2001-2013年开都河流域上游积雪时空分布特征及其对气象因子的响应

积雪融水是干旱区水资源的重要来源之一,深入地了解积雪面积变化的规律和趋势,有助于准确预测、合理规划干旱区水资源。本研究以新疆开都河流域上游为研究区,利用MOD10A2积雪数据对研究区积雪进行了分带提取,通过线性回归分析和Mann-Kendall秩次相关法对2001-2013年不同季节不同分带积雪日数、积雪面积变化进行了趋势分析和显著性检验。结合降水、气温等气象因素,分析了积雪面积对气象因素变化的响应程度。结果表明：①研究区整体积雪日数平均变化趋势并不明显,B带（海拔2000~2900m）以增加趋势为主,A带（海拔1098~2000m）、C带（海拔2900~3800m）及D带（海拔3800~4794m）以减少趋势为主;②D带积雪面积变化呈双峰曲线,其他各分带及整个区域积雪面积变化以单峰为主,最大值出现在冬季,最小值则出现在夏季;③B带秋季积雪面积显著增加（P<0.01）,其他分带积雪面积有减小趋势但并不显著,积雪分布有向B带集中的趋势;④研究区气温、降水分别在春、冬季节与积雪面积相关性显著（P<0.01）,对应的变化速率亦明显高于其他季节,这可能导致未来春季径流及春季洪水频率增加。     

基于全覆盖路径规划的地面搜索问题研究

对简化的地面搜索问题进行研究。首先用最小覆盖原理求出组内每个人的实际搜索半径;考虑组内所有搜索队员作为一个整体沿区域扫描线方向进行搜索,从而可导出一组搜索队伍总的搜索宽度;然后用搜索队伍总的搜索宽度对目标区域进行栅格化;最后采用基于栅格地图的全覆盖路径规划算法对问题1进行求解。对问题2。首先根据时间均衡原则和各组人数均衡原则,确定好各组人数与各组区域优化分配,于是问题2就转化为问题1,便可采用问题1的模型进行求解。理论分析与计算结果表明该方案是可行的。     

基于光谱混合分析的城市植被覆盖度与地表温度关系的研究

分别选择NDVI和光谱混合分析植被组分(VF)作为城市植被覆盖度指示因子,研究植被覆盖度与地表温度(LST)的相关关系.选择了一定数量的样本点,通过线性拟合的方法研究了NDVI及VF与LST的相关关系.研究结果表明,VF与LST之间的相关性比NDVI与LST之间相关性更好.研究表明,在城市LST研究中VF可以作为表征植被性质的参数.     

论焦裕禄精神与党性修养

目前,党性修养问题已引起党和国家的高度重视,焦裕禄则以他共产党员的坚定党性引起了广泛关注。当前,我国面临的国内外形势、部分领导干部存在的作风、党性修养在领导干部作风中的＂根本＂性地位等,都要求我们必须大力弘扬焦裕禄精神,进一步加强党性修养。加强党性修养是共产党人引领社会主义事业不断前进的唯一保证。党性修养的主要内容包括党性内涵等三个方面,其基本途径则包括确立信仰等五个方面。

对奥林匹克价值的界定和认知历程的分析是文章研究的起点。从哲学、意识形态和宗教三个层面,分析了奥林匹克主义中国化的背景。在此基础上,结合中国媒体对奥林匹克运动会的报道情况和发展历程,对奥林匹克价值在中国媒体中的传播进行了解读,最后提出了中国媒体对奥林匹克价值传播的思路。     

People's Daily: An Evolutionary Narrative on Asia in Its Coverage of the Asian Games

Amid the complex international situation and entangled interests, news narration is usually conducted by the government, media and the public together by copying mainstream ideas and concepts. In covering the Asian Games, People's Daily takes on a periodical change in its narration about Asia during the history of China's participation in the Games: in the stage of ‘alienation and struggle’, the narration is focused on politics; in the stage of ‘participation and competition’, the narration becomes two dimensional, touching on both politics and sport; in the stage of ‘hosting the Games and taking the lead’, the narration is further diversified and incorporates politics, sport and culture. Such an evolution takes place in a profound international and historical context, reflecting the changes not only in China's sporting events coverage but also in the ‘mindset and insight’ of Chinese media in covering sporting events and Asia.     

Flags,Feuds and Frictions: North Korea and the London 2012 Olympics

The Democratic People's Republic of Korea participated in the 2012 Summer Olympics in London with 51 athletes. They won a total of six medals and finished 20th in the overall medal table. However, most observers of the London 2012 Olympics will not remember North Korea's athletic successes but the flag blunder that kicked the Games off with a diplomatic row. On the first day, the South Korean flag was accidentally displayed next to the faces of the North Korean women's football team on the stadium's huge screen. Although there have been several flag controversies and blunders in the context of the Olympic Games, this incident must be considered as one of the most embarrassing and high-profile as, technically, North and South Korea are still at war having signed only an armistice at the end of the Korean War in 1953. This paper deals with three interrelated issues: first, it outlines the development of inter-Korean political and sporting relations since the 2008 Beijing Olympics before, second, it focuses on the political significance of the 2012 London Games. Third, it summarises key themes and ideological messages emerging from a qualitative analysis of the state-controlled North Korean media coverage of the 2012 Olympics. The Korean Central News Agency appears to pursue a dual strategy: it aims to increase the popularity of outstanding North Korean athletes and create home-grown stars, and also attempts to encourage an alternative discourse about the country abroad. All these issues need to be analysed in wider context of significant political changes in both Koreas, particularly in the North, where Kim Jong-un, who came to power in December 2011, has started to carve out a distinct identity and forge his own leadership style.

中国学生贷款补贴体系的演变与发展趋势

中国学生贷款现有贴息、税前扣除、特定免税、风险补偿金、代偿、利率补贴等6种补贴形式,它们又可分为显性直接补贴、隐性直接补贴和显性间接补贴、隐性间接补贴四种补贴方式,以及"政府补贴学生"、"银行补贴学生"、"政府补贴银行"三种主客体关系。实践表明,中国学生贷款补贴扩大了资助面,减轻了学生还贷负担,缓解了国家助学贷款的获贷难和回收难问题。今后补贴规模还应进一步加大,并辅之以补贴结构的优化。
