伦理是何种智慧？——兼与于树贵、彭启福先生商榷

伦理智慧是一种包含感性和理性的智慧，对任何一方面的夸大或忽略都会缩小伦理智慧的空间。道德的强制性的存在是一个各观事实，但其如何发挥作用取决于复杂的道德境遇。伦理智慧只能源于历史的、现实的社会生活，而不是仅仅来自人类的聪明才智。     

《诗经》无长篇史诗原因探究

由《诗经》中有无史诗引出为何无长篇史诗的关键问题,《诗经》没有长篇史诗的原因较复杂,影响它的因素很多,特别是周人单一神教、人神分离的宗教思想,具有明确政治目的的采诗制度以及q-国诗歌重抒情、言简意赅的特点影响了长篇史诗的形成。     

甲螨采集和分离技术的研究

本文采用电热分离法、清水漂浮法和振动分离法对不同样本中甲螨的分离时间、数量，样本的放置时间及电热分离所用热光源作了比较。结果证实，分离土壤甲螨时．采土深度以１０ｃｍ为宜，土壤放置７天与立即分离所获甲螨数无差别。少量土样直用清水漂浮法，大量土样宜用电热分离法。而植被样本宜用振动分离法。     

Comics and the Modern Library Catalog: New Rules for Breaking the Rules

Scholarly and curricular uses of comics extend to many disciplines in higher education, resulting in increased demand for institutional access to such materials. Despite nearly twenty years of justification in the literature for inclusion of such materials in libraries, there are not widely adopted conventions or models for engaging in the business of a comics collection. At San Diego State University, this presented an opportunity to pioneer new modes of access, from cataloging and organization to storage and retrieval. This article explores the process of making a collection of floppy comics accessible alongside a theoretical discussion of cataloging shortcomings and opportunities.     

How We Used to Build the Future: 30 Years of Collection Development Trends

This session highlighted trends in continuing resource collections and collection management throughout the 30-year period from 1985 through 2015. Electronic resources became available in the 1990s and grew in prevalence from the 2000s through the present, changing the make-up of library collections and also how libraries measure collections and collection usage. Two librarians and two vendors shared their perspectives on these changes in collection development, describing how library collections now contain a combination of older formats and older ways of collecting data, and new, electronic content and automated ways of collecting and disseminating data about collections.

我国义务教育阶段贫困生救助的理论分析

教育是人类文明的产物，教育水平是国家兴衰的标志。我国现在基本上普及了九年义务教育。但现实中依然有大量适龄儿童失学辍学，这一状况引起了各界的普遍关注。但我国近几年人们对贫困生救助问题的关注更多的是集中在大学贫困生救助上，对义务教育阶段贫困生问题的普遍性和严峻性没有充分的认识。文章从义务教育的性质和意义、教育公平、义务教育阶段贫困生救助增进社会整体利益的最大化采探讨我国义务教育阶段的贫困生救助问题。     

人权保障视野下强制辩护制度探讨

强制辩护制度对保障犯罪嫌疑人、被告人的权利有重要意义，在人权保障的大背景下，构建强制辩护制度显得尤为必要。我国应当构建全面的强制辩护制度，即在刑事诉讼的侦查、起诉、审判程序中，没有辩护人为被告人、犯罪嫌疑人辩护，则刑事诉讼程序不能继续进行。这种强制是对公检法机关、对政府、对律师以及对犯罪嫌疑人、被告人的强制。构建强制辩护制度是人权保障必然的价值选择，也是重新确立律师应有的社会地位．改善律师生存环境的需要。     

Alterations in autonomic cardiac modulation in response to normobaric hypoxia

Purpose: The present study aimed to determine if autonomic cardiac modulation was influenced by acute exposure to normobaric hypoxia. Method: Ten healthy male lowland dwellers completed five block-randomised single-blinded, crossed-over acute exposures to a normobaric hypoxic environment, each separated by 24 hours’ recovery (20.3%, 17.4%, 14.5%, 12.0% and 9.8% F_IO₂). Supine recordings were made of arterial oxygen saturation and electrocardiogram (ECG). RR intervals from the ECG trace were analysed for time (SDNN, lnrMSSD), frequency (lnVLF, lnLF, lnHF, lnTP, LFnu, and HFnu), and nonlinear (DFA-α1 and SampEn) heart rate variability components. Results: A significant reduction in arterial SaO₂ occurred with reduced F_IO₂, along with a rise in heart rate (Cohen’s d?=?1.16, 95% Confidence Interval [2.64–6.46]), significant at 9.8% F_IO₂. A decrease in autonomic cardiac modulation was also found as shown by a statistically significant (at 9.8% F_IO₂) decrease in lnTP (d?=?1.84 [1.74–1.94]), and SampEn (d?=?0.98 [0.83–1.12]) and an increase in DFA-α₁ (d?=?0.72 [0.60–0.84]) from normoxia at 9.8% F_IO₂. Conclusion: The decrease in variability indicated a reduction in autonomic cardiac modulation. There appears to be a threshold ～9.8% F_IO₂ (～6000?m equiv.), below which significant alterations in autonomic control occur.
