 3.14). Data were analysed inductively and thematically. Clutch states involved 12 characteristics, including heightened and deliberate concentration, intense effort, and heightened awareness, which distinguished the experience of clutch from other optimal psychological states such as flow. Other characteristics, such as perceptions of control, were also reported and supported previous experimental research on clutch. These findings present in-depth qualitative insights into the psychological state underlying clutch performance, and are discussed in relation to the existing literature on optimal psychological states in sport.     

The experience of watching baseball games in Korea: an analysis of user-generated content on social media using Leximancer

The current study explores international tourists’ experiences of watching professional baseball games in Korea. Total 152 reviews posted by tourists on TripAdvisor were analyzed through Leximancer, a computer program used in the qualitative content analysis. The software identified three dominant themes of tourist experiences: the distinctive atmosphere of Korean professional baseball games, the diverse services in the stadium, and fanatical cheering behavior for the team. Moreover, it revealed that international tourists were generally positive toward the culturally distinctive style of Korean professional baseball games. This study suggests that the professional sports of a travel destination can be a form of providing international tourists with pleasurable experiences and a way to learn about the distinctive Korean baseball culture.     

中介式调节作用在肥胖青少年锻炼经历与锻炼行为之间的关系研究

运用结构方程模型对均衡决策和自我效能在锻炼经历和锻炼行为中的作用进行分析,探讨肥胖青少年锻炼行为与锻炼经历、均衡决策、自我效能之间的关系.结果显示:均衡决策、自我效能在锻炼经历和锻炼行为的关系中起中介作用;自我效能对锻炼经历与均衡决策的关系,以及均衡决策与锻炼行为的关系起调节作用;均衡决策的中介效应受到自我效能的调节,并且均衡决策也是自我效能和锻炼行为关系的中介变量.自我效能对锻炼行为起间接中介作用,调节了锻炼经历与均衡决策、均衡决策与锻炼行为之间关系的作用轨迹和特征,促进了锻炼经历对锻炼行为的预测作用,影响了肥胖青少年的锻炼行为.     

Measuring the value of theatre for Tyneside audiences

What values do theatre and dance hold for audience members? And how do these values differ between subsidised, amateur, and commercial performance? This paper addresses these questions through a survey of over 1800 spectators for theatre and dance in Tyneside in northeastern England, as well as a parallel set of focus groups, in the spring of 2014. These methods, which are designed for comprehensiveness and comparability, are being used across Europe by the Project on European Theatre Systems, a working group of theatre sociologists. Our research showed two sets of values which performances achieved; one was a common measure of performance quality, while the other described the values particular to subsidised work. This allows us to articulate both the general value of the arts and the particular values which subsidy (attempts to) facilitate. This has implications for both understandings of cultural value and for cultural policy, as the distinction between the two groups was not clean. We also found that amateur theatre participated in the same value system, but with an increased emphasis on loyalty and community cohesion. The paper concludes a methodological reflection on the use of quantitative methods in theatre studies.     

国内邮轮旅游体验质量测量及其提升研究——以广西北海——越南下龙湾海上邮轮旅游航线为例

打造高品质的独特旅游体验是发展邮轮旅游的关键之一。广西北海——越南下龙湾海上邮轮旅游航线是目前我国唯一一条正在运营的跨国海上旅游航线,在对南宁、桂林、北海3个一级客源市场和邮轮乘客进行问卷调查的基础上,文章对该航线游客体验质量进行了测量,并据此总结出国内邮轮旅游体验质量提升的一般性策略。     

欧洲足球五大联赛市场治理的经验及对中国的借鉴

本文应用文献资料法、数据分析法,以欧洲足球五大联赛2017/18赛季经营状况为载体,从职业足球俱乐部内部经营和市场环境两方面讨论和研究治理做法和经验,从而指出五大联赛市场平稳有序和职业足球俱乐部可持续发展的经验。从我国足球国情出发,结合五大联赛市场治理经验,探索中超联赛市场治理创新,研究认为：创新治理主体结构,形成“三位一体”的治理格局,明确中超治理主体责任;创新职业足球市场治理体制,提高中超市场自治能力和水平;创新职业俱乐部内部治理体系,创造职业足球俱乐部健康可持续发展生态;创新治理价值体系,打造足球产业经营全产业链,创造中超市场盈利模式。
