球场观众暴力遏制方略的研究

采用文献资料法,归纳法对国内外球场观众暴力遏制方略进行分析,将球场观众暴力的遏制方略分为源头预防、过程控制和末端治理三个阶段。研究表明:(1)对球场观众暴力的应对方略是“遏制”而不是“控制”;(2)球场观众暴力遏制方略以源头预防为主,过程控制为辅,末端治理为补充;(3)球场观众暴力遏制主要体现在心理引导与行为控制两个方面的研究;(4)源头预防强调对青少年球迷正确引导的双重预防意义;(5)过程控制主要针对是否发生球场观众暴力的两种不同形态过程进行遏制;(6)末端治理以司法处罚为手段,贯彻宽严相济的基本方针,对实施暴力者进行制裁。     

网络体育赌博研究初探

网络体育赌博是指人们拿足球、篮球等比赛结果、球员以及相关的事实通过网络进行赌博的行为。网络赌博是一种新的形式,更加具有隐蔽性。2014年巴西世界杯期间,网络体育赌博俨然成为中国的全民话题。运用文献资料、案例分析等研究方法,对网络体育赌博问题进行了初步的研究,对网络体育赌博快速增长的社会背景和致因分析,并对网络体育赌博问题的遏制策略提出了建议和观点。

“The norm is a flux of change”: teachers’ experiences in international schools

This article explores teachers’ perceptions of the effects of high student turnover in international schools in the UK. The research used a “grounded theory” approach for qualitative data collection and analysis, based on interviews with eight teachers in four international primary schools. The results of the grounded theory suggest that a process of “systemic containment” develops which helps the whole class, including newcomer pupils and their teachers, to cope with the frequent transitions. The discussion emphasises the role of the educational psychologist in encouraging teachers to become more informed and reflexive about inclusion of newcomers from abroad.

Numerical Simulation of the Flat Ribbon Wound Explosion Containment Vessels Subjected to Internal Blast Loading

In order to constitute engineering design methods of the flat ribbon wound explosion containment vessels, the dynamic response of such vessels subjected to internal explosion loading is simulated using LS-DYNA3D. Three winding angles, 10°, 15°and 20°, are considered. It is shown that among ribbon vessels investigated, the center displacement of outermost ribbons of the vessel with 10°winding angle is the smallest under the same blast loading. The response of vessels loaded in inner core is local. From the center of the cylindrical shell to the bottom cover, the maximum strain gradually decreases. The ribbons are subjected to tension in the length direction and compression in the width direction. Blasting shock energy concentrates on where is close to center section of blasting. For comparison, numerical simulation of a monobloc thick-walled explosion containment vessel is also investigated. It can be found that the biggest deformation of the flat ribbon wound explosion containment vessels is bigger than that of the monobloc thick-walled explosion containment vessel in the center section of blasting under the same TNT. Numerical results are approximately in agreement with experimental ones. It is proved that the ribbon vessels have the valuable properties of " leak before burst at worst" compared with the monobloc vessels through numerical simulation.     

Development of Light Weight Structures to Provide Blast-Resistant Designs

In the past, blast-resistant designs for structures were often constructed with massive type structural systems, which relied more on brute strength than on finesse to achieve the required blast resistance, However, structures composed of COLD-FORMED steel components, such as sheet metal and metal studs, have shown great promise in providing blast resistance with the added ben- efits of low cost and ease of construction. Some examples of using such structures to provide containment for package handling facilities （PHF） are described in the paper for situations where blast containment is needed, such as a potential package bomb being discovered during the package vetting process. Results from tests and analytic data are used to illustrate aspects of design peculiar to such types of applications. Designs for specific capacities of PHF are described.
