校贫困生团体辅导对高自尊水平的干预效果——以丽水学院为例

为了研究进行团体辅导会对贫困大学生自尊产生怎样的干预效果,我们采用设计好的进行团体辅导的方案,从丽水学院中挑选出一批家庭经济困难的大学生,对他们进行一周一次,总共八周的团体辅导干预,然后通过分析,对干预的效果进行专业的评估。研究的结果表示,通过团体的辅导,贫困大学生们的自尊水平确实有所提高,对于改善交际的方式、增强情绪体验、提高领悟水平等方面也有明显的作用。团体辅导的这种方法对于贫困生改善自尊有着长期的作用。     

Qualitative Outcomes of a Homestay Immersion With Critical Reflection

The authors explore the impact of a 3‐week homestay cultural immersion on 10 counselor trainees by analyzing their 210 structured journals using consensual qualitative research. Findings suggest that establishing meaningful relationships and engaging in critical reflection are central to increasing multicultural awareness. Implications for multicultural counseling training and research are provided.     

基于PEST模型的当代大学生学业辅导体系构建

新世纪,发展性学业辅导作为一种全新的学生工作理念,受到了教育界广泛关注。为研究当代大学生"学业辅导"影响因素,在分析发展性学业辅导内涵与特点基础上,引入企业管理领域中PEST模型并加以拓展,形成政治、个人、经济、社会和技术五大类影响因素。据此,从理念和实践层面提出构建发展性学业辅导体系的思路和方法。     

Development of the Preferences for College Counseling Inventory

This study describes the development of the Preferences for College Counseling Inventory (PCCI). In addition to providing data about college students' preferences for the logistics of counseling and the demographic/professional background of a potential therapist, the PCCI also provides numerical scores on 3 scales (Therapist Expertise, Therapist Warmth, and Therapist Directiveness) that measure preferences for therapist dispositions and 2 scales (Task‐Oriented Activities and Experiential/Insight‐Oriented Activities) that measure preferences for counseling activities.     

Teaching anti-racist counseling theories: Black liberation narrative therapy

Counseling theories created by White theorists have traditionally failed to consider the religious or spiritual experiences of Black clients. Integration of Black liberation theology and narrative therapy provides a novel approach to support counseling trainees in meeting the needs of Black clients. Decolonizing therapeutic strategies are presented along with counselor educator recommendations.     

“Listen louder”: Counselor trainee understanding of diversity in diagnosis

Using grounded theory methodology, authors utilized four online focus groups to explore counselor trainees’ understanding of diversity in a mental health diagnosis course. Four overarching themes, each embodied by two subthemes, emerged from the data. Implications for counselor educators teaching diversity in diagnosis to counselor trainees are provided.     

“三全育人”视域下高职院校学生学习成效提升研究

基于自身发展需求,高职院校必须更加关注学生的学习成效。学生的学习成效是检验高职院校“三全育人”实践效果的重要指标,而“三全育人”政策则为高职院校提升学生学习成效指明了方向。但对学生的学习指引不足、教学管理制度功能发挥欠佳、学生学习交流机会较少等问题均阻碍了高职院校学生学习成效的提升。“三全育人”视角下高职院校提升学生学习成效的基本路径包括三个方面:一是将提升学习成效要素融入“三全育人”顶层制度设计;二是构建“三全育人”学生学习成效评价体系;三是完善“三全育人”协同机制,助力学生学习成效的提升。     

抗逆力视角下高校学习咨询服务体系的构建

随着高等院校学习咨询服务意识的增强,关于如何高效科学地解决大学生学习困扰方面的研究也日益增多,视角也越加多样化。本文在高校实际工作总结的基础上,以抗逆力理论视角探讨当前高校学习咨询服务体系构建的路径与工作模式,以此为高校学风建设工作实践提供理论借鉴和实践指导。     

关于海大2001级学生心理健康状况的调查研究

本文通过对大学生的心理健康状况的调查 ,对大学生中存在的心理问题产生的原因进行了分析 ,并提出了相应的对策。     

对我院99级学生心理健康状况的调查研究

本文运用心理测验法对本院99级学生的心理健康状况进行了测量、分析，并与全国大学生的心理健康状况进行对比研究，同时提出维护与增进学生心理健康的具体措施。
