有效的制度供给是高校图书馆事业发展的保障--2002年版《普通高等学校图书馆规程》评述

法治时代，有效的制度供给是推动各项事业发展的前提和保障。2002年新修订的《普通高校图书馆规程》与原来的《规程》相比有较大的进步，它将进一步推动我国高校图书馆事业的发展，为了更好地理解、把握其的精神实质，本文对其进行评述。

图书馆信息服务与科技论文质量的相关性研究

通过对中瑞两国医学论文引文数量、时间以及被引次数的分析,量化说明中国科技论文与发达国家相比存在的质量差距。认为中国医学论文依据的信息不足,所提供信息量少,利用信息时间滞后,从而影响到科研论文的可信度和新颖性,使论文的可利用价值低。分析形成的原因,指出图书馆信息保障能力影响着科技论文质量和创新。

Teaching and Learning about Macroappraisal

The author, a professor at the University of British Columbia, outlines the foundations of macroappraisal theory within the Canadian federal government's records acquisition program, placing Terry Cook's 1992 essay “Mind Over Matte: Towards a New Theory of Archival Appraisal” at the heart of his students' analysis of theoretical writings. In addition to reflecting on the importance of case studies on the application of macroappraisal theory and methods, he concludes by touching on the applicability of macroappraisal to elements outside the public sphere.

Institutional policy process improvement: using structurating activity theory to inform practice

Organizational communication scholars are increasingly called upon to use theoretical knowledge to address problematic processes in public institutions. This article reports a process improvement project focused on a university conflict of interest (COI) policy as an example of how scholars can engage theory to improve ongoing policy processes. The project team included communication scholars and research administration staff who designed, implemented, and evaluated the mixed-methods project guided by structurating activity theory. Baseline survey results were used to design the process improvement project. Results of the follow-up survey indicate that researchers who participated in some aspect of the process improvement project (i.e. attending a policy café, using the redesigned website, or reading the new Quick Reference Guide) reported higher levels of policy communication and knowledge and more positive attitudes toward the COI policy than researchers who had not engaged with process improvement efforts. We offer theoretical and practical implications of results for organizational communication scholars and practitioners.     

基于扎根理论的上市公司竞争力影响因素研究

[目的/意义]"竞争力影响因素"作为竞争情报研究中的核心情报问题,成为众多学者的关注点。针对现有上市公司竞争力研究中分析对象多以年报中财务信息为主,忽略非财务信息的现象,尝试对年报披露的全部内容进行探索性分析,以期为竞争情报研究和实践提供理论指导。[方法/过程]以上市公司为例,运用扎根理论对36个样本的上市公司年报进行深度分析,通过开放式编码、主轴编码和选择性编码等过程提炼出与上市公司竞争力有关的概念和范畴。[结果/结论]建立以生产活动、外部环境、技术创新、要素管理、公司治理和核心竞争力认知为核心的上市公司竞争力影响因素PETEGP模型,各个因素与竞争力存在着时间效应,外部环境、技术创新、要素管理、公司治理和核心竞争力认知通过与生产活动的相互作用,共同影响上市公司竞争力。     

情商理论在科技期刊编辑流程中的应用

随着社会的进步与发展,情商的重要性越来越引起人们的重视.在科技期刊的编辑流程中,编辑在与作者和审稿专家进行沟通和交流时,也应当注重情商理论的应用.编辑在不同的阶段,对不同的交流对象,应采用不同的交流方式,但都应以真诚和尊重为基础、有同理心、多进行换位思考,这样在获得对方肯定和认同的同时,也会得到对方的支持与信任.融洽的人际关系、高尚的职业道德、高度的责任感和良好的交流态度能够帮助编辑更好地发挥职业作用,实现职业价值,也更有利于期刊长期、健康、稳定的发展.     

心理契约视域下社会化阅读用户的退出、建言、忠诚和忽略行为

社会化阅读是伴随着互联网特别是移动互联网而产生的一种具有虚拟社区特点的全新阅读模式。为了全面揭示和解释社会化阅读用户的情感和行为,本文将组织行为学中的心理契约理论延展到社会化阅读虚拟社区,通过构建研究模型,采用焦点小组访谈与问卷调查相结合的方法进行实证检验;探究了用户感知信息价值和感知社交价值对其心理契约违背的影响,以及用户在社群化阅读的情境下心理契约遭到违背后所引发的退出、建言、忠诚和忽略行为。研究表明:①感知社交价值和感知信息价值与用户的心理契约违背之间均有显著的负相关关系,但对交易型和关系型两种不同类型的心理契约影响有所差异;②社会化阅读用户的交易型心理契约违背与建言行为和忠诚行为均呈负向显著关系,但与忽略行为和退出行为并无显著关系;③关系型心理契约违背与建言行为和忠诚行为呈负向显著关系,与退出行为和忽略行为呈正向显著关系。图2。表6。参考文献 57。
