浅析"快乐训练法"在中学校田径队业余训练中的运用

学校体育是学校课程体系的重要组成部分,学校业余运动队的训练,则是学校体育的一个重要组成部分,是培养体育人才的重要途径。为了提高学校业余运动队的成绩进行有效业余训练,让队员在训练中感到苦而不疲、累中有乐、乐趣无穷,始终保持乐观向上的良好状态,在泗门镇中学田径队运用了“快乐训练”的方法进行业余训练,收到了良好的效果。

音乐美是音乐家通过主观能动性的创造,把现实生活的美,特别是人的思想情感加以集中、提炼和升华,并运用赋予独创性的艺术形式加以体现的产物。这种客观存在的美,需要以审美的眼光加上心理的想像去认识、洞察、把握。音乐审美在音乐欣赏中占有重要的位置。

Measuring the value of theatre for Tyneside audiences

What values do theatre and dance hold for audience members? And how do these values differ between subsidised, amateur, and commercial performance? This paper addresses these questions through a survey of over 1800 spectators for theatre and dance in Tyneside in northeastern England, as well as a parallel set of focus groups, in the spring of 2014. These methods, which are designed for comprehensiveness and comparability, are being used across Europe by the Project on European Theatre Systems, a working group of theatre sociologists. Our research showed two sets of values which performances achieved; one was a common measure of performance quality, while the other described the values particular to subsidised work. This allows us to articulate both the general value of the arts and the particular values which subsidy (attempts to) facilitate. This has implications for both understandings of cultural value and for cultural policy, as the distinction between the two groups was not clean. We also found that amateur theatre participated in the same value system, but with an increased emphasis on loyalty and community cohesion. The paper concludes a methodological reflection on the use of quantitative methods in theatre studies.

健全慈善组织的监管机制,既是增强慈善组织的公信力的内在要求,也是促进我国慈善事业健康发展的必然选择.在这方面,美国、英国、加拿大等发达国家已形成了比较成熟的经验.科学的慈善组织监管机制是一个相互补充、有机结合的多重监管体系,它主要包括政府监管、慈善组织行业协会监管、第三方评估机构监管和大众媒体监管.借鉴发达国家的经验,要完善我国慈善监管机制,就必须准确定位政府监管职责;加强慈善立法;加强慈善组织自身建设;培养社会监督力量.     

养老保险改革的国际经验与我国的现实选择

“统账结合”的养老保险制度在我国已经运行十几年时间,存在代际不公平、个人账户空账运行以及老龄化背景下财务不可持续等问题。本文试图通过分析世界养老保险改革的演进过程中积累的经验,为我国养老保险改革提出相应的建议。     

美国研究型大学职能发展演变的经验

本文从大学职能的角度,总结了美国研究型大学职能发展四个方面的经验:不断强化"科研为主"的职能,把"纯科学"的基础研究与应用研究有机结合起来;强调教学职能,传承自由教育传统,以通识教育和整合教育对本科教育进行重建;不断拓展社会服务职能,从被动的服务到主动的市场化创业;正确处理各种职能关系.这些经验对我国一流大学的建设具有重要的指导意义.     

The role of emotions in student teachers’ professional identity

This paper presents findings of a qualitative interview study of the role of emotions in the professional identity of student teachers. Strong positive and negative emotions (mostly related to pupils and supervisors) were expressed about personal teaching experiences. The results confirm that emotions play an important role in social learning and, therefore, influence the development of professional identity. The two most important findings were that negative emotions exercised the strongest influence and that supervisors neglected the role of positive emotions as a support for learning. The study supports the concept that it is important for teacher educators to help student teachers understand their emotional experiences (focusing foremost on positive factors in their experience) and to develop the ability to express their own emotions in addition to understanding the emotions of others.     

新中国成立初期知识分子改造的基本经验与启示

新中国成立初期,中国共产党贯彻"团结、教育、改造"的知识分子改造方针,通过对从旧社会过来的知识分子从最初实行"全包下"的政策,到初期的理论学习、"知识分子洗澡"、"人人过关"思想改造运动、参与革命实践活动等多种方式的全面改造运动,造就了新中国的知识分子队伍,增强了知识分子对新中国国家政权和中国共产党的政治认同和国家认同。这一改造过程对当前我国正在推进的"四个全面"战略布局,实现中华民族伟大复兴具有启示意义。
