基于竞合视角的企业间合作、冲突与联盟成功

作为一种有效的价值获取方式,战略联盟的成功与否受到越来越多学者的关注。从竞合视角出发,探讨了联盟中经常同时存在的合作与冲突(包括建设性冲突与破坏性冲突)对联盟成功的直接影响以及交互作用。研究样本包含205家联盟企业,每家企业选择2个关键信息提供者,共获得410份样本数据。基于这些数据的分析表明,企业间合作与建设性冲突均能促进联盟成功,而破坏性冲突则会阻碍联盟成功。在交互作用下,合作与建设性冲突的同时存在有助于联盟成功;而合作与破坏性冲突的同时存在对联盟成功不会产生显著影响。     

有氧训练和力量训练对男性中老年体成分和骨密度的影响

本研究旨在通过调研和身体素质测试的方法,比较长期从事有氧运动和两种方式结合锻炼的两种中老年人各种素质指标之间的差异,研究两种锻炼方式对中老年人身体素质的影响。通过问卷调查将社区50-60岁居民120人(均为男性)分为有氧锻炼组(60人),两者结合组(60人)。在锻炼前后各进行两次体质测试,比较各指标均值差异。研究结果:适量规律的力量训练和有氧锻炼可以提高中老年人的身体素质,对心肺功能有一定的正向作用。     

Sport studies

The sport-for-development movement has grown exponentially in the last decade generating increasing academic attention. However, existing research has rarely sought the views of young people despite them being both the main target audience of initiatives and frequently the deliverers. This paper seeks to address young people's absence within research and advocate the importance of engaging them in sport-for-development debates to enhance understanding of current delivery and to improve policy and practice in the future. The paper examines Zambian young people's views of HIV/AIDS peer-led education delivered through sport considering particularly whether young people believe such interventions can encourage empowerment and subsequent behaviour change. The paper outlines the importance of improving understanding of how young people can begin to translate knowledge into agency. The paper concludes with the suggestion that change is more likely if peer-led education through sport programmes are combined with multi-layered interventions directed at all levels of communities.     

从宗教角度看我国民族关系面临的挑战及解决思路

文章认为民族分裂主义和宗教极端主义是现阶段民族关系面临的最大挑战,应分辨矛盾性质,正确引导信教群众;少数民族宗教文化的继承、创新和扬弃对建立和谐的民族关系,提升中华民族文化的内聚力有重要意义;宗教问题与其他社会问题联系在一起,为民族问题的解决、增进民族团结带来了新的挑战,要善于分析民族宗教问题背后的深层原因。     

关于"一主二辅三维互动"教学模式的探索与实践

教学模式改革是人才培养模式改革的核心.自参与中央电大"人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点"项目研究工作以来,南京电大一直致力于教学模式改革的探索与实践,逐步形成了一种相对稳定的、具有远程开放教育特点并具有较好实践效果的教学模式,即"一主二辅三维互动"教学模式.本文对这一模式形成的理论依据、基本框架及内涵以及探索过程和实践效果等进行了阐述,并对该模式的完善提出了一些建议.

汉译《诗学》对悲剧定义的关键术语翻译存在分歧。这涉及到对亚里士多德美学体系和古希腊悲剧特质的理解。古希腊悲剧的特质重在“严肃”，悲剧的“卡塔西斯”作用是从医学上引申出来的。“卡塔西斯”作用主要是针对怜悯和恐惧而不是其它情感。     

The constraints of youth: young people,active citizenship and the experience of marginalisation

ABSTRACT

This paper charts the experiences of a group of young people and their involvement in a local government initiative to engage young people in public decision-making. Activated through a youth leaders’ council that sought to influence and inform local government decision-making, the participating young people were given responsibility for enacting focus projects in collaboration with local government personnel. However, this method of simply bringing young people together with local government decision-makers did not automatically alter the way that decisions came to be made and ironically resulted in interactions that went some way to further reinforce existing perceptions of young people as incapable in situations of public administration. This paper reports on a case example detailing an interaction between the youth leaders and local government councillors, and will suggest that the experience of the young people involved in the youth leaders’ council can be understood against a dynamic of ‘constraint’.     

Preparing Minority Adolescents to Blend Work and Family Roles: Increasing Work-Family Conflict Management Self Efficacy

Ethnic identity, information about the world of work, and mastery in specific career skills crucially impact the process of career development among minority adolescents. Identity and conflict management skills also affect one of the major stressors experienced by employees today: the work-family conflict. This paper presents a culturally appropriate career intervention program for increasing Israeli Arab adolescents’ self-efficacy to manage work and family roles, and feedback from 15 participants in a preliminary pilot intervention. The program comprised three units: identity exploration, information, and skill transfer. The intervention was grounded in the career development literature on minorities, on work-family conflict research, and on social cognitive career theory. The proposed strategy also included process variables comprising critical career intervention components. The program is seen as having potential for being implemented in other cultural contexts.     

“類”与“禷”祭

《诗经》、《尚书》、《周礼》、《礼记》等经籍提到的“禷”祭(又作“類”祭),是上古中国一项有着深厚民俗文化背景和深远历史影响的祭仪。不幸其礼早亡,汉儒已经难究其详。影响及今的《尚书》古文家说和郑玄《礼记》注等,将“禷”祭解为祭天之礼。但根据经籍中的记载来看,“禷”祭指的是当国有大事时,向上帝或社稷宗庙祈福禳灾的一种“祷祈”仪式,与祭天之礼并不是一回事。据《说文解字》等书,“類”字本义是一种犬,可能是白犬。“禷”祭应是指特以“類”为牺牲的祭仪。《山海经》等说“類”具有“自为牝牡”的神奇特性,这与该书所记“白犬有牝牡,是生犬戎”的传说非常相似。在先秦文献中,“類”字常用来指出自同一祖先的子孙后代。这些材料表明“類”与古代中国某些族群的祖先神话有着密切的关系。“禷”祭之形成,正植根于此种观念之上。“禷”祭当属于曾广为流行于上古中国北方地区的犬祭礼俗中某种特定的类型,它的消亡可能与周人颇具理性色彩的的礼制改革有关。     

我国社会转型时期的利益分化及对策

利益是主体在实践过程中所获得的某种需要，具有主客观双重属性。社会转型引发的利益分化使我国发生了社会利益矛盾与冲突。为此，我们必须加强经济和法律等手段的运用，进一步完善以效率优先为主导价值观念的社会利益分配制度，加紧建立和完善以公平为主导价值观念的社会保障救济制度，加强以诚信为核心的价值观念教育。
