采用均匀设计SP调查的出行方式选择建模与敏感性分析

本文采用均匀设计的方法设计了关于出行方式选择的SP调查方案,考虑到影响因素随出行者和出行方式的变化有所差异,建立以不同出行方式为效用基础项的条件logit模型,验证了模型的有效性并对模型进行了标定,从多个角度对模型标定结果进行了分析。最后计算了各种出行方式对于各种因素的弹性值,分析了方式选择概率对于各种影响因素的敏感性。研究表明,小汽车出行方式对各种影响因素的敏感性较高,证明了从交通需求管理政策入手引导出行者从小汽车转向其他出行方式的可行性。     

Role of authenticity and perceived benefits of online courses on technology based career choice in India: A modified technology adoption model based on career theory

In this digital era, it is important to make a wise course choice since the building blocks of a career starts from choosing the career-specific course. With the number of online courses available, it is tough to differentiate a relevant career-focused course from a mediocre one. Hence, the authenticity and validity of a particular course influence the career choice of individuals. The other important factor is perceived benefits. Additionally, an increasing number of educational businesses has already integrated or plans to integrate social media applications into their marketing plans to reach and attract future students, thus showing a shift from traditional ways of marketing. As the nature of this study is both purposive as well as probabilistic, a mixed method approach has been chosen. The study consists of two phases: the exploratory research process consisting of the literature review, the semi-structured interviews with information technology professionals to form the questionnaire and hypotheses. The researchers found that through personal inputs strongly influence the learning experiences, authenticity and perceived benefits of a course plays the most important role in the individual’s decision to adopt a technical course. The practical and research implications have also been discussed.     

政府补贴对企业技术选择的影响机制

通过构建政府补贴背景下企业的技术选择模型,分析政府对企业的补贴与对消费者的补贴如何影响市场上现存企业和新进入者的技术选择决策。研究证明,政府补贴可以（1）增加新技术产品的需求量从而提高新技术市占率;（2）在消费者对新技术产品的偏好与成熟技术产品无显著差异时,使新技术产品需求量实现从无到有的突破;（3）通过价格传导机制使企业和消费者同时获益;（4）提高企业开发新技术时的风险承受能力及使用新技术的利润水平;（5）在不同情况下提升或降低社会总效用。     

新一轮农地确权对农户生计策略选择的影响——以苹果种植户为例

土地是专业化农户最重要的生计资本,而地权不稳定抑制农地租赁市场培育,不利于刺激生产性投资,从而影响农户生计策略选择。因此,本文利用陕西和山东等2省6县762户专业化苹果种植户的调查数据,实证检验新一轮农地确权改革对农户生计策略选择的影响机制。研究发现：农地确权颁证提高农业经营收入,降低非农工资性收入,促使农户生计策略倾向于农业型。与未确权户相比,确权户选择农业型生计策略的概率显著提高55.58%。在影响机制上,一方面,农地确权颁证通过扩大土地经营规模,促进农业型生计策略选择的提升;另一方面,农地确权颁证通过显著改善农地可交易性和地权稳定性预期,激励生产性投资,从而引导农户选择农业型生计策略。根据上述研究结果,可得如下研究结论：改善农业经营者生计可持续性的关键在于改善农户土地要素可得性,鼓励农业长期投资,提高农业经营收入,而这依赖于以农地确权颁证为主要措施的农地产权制度改革。     

Effects of acute exercise,dehydration and rehydration on cognitive function in well-trained athletes

This study investigated the effects of aerobic exercise, fluid loss and rehydration on cognitive performance in well-trained athletes. Ten endurance-trained males (25 ± 5 years; 175 ± 5 cm; 70.35 ± 5.46 kg; VO_2max, 62.95 ± 7.20 ml · kg.min^?1) lost ~2.5 ± 0.6% body mass via continuous cycling exercise at ~65% peak sustainable power output (60 min duration) before consuming different beverages (Water = W1 and W2, Sustagen Sport = SS, Powerade = PD) and food ad libitum on four separate occasions. Cognitive function using a four-choice reaction time task (CRT), body mass, fluid consumption volumes, urine samples and subjective ratings (alertness, concentration, energy) were obtained before and after exercise, and hourly during recovery (for 4 h). CRT latency was significantly reduced immediately after exercise compared to pre-exercise measures for all trials (W1 = ?16 ± 18 ms, W2 = ?22 ± 21 ms, PD = ?22 ± 22 ms, SS = ?19 ± 26 ms). However, this effect was short-lived with subsequent measures not different from pre-exercise values. No difference in CRT accuracy was observed at any time across all trials. Subjective ratings were not different at any time across all trials. Aerobic exercise, hypohydration or an interaction between these two may provide a small cognitive performance benefit. However, these effects are temporary and confined to the immediate post-exercise period.

装备制造业对立分异品牌策略研究

现阶段,我国装备制造业在参与国际竞争与分工中,一直在产业链中处于低附加价值的低端。但是一个只拥有500名员工的中国企业,在国际竞争中打破垄断,演绎了蚂蚁与大象的传奇。为探其缘由,本文由装备制造业上、下游的产业链分析入手,论证了企业要想实现利益最大化,＂品牌＂是一个非常重要的局限条件。如何实现这一局限条件呢？以沈阳高压成套开关有限公司为例,从理论上验证＂品类的对立分异＂模型是建立品牌的关键,并对此模型做出相应的拓展分析。
