宁夏大学生社会主义核心价值认同状况调查分析

宁夏大学生对社会主义核心价值认同状况的调查结果显示,大部分学生对社会主义核心价值高度认同,但部分学生存在不同程度的认同缺失,体现在认知、情感、行为三个方面。影响宁夏大学生社会主义核心价值认同缺失的原因主要包括教育因素、社会因素以及民族文化和宗教因素。     

“好士兵”还是“坏苹果”？建设性越轨行为对个体创新绩效的影响——组织内部社会资本的调节作用

基于本土企业201份员工的问卷调查数据，探索了建设性越轨行为对个体创新绩效的影响，尤其是检验了组织内部社会资本的调节作用。结果表明：（1）建设性越轨行为与个体创新绩效之间存在倒U型关系，即适度的建设性越轨行为可以促进个体的创新绩效，而过度的建设性越轨行为则会降低个体的创新绩效；（2）组织内部社会资本调节了建设性越轨行为与个体创新绩效之间的关系，即相对于组织内部社会资本水平较低的组织，对组织内部社会资本水平高的组织来说，建设性越轨行为与个体创新绩效之间关系的转折点出现在更高的建设性越轨行为水平上。研究结论揭示了“建设性越轨行为是一柄‘双刃剑’”的本质，为企业创新管理实践提供了有益启示。     

上海市创意产业关联效应的实证分析

产业之间关联关系的实质就是各产业相互之间的供给与需求关系。本文根据上海市2002年投入产出表的资料,通过分析直接消耗系数、分配系数、感应度系数和影响力系数等,揭示了创意产业与其他产业存在密切的关联关系,对最终需求具有较高的感应度。由于创意产业具有智力要素密集、资源消耗少、联动效应强、产品附加值大等特性,发展创意产业可以充分发挥上海在地理环境、经济、人才资源方面的优势,推动产业结构升级,转变经济增长方式,增强城市综合竞争力。

大学生社会主义核心价值观培育的生态学原理探析

用自然生态学的基本原理来探索大学生社会主义核心价值观培育多个维度下的运行机理,对于揭示培育过程中存在的各限制因子和制约因素,构建出契合大学生社会主义核心价值观培育的积极生态环境具有重要的意义。从个体、种群、群落、系统生态的基本原理入手,层层深入地探索大学生社会主义核心价值观培育在微观、中观、宏观的不同生态环境下生态原理的运行机理,科学合理地运用最小因子、耐受、反馈、群聚及主导性和多样性等原理,促进各生态资源的网状凝集,使整个生态系统呈现出生机勃勃的生命力,实现培育生态体系的生态平衡和可持续发展。     

An exploration of Outward Bound New Zealand’s organisational culture

This article examines the key factors of organisational culture (artefacts, values and beliefs, and core assumptions) that have led to the development of Outward Bound New Zealand (OBNZ) over the past 50 years. Primary data for this case study were obtained through the use of semi-structured, in-depth interviews with past and present school and executive directors. A key finding is that OBNZ, founded on the beliefs of the German educator Kurt Hahn, has reviewed its values and formalised these into the ‘fundamentals’ of greatness, compassion, responsibility and integrity. Important visible symbols of the OBNZ brand are the badge, the logo with ‘to serve, to strive and not to yield’ and the cutter. The core assumption is still focused on self-discovery and the Outward Bound motto ‘there’s more to you than you think’. Internationally, Outward Bound course length has declined to just 4 days compared with OBNZ’s average of 14 days. In contrast, OBNZ has remained true to Hahn’s original belief, the ‘fundamental’ values, core assumptions and the Standard/Classic (three-week) course. These findings have implications for the development of outdoor adventure education and business organisations’ culture and leadership.     

Moral education and values education in curriculum reform in China

In the new curriculum reform in China, moral education and values education have been defined from the angles of the integrity and conformity of curriculum functions. Accordingly, a new education concept based on complete/integral curriculum functions is established. By discussing the essences of the curriculum, the basis of moral and values education, integrated curriculum setting in instruction structure, the presence of emotional and attitudinal goals in the subject standards, and teaching methods, this text points out that this curriculum reform looks to moral and values education in schools. The reform also emphasizes and will guarantee moral and values education in schools. Finally, the article recommends to elementary and secondary schools the studies on moral education in class conducted by the Research Institute of Moral Education of Nanjing Normal University, one of the Key Bases for Humanities and Social Sciences Research for the Ministry of Education. __________ Translated from Global Education, 2002:12
