协同创新背景下高校内部科研资源整合的路径分析

协同创新是建设创新型国家的战略思想,高校作为科技智力的富矿,应当在推进协同创新的历史任务中有所作为。优化高校内部科研资源是提升高校"产、学、研、用"的前提,通过建立内敛式、外援式和第三方托管式的资源整合路径,能够更加有效地推动高校与社会在科研行动中的协同创新。     

“五年一贯制”学前教育专业钢琴集体课教学探究

随着我国经济水平的提高,人们越来越重视作为“基础教育的基础”的幼儿教育,社会亟需一批高素质、高水平的幼儿教师。会弹奏钢琴是每一位高素质的幼儿教师必须具备的专业技能。针对郧阳师专“五年一贯制”学前教育专业的特点和数码钢琴集体课目前存在的问题,提出几点教学思考。     

THE IMPACT OF CROWDFUNDING ON JOURNALISM

This article analyzes the impact of crowdfunding on journalism. Crowdfunding is defined as a way to harness collective intelligence for journalism, as readers’ donations accumulate into judgments about the issues that need to be covered. The article is based on a case study about Spot.Us, a platform pioneering community-funded reporting. The study concludes that a crowdfunded journalistic process requires journalists to renegotiate their role and professional identity to succeed in the changing realm of creative work. The study concludes that reader donations build a strong connection from the reporters to the donors, which creates a new sense of responsibility to the journalists. The journalists perceive donors as investors, that cannot be let down. From the donor's perspective, donating does not create a strong relationship from donor to the journalist, or to the story to which they contributed. The primary motivation for donating is to contribute to the common good and social change. Consequently, donors’ motives are essentially more altruistic than instrumental. Thus, when the public donates for a cause, the marketing of a certain type of journalism should be aligned with the features of cause marketing. The traditional role of journalism as a storyteller around the campfire has remained, but the shared story is changing: people no longer share merely the actual story, but also the story of participating in a story process.

尊崇女性盐神的区域目前只有云南省德宏州(阿昌族)和甘肃省礼县(古称西陲)。早期秦文化是西陲"盐婆婆"神崇拜习俗最原始的文化基因,当地民众在崇拜"盐婆婆"神的同时,基于生存层面的现实性需要对其又进行规束和监管,表现为尊崇与羁绊的二元对立。     

制度变迁中农村土地集体所有权法律制度的完善

农村土地集体所有权是特殊时代下强制性制度变迁的政治产物,创制之初就与法律逻辑没有多大关系,造成目前农村土地集体所权制度运行中的诸多问题。当前的农村土地集体所有权制度改革是重新调整农村土地利益分配的诱致性与强制性并重的制度变迁过程,法律改革的核心在于在集体所有权的框架下理清农民集体的法律内涵、通过对征地制度和农村建设使用权制度进行调整以实现集体所有权在经济利益、平衡集体所有权与集体成员土地使用权的关系及完善农村土地登记制度。

英雄主义和集体记忆是战争电影建构国家认同的重要方式,但是,国家认同有双重理路,英雄主义有多元表征,集体记忆有代际变化,文章试图说明,"英雄主义"和"集体记忆"如何在这个充满张力的过程中建构不同的国家认同。

From values to virtues: an investigation into the ethical content of English primary school assemblies

School assemblies are unique and important events in the lives of schools. They are an opportunity for a head teacher to shape and celebrate the ethos and priorities of a school. However, the discussion of assemblies has stagnated because it is mired in the debate about legal compliance to the 1988 Education Reform Act and its interpretation in circular 1/94. This article reports on a research project which investigated the ethical ideas communicated in primary school assemblies. It is found that almost all assemblies sought to communicate a form of virtue ethics. We observed the promotion of courage, kindness, loyalty and responsibility. Further, different virtues were emphasised in different schools depending on their social location. For example, perseverance and resilience were often stressed in a school from a low socio-economic area. The article concludes with an examination of the implications of our findings for the discussion of legal compliance to the 1988 Act.     

澳大利亚集体谈判制度的分析与借鉴

澳大利亚集体谈判具有受劳动者强烈支持、集体劳动关系与个人劳动关系相区分、政府密切监管的特征。我国集体协商制度与其相比,存在着制度推广的时间接近、都强调政府作用、工会职能都受到限制的共同点,同时也存在制度推广的方式不同、集体合同质量要求不同、集体劳动关系对集体合同依赖程度不同的区别。借鉴澳大利亚集体谈判制度,具体可从规范政府角色定住、适当提高集体合同的审核标准、以集体合同维系集体劳动关系几个方面进行,从而完善我国集体协商制度。     

论原型批评视野下的中国四大传说

“神话原型批评”作为一种文学批评模式,研究的对象主要是原始文化,其兴起源于对人类原始思维以及心理结构的研究。在剖析原始文化时主要借用了“万物有灵”、“交感巫术”以及形成这些观念的根本——原始人的“集体无意识”。人类文化的普同性和心理的相通性让这个批评模式在中国原始文化上的运用成为可能。作为中国原始文化最具代表性的四大传说《牛郎织女》《孟姜女》《梁山伯与祝英台》《白蛇传》对这一理论的体现足以证明世界文化的多元一体。
