强化期刊出版风险意识提高危机防控化解能力

体制改革中面临的风险防控任务贯穿于期刊编辑出版的全流程。由于中华医学会主办期刊管办形式多样,该任务更具复杂性和艰巨性。结合学会百年办刊经验和多年来对学会期刊改革探索的实践,梳理总结出主要风险点。认为只有强化主办及出版单位对期刊编辑出版的风险防范意识,制订切实有效的监督机制和防范措施,才能从根本上将期刊出版工作中的风险降至最低。     

Mindset change in a cross-cultural context

Imagine you are Thai and a member of a management team from a European company that acts in an Asian emerging market. Imagine you are a European expat with the assignment to double the turnover from that Asian company in a few years. Imagine you are a Change Maker and they ask you to facilitate the (multinational) management team of that Asian company to develop a market strategy and translate it into a business plan, and you have to deal with cultural differences. How do you manage a small-scale change process based on the principles of action learning in that specific multinational context? That's the essence of this account of practice.     

析语言翻译的语境顺应性

翻译问题不单单是语言的问题,在很大程度上,它受到语境的影响与制约。语境顺应性是人类语言的特征。翻译活动不仅是语言文字的转换活动,更是不同文化的交流和移植活动;翻译所涉及的不仅仅是两种语言,更涉及两种文化。     

Phonological processing and emergent literacy in younger and older preschool children

Phonological awareness, phonological memory, and phonological access to lexical storage play important roles in acquiring literacy. We examined the convergent, discriminant, and predictive validity of these phonological processing abilities (PPA) in 389 3-, 4-, and 5-year-old children. Confirmatory factor analysis supported the validity of each PPA as separate from general cognitive ability and separate from each other. Multigroup structural equation modeling (SEM) with mean structure demonstrated that older preschoolers have better developed latent PPA than younger preschoolers but that the structure of PPA is equivalent. RAN was found uniquely associated with letter knowledge and text discrimination in younger preschoolers, and PA was found uniquely associated with word reading skills in older preschoolers. Finally, general cognitive ability was only indirectly associated with emergent literacy via PPA. These results highlight the importance of PPA in the early literacy development of English-speaking preschool children.     

Screening of phonological awareness in the early elementary grades: an IRT approach

The purpose of the present study was to explore the possibilities for the assessment of growth in phonological awareness of children in kindergarten and first grade. Phonological awareness was measured using four sets of items involving rhyming, phoneme identification, phoneme blending, and phoneme segmentation. The results of an exploratory factor analysis and analyses conducted within the framework of item response theory showed one latent ability to underlie the different sets of items, which nevertheless differed in difficulty. Analyses in terms of the children’s ability further showed the phonological awareness measures to be sensitive to growth. The amount of information supplied by the different sets of items depended on the children’s level of ability. The conclusion that it is possible to accurately monitor the development of children’s phonological awareness in the early elementary grades appears to be justified, and this possibility opens up new perspectives for the early screening for reading problems and dyslexia.     

文化的“无用之用”与儒学未来发展的契机和天命

文化乃通一切界而又不限于一界,因此,文化是一种渗透并体现于不同实存领域中的“柔性的”创生力。文化的这种“无用之用”特性折射出了文化发展的功利性。从深层次看,文化的“无用之用”表现为一个由某种地方性和特殊性而不断趋向于不同层级的普世化的展开过程。文化所取义普世化实质上就是文化的“共通性”,由文化的这种“通”性义来重新审视“全球化”,“全球化”进程实质上已铸成了社会发展和人类存在趋向于无节制的“消费性”,而儒家文化的生存节制意识正可对目前“全球化”的过度“消费性”偏向起到补救作用。建设现代意义上的儒学和文化形态必须走出两个误区:1.偏执于文化的普遍性、共时性的层面,而忽略其个性和历时性的意义;2.关注儒学的教化和实践特性和功能的同时,倡导重建制度化的儒学,倡导建立儒教并定为国教。要培育三种文化意识:1.要努力创造儒学的当代形态;2.致力于重建儒学与民众生活的联系;3.注重“以身体道”群体的养成。     

语用与社会文化环境下的引语解读研究——温家宝所用引语分析

温家宝总理在各种场合的讲话中多次引用经典话语,这些引语十分耐人寻味,值得认真分析探讨。文章拟从两个角度来解读这种引语现象：社会文化和语用环境角度。探究社会文化根源主要从三方面来阐述：尊古崇圣的思想、对含蓄美的崇尚以及风雅才学的体现。引语的语用环境分为语言内环境和语言外环境。引语的使用受元语篇语义的暗示和规约。最后,从引用主体和接受主体两个方面来分析温总理的引语运用。     

从焦点角度看古汉语数量结构

数量结构是句中陈述人强调的焦点,无论其位于什么位置。本文从焦点敏感的外在形式和内在语义两方面进行阐述,指出古汉语的数量结构是语义焦点。     

学校育人过程中文化自觉性的培养

文化自觉性是指生活在一定文化中的人对其文化有自知之明,理解所接触到的多种文化,通过自主的适应,取长补短,确立一个共同认可的基本秩序。加强文化自觉性培养是育人规律的基本要求,是主体文化人格养成的基本要求,也是文化自身发展传承的基本要求,更是使中华民族在国际竞争中立于不败之地的必要保证。培养青年学生的文化自觉性,就是培养其对于当今时代先进文化的自觉意识。文化自觉性培养的路径包括传播全面的知识,突出教育的主体性,加强制度建设和重视优秀文化的传承和发扬。     

“新的思维观念”与“新的价值和意义”——评黄科安《延安文学研究》

黄科安先生的专著《延安文学研究》突破了传统延安文学研究的规范,以一种＂新的思维观念＂来考察延安文学,挖掘出延安文学＂新的价值和意义＂,具体表现为如下几点：一、返回＂历史情境＂的＂知识考古学＂式文学史研究思维方式;二、对延安文学所代表的本土话语体系的价值意义与历史地位的理性评判和＂高调＂肯定;三、凸现延安文学的复杂化建构;四、建立在延安文学＂接受史＂基础上的主体评判。
