英国入职教师教育国家课程探析

英国入职教师教育国家课程对合格教师资格标准,课程总要求,英语、数学、科学和信息交流技术在学科教学中的应用等几个方面进行了规定,并提出了较为具体的要求。实施其课程的目标是达成合格教师资格标准。该课程具有实践性,注重信息交流技术在学科教学中的作用,注重中小学在教师教育课程中的作用。这些启示我们要尽快制定教师资格标准,强化实践性入职教师教育课程并注重对其实施效果进行指导和监督。     

Mathematics-related anxiety and attitudes: examining the impact among Latina preservice teachers

The purpose of this study was to investigate mathematics-related anxiety and attitudes among Latina preservice teachers. Three sections from the Inventory of Mathematics Attitudes, Experience, and Self Awareness were administered to preservice teachers enrolled in a curriculum and instruction mathematics course during the 1st semester of a 2-semester credential program. Pre- and postsurvey data were examined among female students. There were significant differences on 5 statements that suggest positive perceptions about mathematics and 5 statements that suggest negative perceptions about mathematics. We discuss strategies to reduce mathematics anxiety and address attitudes in preservice teachers.

新课程背景下浙江省小学教师角色适应性研究

运用问卷调查法、访谈法和文献法,从态度意愿、理念和知识能力三个层次,对新课程背景下浙江省小学教师角色适应性情况进行了调查研究,针对调查中存在的问题提出建立课程资源开发的一般程序,制定完善的评价制度;大力推进教育硕士的培养工作,提高教师科研能力;做好教材的二次开发工作等建议。

本研究通过对新疆维吾尔族基础教育教师的深度访谈,了解到教师素质不能满足维吾尔族基础教育所需的内在原因,一是民族师范教育及教师教育质量不高,二是外在客观环境条件的制约,三是教师自我反思、自我教育、自我提高不够,据此有针对性地提出了对策和建议。

"反思型"培训模式:综合课程教师继续教育的理智选择

深入分析新一轮基础教育综合课程改革和实施的状况,倍感师资问题是制约综合课程改革主要的、“瓶颈性”的因素。要想真正消解综合课程实施中来自教师的制约作用,当务之急就是迅速而有效地对在职教师进行培训。本文通过理论与实践层面的分析,阐述了选择反思型的教师培训模式的必然性,提出了实施这一培训模式的策略和思路。

近年来,中职教师在职攻读硕士学位的过程中,出现了许多不尽人意之处,如学员学前背景、学前动机、学中态度、学中效果、学后质量等差异较大,影响了培养质量。为此,有必要加强与学员所在单位的联系与合作;加强对学员的管理与规范;以人为本,全面提高学员综合素质和学术价值观;优化导师的整体指导资源,提升导师小组的指导能力。     

Heroes of resiliency and reciprocity: teachers’ supporting role for reconceptualizing superhero play in early childhood settings

Superhero play is a specialised form of fantasy play with considerable appeal to young children. During superhero play, children have opportunities to pretend and often to play different types of roles within a safe and caring environment. When guided appropriately in an early childhood classroom, superhero play gives young children opportunities to gain a sense of mastery and empowerment as well as developmentally appropriate benefits by improving language skills, problem-solving and cooperation with peers. By recognising and modelling the characteristics of resiliency and promoting kindness with peers during superhero play, teachers can encourage children to be kind and resilient heroes to classroom friends. As today’s classrooms increasingly include diverse members, it is important for young children to understand and appreciate the peers they play and learn with at school. The result may be a richer learning experience and may break down barriers that can produce unfairness, bullying and aggressive behaviours. This article explores the essence of superhero fantasy play along with its benefits for young children. In addition, the article examines the challenge of superhero play in classrooms for early childhood educators by exploring teachers’ roles in play. A new pedagogy for supporting superhero play is introduced, addressing spiritual and educational concerns by suggesting ways in which teachers can increase resiliency, encourage new friendships and build classroom community among peers during play and classroom activities.     

梁漱溟的早期工业化思想述论

梁漱溟的早期工业化思想来自于他的文化思想,是其乡村建设理论的重要组成部分。他认为现代化过程从根本上来说受制于文化,由于西方的侵略,中国既有的社会结构遭到破坏,西方式的新的社会结构又没能建立,所谓的中国问题,其实亦是文化问题。因此,中国问题的解决,要在重新建设一个社会的组织构造,并将农村的复兴和农业的发展摆在突出的位置。进而,他主张中国的工业化应该走一条以培养有效需求为动力的、由农业到工业、以合作社为主体进行非营利式经营的发展道路,我们称之为"迂回式工业化道路"。这一思想与其对中国国情的特殊认识紧密联系,他试图以乡村建设运动的方式实现文化建国,刷新中国的文化、经济和政治,但却过于重视工业化进程中的文化、社会变迁,忽视了对工业发展自身规律的探讨。而对国家和政府的未来走向所持的悲观论调又决定了他所提出的社会救济方案显得消沉和被动,缺乏实现的可能性。但其对农业的重视、对乡村工业的关照、对资本主义剥削的批判,仍然是其工业化思想的闪光点,这对于现今一系列问题的解决不无借鉴意义。
