B2B电子商务模式探讨

文章介绍了电子商务的几种主要模式及B2B电子商务概况，认为B2B模式将成为未来电子商务的主要模式。原因在于B2B模式具有使买卖双方信息交流低廉、快捷，可降低企业间的交易成本，减少企业的库存，缩短企业生产周期等竞争优势。同时还就B2B电子商务模式对企业的影响和制约我国B2B电子商务发展的因素及对策等问题进行了探讨。     

浅论UCC5与UCP的关系

作为国际贸易结算的主要手段，UCP已经被国际贸易界首肯，在中美贸易中却未必如此。因为美国不仅是一个多法域的国家，而且依照《美国商法典》，UCC5在许多情况下要优先适用于UCP。所以，在中美贸易中，如果当事人欲适用UCP，除了必须在信用证中做出明确约定外，还须进一步明确美国各州法律的适用情况。即使如此，在个别情形下还不能排除UCC5的强制适用。     

关于青年科学基金的作用及优化资助政策的思考

青年科学基金是国家自然科学基金会专门设立的,用于资助35岁以下的青年科研人员独立开展科学研究。从青年科学基金的设立、实施近20年的绩效出发,初步探讨了青年科学基金的作用、存在的问题,提出了今后青年科学基金改进资助方式、提高资助效率的政策建议。     

When transnational curriculum policy reaches classrooms – teaching as directed exploration

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this article is to explore how education policy that is both enabled and constrained by transnational policy flows and national policy built up by social, cultural and historical traditions are enacted through curriculum at the classroom level. The focus is on how policy rationality embedded in the structure and content of curriculum is transformed into certain rationalities in classroom teaching. By understanding lessons as ‘curriculum events’, the study reveals a dominant classroom discourse of recitation and similar triadic communication patterns, which is in accordance with other classroom studies. However, in the article it is argued that the version of teaching that emerges in this study, interpreted in a broader context of an international standards movement, can be understood in terms of directed exploration based on the teacher’s role as an explorer of what the students know, think and understand in relation to the acquisition of knowledge prescribed in the curriculum’s knowledge requirements. Even though the form of recitation is well known, the reason for choosing this teaching repertoire is somewhat new and can be related to the teacher authoring a basic oral text in accordance with assessment standards.     

Anti-bullying procedures for schools in Ireland: principals’ responses and perceptions

The role of the principal is imperative in creating a school climate that nurtures differences and equality at the same time. Policy and legislation in Ireland dictates the responsibility of school principals in preventing and intervening in issues relating to bullying. The current research investigates the extent to which principals consider the impact of bullying on their students and the strategies they take to combat it in their schools. We consider how principals respond to bullying and what supports they feel are missing for them to adhere to relevant policy. A sample of 918 principals from a range of schools across Ireland completed an online survey. The results demonstrated some positive actions by principals such as the provision of anti-bullying policies. However, they also document areas that need more action such as increased access to counsellors and appointing a specific staff member to deal with and tackle bullying in each school. Guidance from the Department of Education and Skills in Ireland on the development and provision of an anti-bullying programme is called for. Results are discussed in light of the current Anti-Bullying Procedures established by the Department of Education and Skills and the Action Plan for Bullying 2013.     

Innovation and Enterprise in Singapore Schools

Schools in Singapore are now tasked to develop the spirit of innovation and enterprise in their students. This is in line with the national vision of ‘Thinking Schools, Learning Nation’. This policy initiative, which began in 2004, is set to change the fundamental nature of education in Singapore. This article discusses the innovation and enterprise (I&E) initiative, its major implications for schools in Singapore and the areas still to be addressed in the implementation of the policy. In particular, the article discusses the issues of teachers and school leaders as role models of I&E, I&E as an organic part of school business, the influence of the wider societal culture and values system, and the measurement of success of I&E. The challenge for schools is to go beyond the form of the initiative to bring real substantial and sustainable change through this movement.

To jump the wave or not: teachers’ perceptions of research evidence in education

This article presents a microanalysis of how a group of primary school teachers deals with research evidence in their work. Based on analysis of a group of Norwegian teachers’ interactions over issues of educational research and research-based knowledge, we find that teachers’ representations of educational research particularly center on the following issues: educational research being perceived as circular, ‘polyphonic’, and a matter of accommodation to their experience-based knowledge. These metaphors also shed light upon the dilemmas that arise when research evidence meets teachers’ more contextual knowledge. We conclude that teachers’ practice-based evidence may take new forms with an increased policy focus on research-based evidence, as well as bringing forth challenges for teacher work and professionalism.

论当前国内商业银行授信业务管理与风险防范

目前国内商业银行授信管理存在着缺陷 ,授信质量受到影响。因此 ,国内商业银行必须完善法人治理结构 ,在此基础上建立健全科学的绩效考核指标、风险控制和决策机制 ,加强制度建设和执行力度 ,从而有效控制风险 ,培育良好的银行授信文化。
