通过我校学报在中国知网个刊影响力统计分析数据库中的下载量、浏览量来看,我校学报的传播速度正快速提升,影响力正在逐步扩大。但海外影响力却仅是起步,各学科专题发文水平差距明显等问题仍然存在。学报应努力做到巩固优势栏目,提高弱势栏目,开拓新兴栏目,全面提高我学学报的学术质量,进一步扩大学校及学报的知名度。     

From study to work: methodological challenges of a graduate destination survey in the Western Cape,South Africa

Current literature proposes several strategies for improving response rates to student evaluation surveys. Graduate destination surveys pose the difficulty of tracing graduates years later when their contact details may have changed. This article discusses the methodology of one such a survey to maximise response rates. Compiling a sample frame with reliable contact details was most important, but may require using additional sources of information other than university records. In hindsight, graduates should have been contacted prior to the survey to introduce it and stress its importance, while email and postal reminders appeared to have a limited effect on non-respondents. Due to varying response rates between participating universities, online responses were augmented with a call centre administering the survey telephonically to non-respondents. Although overall differences between online and telephonic responses appeared to be small, certain question items may need to be treated with caution when conducting telephonic surveys.

以中国社会科学引文索引(CSSCI)2008年至2012年信息生态的被引文献为研究对象,从被引频次角度进行统计和分析,得出被引年代、语种、类型分布规律及期刊、作者、机构、论文的学术竞争力排名及主题热点,以期对后续研究有所帮助。     

清钞本《类姓登科考》的几个问题

清钞本《类姓登科考》是一种体例独特、史料价值突出的科举文献,以前学者对其相关信息缺乏相对准确的著录。从藏书印、时人征引、地名变革和避讳改字等角度,对其作者、成书时间进行考证,认为该书确为盛子邺之作,写成于康熙元年之后、康熙四十年之前。该书有较高的史料价值,但也存在一定的错误,参考时需要注意辨别。     

Nothing about us without us! Youth-led solutions to improve high school completion rates

This Youth Participatory Action Research (YPAR) study represents a collaboration with six students from alternative education to inquire about the experiences of vulnerable youth – students in alternative education and youth who have dropped out of school. Utilizing the Enhanced Critical Incident Technique, youth researchers asked their peers what helped and hindered their retention and success in mainstream and alternative education. Youth researchers engaged in authentic participation and took part in the iterative phases of YPAR – critical reflection and social action. Their involvement empowered them to advocate for their peers by disseminating the results and recommendations to key stakeholders within the community. Youth researchers conducted semi-structured interviews with 18 participants. Overall, the findings show that relationships with staff and peers, flexibility, psychosocial and academic supports, and personal circumstances are vital in helping vulnerable students succeed in school. Engagement in YPAR provided insight into working with vulnerable youth in a manner that promotes agency and social change within educational institutions.     

A Comparison of Response Rate,Response Time,and Costs of Mail and Electronic Surveys

Response rates, response time, and costs of mail and electronic surveys were compared. The survey sample consisted of college faculty in the southeastern United States. Mail surveys yielded a higher response rate and a lower rate of unde-liverable surveys. However, receipt of responses was significantly quicker for those delivered electronically, with over 80% of initial responses arriving before receipt of the 1st returned mail survey. The costs associated with distribution of surveys and preparation of data for analysis were much lower with the electronically delivered surveys.     

Doctoral ‘orphans’: nurturing and supporting the success of postgraduates who have lost their supervisors

Much research into doctoral student-supervisor relations focuses on developing positive interactions. For many students, however, the research experience can be troubled by breakdowns in communication and even the loss of the supervisor(s), turning the student into a doctoral ‘orphan’ and impacting on their academic identity and ability and confidence in producing a sound doctoral-level contribution to knowledge. Our work with a range of UK- and internationally-based doctoral students looks specifically at reasons for supervisor loss and/or absence and the students' experience of being doctoral ‘orphans’ in terms of identity, confidence and progress. In focusing on those who achieve successful completion, it suggests the need for institutional and community support and highlights the development of effective strategies leading to ownership, empowerment and emotional resilience.

本文对国内外有关外汇储备影响因素与适度规模、外汇储备币种优化、外汇储备资产投资组合、外汇储备与汇率的关系、外汇储备的风险预警及管理的研究进展进行了系统的分析与评述,总结了相关研究的特点及存在的问题,提出了针对我国外汇储备管理研究的若干启示,以期为我国的外汇储备多元化战略、外汇储备资产优化配置、外汇储备风险管理的理论和政策研究提供参考。

高校运动员训练中最高心率差值与最大吸氧量的关系

通过对高校运动员运动训练中最高心率差值追踪测试和Vo2max的A^0Strund列线图法实验分析,发现它们之间在一定范围内的负相关关系,对于今后高校运动训练,利用心率控制运动强度,提高训练效果,提供了运动生理的理论依据。
