浅谈赏识教育

21世纪教育已不是传统教育时代了,教育开始向多元化发展。赏识教育在教育中有着积极作用,抓住机会,赏识孩子,建立自信,更新家长观念,共同教育。     

Towards a Model of Intercultural Communicative Competence in Iranian EFL Context: Testing the Role of International Posture,Ideal L2 Self,L2 Self-Confidence,and Metacognitive Strategies

ABSTRACT

This study aimed to present a model of intercultural communicative competence (ICC) by incorporating international posture, motivational disposition (ideal L2 self), second language (L2) self-confidence, and metacognitive learning strategies. To this end, 150 Iranian L2 learners, selected through convenience sampling procedure, took part in the research. The findings of structural equation modelling revealed that the proposed model showed adequate fit to the data, implying that the model is appropriate in Iranian English as a foreign language (EFL) context. Also, the results indicated that learners with a high level of international posture are more likely to bridge the gap between their present and ideal selves. This was, additionally, argued that internationally oriented and ideally motivated learners become confident of their abilities to get engaged in interaction with L2 target communities. Furthermore, metacognitive learning strategies were found to be directly associated with ICC, implicating that the learners who continuously reflect on their learning and evaluate their performances are more prone to have a higher level of ICC. Finally, suggestions were offered for language teachers and policy-makers to inspire their learners to be more competent in communication with people of other cultures and languages.     

乾隆嘉庆时期钱泳游幕活动初探

钱泳是清代乾隆、嘉庆时期著名的幕僚,他不仅学识广博、精通书法,同时在碑碣摹刻方面也有很深的造诣,摹刻了大量的碑板及法帖。作为一名富有才艺的幕僚,钱泳在其数十年的游幕生涯中,以书法和碑碣摹刻结交了一批重要的官僚学者。在与他们交往的过程中,钱泳因受赏识而获得许多从事碑帖摹刻的机会,其所摹碑帖"流播艺林",成为今日研究钱泳及其幕僚生活的重要资料。研究钱泳的游幕活动,有助于理解时代环境对其人生定位的影响。

在英语学习中，影响交际能力的因素很多，有语言因素，还有非语言因素。其中，非语言因素中的心理因素，即交际心理对成功交际影响颇深。口语教学中，教师应积极引导学生树立自信心理，克服交际心理障碍，全面提高学生的交际能力。

Applying reciprocity and accommodation theories to supervisor/subordinate communication

Reciprocity and accommodation theories were applied to communication between supervisors and subordinates. It was reasoned that supervisors and subordinates informally (and not necessarily consciously) negotiate communication styles with each other which become significantly correlated over time. It was hypothesized that the supervisors’ Socio‐Communicative Style and the subordinates’ Socio‐Communicative Orientation would be positively correlated with each other and both would predict the subordinates’ perceptions of the supervisors’ credibility, attractiveness, and the subordinates’ general attitude toward the supervisor and communicating with that supervisor. The results were consistent with the hypotheses.     

对我国青年女足队员自信心的初步研究

运用心理问卷方法，对我国24支青年女足队员进行了自信心测试，结果表明，她们的自信心水平普遍较高，24支队伍中八一队自信心水平略显偏低，与排名首位的广东队有显性差异，比较了不同位置，年龄段运动员自信心，认为它们不存在明显差异，随着年龄的增长，女足队员自信心水平呈逐渐增高的趋势。     

置信限曲线等同性原理及其应用

本文对连续分布的置信限曲线变化规律进行了研究。证明了分布函数的百分率Ｐｔ置信度为γ的单侧置信上（下）限曲线，同时也是具有该分布函数的母体百分位值的置信度为γ的单侧置信下（上）限曲线，并且提出了一种利用秩分布确定置信限曲线数学表达式中参数的方法，由此可求出可靠度的置信限。
