[目的/意义] 立足计量视角,通过对新兴技术特征的量化评价识别“目前处于科学研究阶段、尚未完全进入产业研发落地”的新兴技术。[方法/过程] 借助Node2Vec网络表征方法,从术语共现网络中学习技术术语的向量表示;以此为基础量化新兴技术“过去、现在及未来”三大时间维度特征-“融合性、新颖性及潜在的科学影响力”,用特征值筛选技术主题是否具有新兴性,由此探索得到向量表征视角下的新兴技术识别模型。最后以航空领域为例进行实证研究,验证该方法的科学性和合理性。[结果/结论] 通过引入“术语向量表征”的计算视角,有效编码了术语实体间显性和隐性的关联关系,提升了新兴技术特征计算的客观性;同时结合技术的历史、当前和预测信息,从网络结构和语义特征两方面进行识别,取得了较好的效果。 相似文献

As technological convergence has recently become a mainstream innovation trend, technological opportunities need to be explored in heterogeneous technology fields. Most of the previous convergence studies have taken a retrospective view in measuring the degree of convergence and monitoring the converging trends. This paper proposes a quantitative future-oriented approach to technological opportunity discovery for convergence using patent information. In a future-oriented approach, technological opportunities for convergence are suggested by predicting potential technological knowledge flows (TKFs) between heterogeneous fields. The potential TKFs are predicted by a link prediction method in a directed network, which is suggested in this paper to represent the direction of the predicted TKFs by adapting the concept of bibliographic coupling and edge-betweenness centrality. Converging technological opportunities are proposed as incremental and radical technological opportunities by extracting the potential increased knowledge flow links and emerging knowledge flow links. Moreover, the direction and themes of the predicted potential TKFs are provided as technological opportunities for convergence. As an illustration of the proposed method, the technological opportunities between biotechnology (BT) and information technology (IT) are explored. Firms and researchers can use the proposed method to seek out new technological opportunities from various technologies so that R&D policymakers can plan new R&D projects on technological convergence. 相似文献

The mutation operator has been seldom improved because researchers hardly suspect its ability to prevent genetic algorithm
(GA) from converging prematurely. Due to its importance to GA, the authors of this paper study its influence on the diversity
of genes in the same locus, and point out that traditional mutation, to some extent, can result in premature convergence of
genes (PCG) in the same locus. The above drawback of the traditional mutation operator causes the loss of critical alleles.
Inspired by digital technique, we introduce two kinds of boolean operation into GA to develop a novel mutation operator and
discuss its contribution to preventing the loss of critical alleles. The experimental results of function optimization show
that the improved mutation operator can effectively prevent premature convergence, and can provide a wide selection range

It is shown that in general the popular coefficient alpha estimator for reliability of multi-component measuring instruments converges almost surely to a quantity that is not equal to the population reliability coefficient. This convergence with probability 1 is a stronger statement than convergence in probability (consistency) and convergence in distribution for the alpha estimator, which have been studied in the past. In the special case of congeneric measures with uncorrelated errors and equal loadings on the common true score, the alpha estimator converges almost surely to the population reliability coefficient that equals population alpha, which implies also its consistency as a reliability estimator. When the loadings are unequal but sufficiently high and similar, the alpha estimator converges almost surely to population alpha that is essentially indistinguishable from the population reliability coefficient, which implies alpha’s approximate consistency then. For the general case, the results entail that the alpha estimator is not a consistent estimator of reliability. The findings add to the critical literature on coefficient alpha in the general case, as well as to the justification of its use as a dependable measuring instrument reliability estimator in special cases and settings resulting under appropriate restrictive conditions, and are illustrated using a numerical example. 相似文献
