区域战略性新兴产业人力资源生态系统对产业核心竞争力发展有积极影响作用。首先分析战略性新兴产业人力资源生态系统结构,包含人力资源生态位和产业生态环境2个方面,提出产业核心竞争力包括管理竞争力、创新技术竞争力和营销竞争力3个部分,构建区域战略性新兴产业人力资源生态系统与核心竞争力作用机理的理论模型,提出相应的假设;然后运用结构方程模型对区域战略性新兴产业人力资源生态系统对核心竞争力的影响作用机理进行实证分析,结果所提出的假设均成立。  相似文献

Based on a three‐semester design‐based research study examining learning and teaching in a web‐conferencing environment, this article identifies types of synchronous collaboration competencies and reveals their influence on learning processes. Four levels of online collaborative competencies were observed – operational, interactional, managerial, and design. The relative importance of students and teachers possessing the different levels of competencies depended on the degree of interactivity in the learning designs being applied. Both misunderstandings and misuses impacted on learning and collaborative processes, with misuses occurring more persistently throughout semesters than misunderstandings. The distinction between developing students’ technical skills and their collaborative capabilities is drawn. Strategies for developing each are recommended.  相似文献

Based on the Methodological Triangulation, this paper proposes and validates a new model for measuring the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education on the three dimensions- entrepreneurial competencies, barriers, and intentions, which are usually studied independently in the literature. A total of 308 entrepreneurship education students, who enrolled in two different campuses at a major Chinese university, participated in this study to explore the feedback mode of three key variables. The findings show that the improvement of participants’ entrepreneurial competencies, the reduction of entrepreneurial barriers, and the change of entrepreneurial intention reflect the effectiveness of entrepreneurial education for college students. The proposed model can comprehensively measure the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education by discussing the relations among three key variables and the scope of the model application. The model provides solutions for the development and improvement of entrepreneurship education programs and a standard framework for comparative research on cross-regional or cross-cultural entrepreneurship education.  相似文献

Residents routinely make significant contributions to the education of medical students. However, little attention has been paid to rewarding these individuals for their involvement in these academic activities. This report describes a program that rewards resident teachers with an academic appointment as a Clinical Instructor. The residents participate in the laboratory portion of the anatomy program at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine. They prepare weekly cadaver dissections and present these dissections to the first year medical students. Guidelines developed by the anatomy faculty and approved by the appropriate committees at both the Cleveland Clinic and Case Western Reserve University establish requirements that a resident must meet to qualify for an academic appointment. Evaluation of this program indicates that it has been very successful based on medical student feedback, resident interest in gaining teaching experience, and residency directors appreciation of the opportunity for residents to gain valuable teaching experience in an academic setting.  相似文献

The centrality of firms vis-à-vis regions underlines a general contrast between two models of producing innovations. This paper uses a new database composed of 4262 European chemical patents applied by 693 firms during 1987–1996 to compare the relative effect of firm and regional characteristics on the production of technological “hits” (highly cited patents). By using extensive controls, the main finding of the paper is that technological hits in the “traditional” chemical sectors are explained only by R&D intensity at the firm level and the scale of the research projects. Firm competencies, particularly technological specialisation, are still important in biotechnology. However, the distinct feature of the biotechnology model is that localised knowledge spillovers also matter.  相似文献
