中国城市的选址与西部地区的城市化

中国城市都是经过精心选址以后才开始建设的,城址必须要求平原广阔、水陆交通便利、地形有利、水源丰富、地形高低适中、气候温和、物产丰盈。这些地理条件恰好是中国西部地区所缺少的。中国西部地区自然条件差,城市化必须具有自己的特色,这就是大力发展小城镇,走农村城市化的道路。     

湖南省城镇"弱势群体"健康及健身状况的调查研究

对湖南省城镇弱势群体参加健身活动和身体健康现状进行抽样调查。结果显示：城镇弱势群体的健康状况极差，健身意识不强、健身活动太少是其主要原因。提出了强化对弱势群体的救助关注，不能仅限于生活上的关心，经济上的资助还应关心他们的体质与健康，支持他们参与健身活动。     

American colonial education policy and Filipino labour migration to the US (1900–1935)

Public mass schooling was the major instrument used by the Americans in the performance of their mission to “civilize” Filipinos. Free primary education was implemented right after the islands’ annexation in 1899 and was a critical component (alongside armed force) of the programme for their “pacification”. For the elite, education formed a route into collaborative involvement in the management of the colonial state. By the second decade of colonization, Filipinos were managing the civil service, participating in elected institutions and installed as mayors and governors. Like that of the Spanish, American colonial governance was profoundly reliant on the collaboration of members of the haciendero class, and thus implicated in the maintenance of long-established social and political hierarchies. But what did the maintenance of that status quo imply for ordinary Filipinos, now increasingly educated and literate in the language of the colonial power? Specifically, to what extent did this combination of socio-economic stasis and educational progress contribute to spurring early labour migration? This article investigates how far labour migration was seen to be, or functioned as, a mechanism for maintaining social and political stability in the American colonial period. It examines how this phenomenon was related to the free and English-based mass education programme undertaken out of an urge to fulfil what Kipling – writing of the American colonial enterprise – termed “the White Man’s Burden”.     

An Autoethnographical Study of Culture,Power, Identity and Art Education in Post‐Colonial South Korea

This article reflects my experiences of learning art in the 1970s and 1980s and my teaching career in school art education in twenty‐first century South Korea. This autobiographical reflection shows how I have struggled with my identity as an art teacher in the post‐colonial context of Western influences on Korean society since World War II. There has been greater tension and a greater struggle for different values, practices and identities when new values and practices have been introduced into the particular socio‐cultural context of South Korea. My struggles with particular kinds of pedagogic identity valued within the rapidly changing political, economic and cultural context of Western influences on Korean art education demonstrate the hidden structural mechanism of the relationship between culture, power and identity in the post‐colonial world of globalisation. This study as an autoethnographical research provides critical insights into how identities are produced by pedagogic discourses and practices of art education that are constructed through the specific systems of practice and language which transmit and regulate such identities and values.     

基于云计算和众包模式的小城镇智慧规划管理技术探索

针对小城镇规划管理中的技术难点和发展瓶颈,借鉴国际前沿应用实践,以相对低成本的投入方式和维护手段,构建多级多节点云计算支撑平台,引入众包公众参与模式,探寻基于云计算和众包模式的小城镇智慧规划支持和管理道路。     

建设可持续发展生态城市的研究

建设可持续发展的生态城市是全人类在21世纪努力追求的一个重要目标。本文在生态城市和可持续发展概念的基础上,提出了可持续发展生态城市的概念,分析了可持续发展生态城市的基本特征,构建了可持续发展生态城市的系统结构,论述了可持续发展生态城市规划建设的内容,对我国各城市建设可持续发展生态城市具有一定的指导意义。     

日本帝国主义的殖民统治对赫哲族发展的影响

建国以来,尤其是20世纪80年代以来,日本侵华史研究取得了较为丰硕的成果。然而,在科学梳理以往研究成果时,笔者感到学术界对东北沦陷时期少数民族社会问题研究不足,对该时期的赫哲族研究则更为匮乏,只有在论及日本帝国主义对东北移民、赫哲族人口等问题时有所涉猎,尚未形成系统的研究成果,这势必会影响赫哲族史研究以及对日本侵华及其给中国社会历史发展带来影响问题的全面认识。笔者着重探讨了日本帝国主义的殖民统治及其对赫哲族人口、经济和社会发展的影响,以期达到丰富赫哲族史研究内容和深化对日本侵华给赫哲族及中国社会历史发展造成危害问题的认识目的。

阐述了辽宁区域城市体育赛事发展面临的多元语境,并在此基础上分析了未来辽宁区域城市体育赛事的发展战略趋向,旨在为未来辽宁区域城市的体育赛事发展提供积极的参考。     

奥亚会举办城市发展体育旅游产业经验及对青奥会举办城市南京的借鉴

2014年第2届南京青奥会是对南京城市整体旅游形象一次最广泛、最有效的宣传推广.南京青奥运会的临近,使得南京如何利用青奥运机遇发展城市体育旅游产业的问题变得迫在眉睫.运用文献资料调研、网络检索、专家访谈、比较和逻辑分析等方法,对奥亚会举办城市发展体育旅游产业的经验进行总结、分析举办城市在奥亚会会前、会中和会后发展体育旅游产业的策略及其经验,以期为青奥会城市南京发展体育旅游产业提供借鉴.     

Exploring knowledge management perspectives in smart city research: A review and future research agenda

There is a growing body of literature calling for work on the emerging role of smart cities as information hubs and knowledge repositories. This article reviews the existing smart city literature and integrates knowledge management perspectives to provide an overview of future research directions. By demonstrating the multi-stakeholder relationships involved in smart city development, it takes a crucial step towards looking into the role of knowledge management in future smart city research. Eighty-two peer-reviewed publications were analyzed covering smart city studies in various research domains. The systematic review identifies five different themes: strategy and vision, frameworks, enablers and inhibitors, citizen participation, and benefits. These themes form the basis for developing a future research agenda focused on knowledge sharing and co-learning among cities via three research directions: socio-technical approaches, knowledge sharing perspectives and organizational learning capabilities. The paper also proposes a series of knowledge-driven policy recommendations to contribute towards the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
