‘I understood the complexity within diversity’: preparation for partnership with families in early childhood settings

‘Partnership between parents and teachers’ is a taken-for-granted feature of the philosophy and practice of early childhood education. Yet, the literature suggests this rhetoric belies a more complex and problematic reality for teachers. Making connections with the families and communities they will serve may help teacher education students confront understandings of the realities of family lives and assist them to prepare for their professional responsibilities. Teacher education literature suggests that supported field experiences may assist student teachers to examine their beliefs and reflect on their practices with families. This paper reports on the experiences of student teachers who undertook a community placement in order to interact with children and families outside their normal range of teaching practice experience. Three themes of changes in student learning are discussed: (1) beliefs about partnerships; (2) notions of complexities within diversity; and (3) developing relationships with diverse families. The paper argues that the change in placement setting prompted student reflection in relation to these themes and shifts in beliefs, towards more authentic and complex understandings of partnership.

健身俱乐部进入中国以来,为人们提供了新的健身方式,且在全民健身的开展中发挥重要作用.本研究通过对苏州市健身俱乐部40名会员健身活动现状进行了深入的调查,并针对其基本情况、健身动机、健身的频率、时长及负荷、准备活动及整理活动等方面进行分析,得出结论与建议,为进一步规范苏州市健身俱乐部市场、提升苏州居民的健身水平提供参考.     

“社区矫正”再界定

包含地点、对象、主体、期间、内容、目的、方式、性质等八大要素的社区矫正的概念应为：将符合条件的罪犯置于社区内,由专门的国家机关在相关社会团体、民间组织以及社会志愿者的协助下,在判决、裁定或决定确定的期限内,使他们与社会同步发展,能够过上正常的社会生活,对他们进行监管,并以帮助、教育为主,运用社会工作方法的罪犯矫治制度。     

我国编辑出版研究群体同被引网络的构建与分析——基于引证关系视角

依据中国知网引文数据库提供的学科分类方式及相关数据,对作者之间的引证关系进行统计和梳理,形成我国编辑出版研究领域主要学者群体的同被引网络。通过对网络的分析发现,该群体可派生为6个子学术群体,各子学术群体都有自己的研究方向和领域,形成的同被引网络具有一定的关联度,小世界效应明显,存在核心—边缘结构,是一个通透性强、交流便捷的群体网络。但成员间研究水平和研究能力参差不齐,学术资源分布不平衡,学术生态环境还需优化。     

Promoting children’s participation: the role of teachers in preschool and primary school learning sessions

The aim of this study is to provide insights into the social construction of participation in joint activities in Finnish preschool and primary school classrooms. The article deals with two issues: How do teachers promote participation in a preschool classroom as compared with a primary school classroom? What similarities and differences are found? It also considers the question of how the similarities contribute to the continuity from preschool to primary school in terms of participation. Based on observation data insights are provided into the interactions between teachers and children by using extracts from teacher‐led learning sessions. The teachers used a diversity of strategies to promote participation in both contexts. In the preschool the focus was on participation and interaction as such, whereas in the primary school the emphasis was more clearly on academic learning. The findings suggest that teacher support of active participation and friendly relationships, together with creative and playful activities in the preschool, enrich children’s curiosity, and nourish children’s motivation for and interests in academic learning.     

品牌社群作用机制的实证分析——消费者参与的中介作用

品牌社群作为新的消费现象是消费社会的发展趋势,标志着个体消费行为开始嵌入介于企业与市场之间的一种社会网络结构。借鉴社会认同理论和社群感概念来探索品牌社群的作用机制;将消费者参与设定为中介变量,运用实证研究方法检验了影响品牌社群消费者参与的四个前置因素,以及消费者参与对品牌认知、品牌形象和品牌忠诚的影响作用,从而建构出品牌社群对消费者品牌态度和行为影响的机制;最后为企业的品牌社群建设策略提出建议。     

管制刑变革之路径选择——以社会服务刑改良管制刑

在世界刑罚发展日趋轻缓化、社会化的今天,学界对管制刑存废这个问题仍旧是各执一词,莫衷一是。管制刑绝对的＂存＂与＂废＂都有失其合理性。在特定的历史时期,管制刑曾经起到的积极促进作用是有目共睹的。当然,不容回避的事实是,管制刑作为民主革命时期的产物,其积极意义正在随着时间的流转和时代的变迁而愈益模糊。伴随着行刑社会化的刑罚发展潮流,管制刑亦应理性地融入时代洪流,借鉴社会服务刑,对自身进行大刀阔斧的改革。

论大学城与社区教育互动关系的建构

当前我国大学城与社区教育的关系在资源配置、价值引领、文化构建等方面存在着诸多问题。试图解决上述问题,需要在理念和操作层面建构大学城与社区教育的互动关系,继而能够实现两者互动关系效能的理想状态。
