整合营销传播视角下的网络化企业社会责任报告研究

创新性地提出网络化社会责任报告(E-CSR Report)的概念,从整合营销传播的视角对网络化企业社会责任报告管理进行深入研究,探讨社会责任报告制定与管理的内部规律性与规范性。在此基础上,从识别利益相关者社会责任信息需求、社会责任实践管理、社会责任信息集成与信息门户的建立、E-CSR Report的制定与营销管理等四个方面构建整合营销传播视角下的E-CSR Report管理应用框架。     

H∞ filtering for nonlinear systems via neural networks

A novel H_∞ filter design methodology has been presented for a general class of nonlinear systems. Different from existing nonlinear filtering design, the nonlinearities are approximated using neural networks, and then are modeled based on linear difference inclusions, which makes the structure of the desired filter simpler and parameter turning easier and has the advantages of guaranteed stability, numeral robustness, bounded estimation accuracy. A unified framework is established to solve the addressed H_∞ filtering problem by exploiting linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach. A numerical example shows that the filtering error systems will work well against bounded error between a nonlinear dynamical system and a multilayer neural network.     

Observer-based sliding mode control for a class of discrete systems via delta operator approach

In this paper, an observer-based sliding mode control (SMC) problem is investigated for a class of uncertain delta operator systems with nonlinear exogenous disturbance. A novel robust stability condition is obtained for a sliding mode dynamics by using Lyapunov theory in delta domain. Based on a designed sliding mode observer, a sliding mode controller is synthesized by employing SMC theory combined with reaching law technique. The robust asymptotical stability problem is also discussed for the closed-loop system composed of the observer dynamics and the state estimation error dynamics. Furthermore, the reachability of sliding surfaces is also investigated in state-estimate space and estimation error space, respectively. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the developed method.     

Stability and dissipative analysis for a class of stochastic system with time-delay

This paper deals with the stability and dissipative problem of a class of stochastic hybrid system. The system under study involves Markovian jump, impulsive effects and time delay, which are often encountered in practice and are the sources of instability. Our attention is focused on analysis of whether the stochastic hybrid system with time-delay is stochastically asymptotically stable and strictly (Q, S, R) dissipative. By introducing an extra artificial time instance, the equivalent system is obtained and the sufficient conditions are derived by using linear matrix inequality (LMI) techniques. The main results of this paper unify the existing results on H_∞ control.     

Determinants of R&D investment: The Extreme-Bounds-Analysis approach applied to 26 OECD countries

This paper investigates the determinants of R&D investment at the national level with an emphasis on the roles of patent rights protection, international technology transfer through trade and FDI, and economic growth, in addition to the essentials of human capital accumulation and the number of scientific researchers. The Extreme-Bounds-Analysis (EBA) approach is applied to examine the robustness and sensitivity of these factors.The results of the EBA tests on data from 26 OECD countries from 1996 to 2006 showed that tertiary education and the proportion of scientific researchers in a country were robust determinants that had positive effects on R&D intensity. Foreign technology inflows had a robust and negative impact on domestic R&D. Patent rights protection and the income growth rate are fragile determinants of R&D investment.     

陕西秦岭旅游景区认知与选择偏好研究

在大尺度区域旅游规划兴起背景下,本研究以陕西省秦岭旅游发展专项规划为例,基于客源群体差异角度,运用认知度和偏好度等值线图对大区域旅游景区认知和选择偏好规律进行了探究,结果表明：①成熟型和稳定型旅游景区形成认高知度聚集区,成长型和开发型旅游景区形成低认知度分散区;②旅游景区选择偏好形成聚集区和辐射区,数量选择偏好存在差异,旅游景区空间显示偏好与交通通达性密切相关;③大区域旅游景区认知度和选择偏好度存在正相关关系,形成了以认知为基础的旅游景区偏好和出游倾向。     

用户信息搜索行为与认知的国内外文献统计分析研究

基于认知理论的用户信息搜索行为研究越来越受到情报领域的重视,我们通过Science Direct期刊全文数据库搜索获得该研究方向的100多篇国外文献,并通过中文数据库CNKI获得百余篇国内相关文献,分别对国内外文献做了统计分析。总体来说,用户信息搜索行为与认知研究尚处于起步阶段,相关研究还有很大的提升空间。     

以体育提升都市文化内涵，促进上海体育——创新驱动、转型发展

上海“十二五”规划将“增强体育发展能力,塑造时尚魅力的国际文化大都市”列为未来发展的重点和目标之一。体育在塑造上海国际文化大都市中有着独特的价值,能够为上海国际文化大都市建设提供有力的文化条件和支撑。研究还提出提升都市体育文化内涵,促进上海体育创新驱动、转型发展的对策：实现都市生活体育文化的创新;实现城市体育文化发展模式的创新;通过赛事运作机制创新,形成上海体育文化品牌和特色;通过体育文化产业创新,充分发挥体育文化产业对上海城市发展的作用等。     

RFID技术与现代物流信息系统设计--兼论RFID技术在上海石化仓库智能化管理中的运用

把RFID技术与BPM相融合,分析了上海石化物流信息系统的构成和物流信息平台的功能要求与实现方法,扩展了信息系统的应用层面和管理幅度,对物流资源的系统整合和提供物流一体化服务具有十分重要的意义。     

Examining motivation of IT vendors to share knowledge with clients

To reduce information technology (IT) development costs, more firms have begun to outsource IT-related activities by partnering with IT vendors. As knowledge is a valuable asset in IT development, knowledge sharing between vendors and business clients becomes critical. However, the motivation behind IT vendors’ willingness to share knowledge with client firms is not sufficiently understood. To shed light on the nature of knowledge sharing within vendor–client partnerships, we examine the influence of performance feedback and managerial mindset on vendors’ motivation to share knowledge with their clients. We adopt a multi-method approach involving both a scenario-based field experiment with 164 vendor managers (Study 1) and a field survey of 112 vendor managers involved in IT development (Study 2). We find that when vendors’ performance exceeds their aspiration levels, they are motivated to share knowledge with clients. Such motivational effects are more pronounced for vendor managers exhibiting abstract mindsets. Our study is of significant value to researchers and practitioners, affording both groups a keener, deeper, and more robust appreciation for how knowledge sharing in vendor–client partnerships can be managed more effectively.
