生态世界观视域下中国竞技体育发展的价值重塑

生态世界观是对现代性危机的一次重新梳理,对于重塑竞技体育本真内在价值,实现可持续发展具有重要意义。当前,中国竞技体育的发展片面的以成绩为导向、割裂发展、以人为中心,带有强烈机械世界观色彩,造就了中国竞技体育的现代性危机。生态世界观视域下,从整体着眼,注重协同发挥竞技体育的工具性价值和人文性价值,实现竞技体育发展的动力平衡是竞技体育发展的主要导向。     

Meet Them Where They Are: An Outreach Model to Address University Counseling Center Disparities

ABSTRACT

Although University Counseling Centers continue to report increased rates of served students, those who hold marginalized identities continue to be underrepresented. Many factors may contribute to such discrepancies, including stigma, access, and trust in providers. College students across the nation have recently called for an increase in the number of professionals who identify as racially/ethnically diverse. The current article reviews one university’s response to their own students’ call for action, and particularly explores how the program was implemented and its associated costs and benefits. Considerations for other university administrators seeking to employ similar methods are discussed.     

Inference Based on the Best-Fitting Model Can Contribute to the Replication Crisis: Assessing Model Selection Uncertainty Using a Bootstrap Approach

Inferences and conclusions drawn from model fitting analyses are commonly based on a single “best fitting” model. If model selection and inference are carried out using the same data model selection, uncertainty is ignored. We illustrate the Type I error inflation that can result from using the same data for model selection and inference, and we then propose a simple bootstrap-based approach to quantify model selection uncertainty in terms of model selection rates. A selection rate can be interpreted as an estimate of the replication probability of a fitted model. The benefits of bootstrapping model selection uncertainty are demonstrated in growth mixture analyses of data from the National Longitudinal Study of Youth, and a 2-group measurement invariance analysis of the Holzinger–Swineford data.     

公共危机预警机制研究

根据公共危机预警所需要的快速性、准确性和公开性特征，建立危机预警机制的目的应体现为对危机信息的及时搜集和发现以及发布两个方面。建立危机预警的关键是建立包括危机预警综合信息系统、气象、地震、海洋灾害预警系统和经济危机预警系统在内的高效信息系统。此外，还应建立社会心理预警机制，以及完备的信息搜集、信息管理和信息发布制度。     

“三位一体”大学生心理危机干预体系初探

大学生心理危机干预是新时期高校思想政治教育工作的一个重要组成部分。结合近年来国内外危机干预的理论与实践,提出"学校-院(系)-班级、公寓"三位一体的大学生心理危机干预体系,并探索通过三级危机干预中心的运作实施大学生心理危机干预,即危机的预防性干预、危机的咨询与治疗性干预和危机的应急干预。     

资本主义生态危机的根源及其出路——本·阿格尔的“生态危机理论”评述

生态学马克思主义者阿格尔从马克思自然观、异化劳动理论和危机理论出发,提出了关于资本主义社会的＂生态危机理论＂。按照他的看法,在当代资本主义社会,生态危机已取代经济危机占主导地位成为主要的危机类型;生态危机的根源在于过度生产和过度消费所导致的＂异化消费＂;解决生态危机的出路在于＂期望破灭了的辩证法＂。文章意在对阿格尔＂生态危机理论＂进行全面阐述并作出简要的评述。     

校长领导权力合法性危机的反思与超越

校长领导权力合法性危机是指校长领导权力失去正当性且未获得被领导者的认同、支持和服从,其实质上是一种认同危机,主要表现为公共性危机、程序性危机、价值性危机及有效性危机等。通过注重公共意志及公共利益价值取向的联结、遵循程序正义与实质正义原则的统一、实现以人为本与交往伦理的结合及处理好适当集权与合理分权的协调等范式,可以缓解校长领导权力的合法性危机,最终实现学校的有效发展。     

Closing the Gap: Fostering Successful Research‐Practice Partnerships in Counselor Education

Research‐practice partnerships offer counselor educators an opportunity to generate scholarship that can promote client welfare and create systemic change in practice and policy. The purpose of this article is to articulate strategies for building and sustaining research‐practice partnerships, as well as suggest methods for evaluating these partnerships.

职业院校新生心理问题产生原因及疏导对策

新生入学教育往往忽视对新生进行必要的心理疏导,造成一部分学生还没有真正地进入正常的学校生活就迷失了方向,产生了不良的后果。作为职业院校应根据新生心理健康问题产生的原因,做好心理疏导工作,将心理疏导融入职业院校学生素质拓展活动、教学活动、日常交流、教师队伍建设及学校的管理机制等各个方面。
