浅谈高校思想政治工作的激励契机

针对当前高校学生的思想状况,本文分析了应加强思想政治工作的紧迫性和必要性,进而对如何认识和把握思想政治教育工作的激励契机,加强对学生的教育引导,保证学生沿着健康的轨道发展,提高学生的综合素质谈了自己的看法。     

土地征用制度的经济学分析及改革思路

从经济学角度出发，运用生产者与消费者剩余，分析了土地征用制度的市场效率；指出现行制度供给不足是导致征地权滥用与征地行为不规范的根源；并指出制度的“路径依赖”性导致制度变迁的阻力较大。鉴于此，提出了改革的两种思路——完善土地征用制度和规范土地流转市场。当前应完善土地征用制度，随着经济发展与制度环境的改善，再过渡到全面改革土地征用制度上。     

翻译在外语教学中的积极作用——对传统翻译法和交际教学法问题的思考

基于对传统翻译法和交际法两种外语教学法所存在的问题的思考,文章分析了翻译中文化导入、口译、回译等翻译手段和翻译媒介在教学中的辅助作用,提出适当地运用翻译可以弥补传统翻译法和交际法的不足,有效地促进外语教学.     

基于IEET工程教育认证背景下的土力学实验教学方法探索

工程教育认证制度是国际通行的质量保证办法,是工程师制度改革的基础,是未来工程师能力水平的保证。IEET推动的工程教育认证是一项非政府的审查机制,主旨为“以学生学习成果为导向(outcome-based),确保专业的教育品质”。那么结合现代信息化教学技术——微课的理念,本文主要探索土力学实验教学新模式,设计出符合创新人才培养目标要求的土力学实验课程教学内容,期待能为高等学校相关专业土力学实验课程任课教师准备实验教学内容提供参考,同时也为同行开展相关实验及学生设计创新实验提供借鉴。     

The policy problem: the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and implications for access to education

This paper explores the changing terrain of disability support policy in Australia. Drawing on a critical disability framework of policy sociology, the paper considers the policy problem of access to education for people with disabilities under recent reform by means of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), which commenced full roll-out across the country from July 2016. The paper reviews NDIS reports, legislation and associated literature to consider how eligibility to scheme participation and education services are shaped, and how education is positioned in the development and implementation of the NDIS. The analysis highlights tensions that exist for people with disabilities and their families who both access the scheme and who might draw on its provision to support their education, because of the way the policy is oriented towards pathological categorisation, standardised outcomes and service delineation rather than integrated support and informed involvement. The paper concludes by arguing that despite the policy priority across Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development countries of increasing lifelong learning opportunities, fragmented NDIS policy in Australia prevents people with disabilities from achieving this ideal.

La Parte Chusca of a Pedagogical Here and Now: Oaxacan Teachers’ Heteroglossic Joking About State Repression and Educational Reform

Faced with repression and reform, humor has become tactical for public school teachers in Oaxaca, Mexico, engaged in a decades-old movement that after 2006 involved intensified street- and school-based pedagogies. This piece explores how humor adds to a political project via mocking names, images, and dictates of elite leaders to bring a here and now to what is taken as inaccessible in the teachers’ political lives. Humor forms part of an (e)sc(h)atology in which critical practices are part eschatological, a call for definite transformation, and part scatological, embodied vulgarity. La parte chusca (the funny part), its (e)sc(h)atological contribution, angles toward critical literacies in Oaxaca and beyond.     

Anti-racist moral education: A review of approaches,impact and theoretical underpinnings from 2000 to 2015

Racism is a moral issue and of concern for moral educators, with recent social movements such as #BlackLivesMatter highlighting how far we are from obliterating racial oppression and the unearned privilege whiteness confers. To contribute to a more formalised approach to anti-racist moral education, this article systematically reviews 15 years of peer-reviewed scholarship concerned with anti-racist education, to establish the definitions and aims of anti-racist education drawn on, the theoretical frameworks underpinning these, the methods used in education efforts, and their intended impact. It also considers the geo-political aspects of knowledge production in the field, such as author country location and implementation context of empirical studies. It concludes with implications for moral education in classroom and community contexts and advocates for anti-racist moral education that comprise three interconnected components—making visible systemic oppression (visibilising), recognising personal complicity in oppression through unearned privilege (recognising) and developing strategies to transform structural inequalities (strategising).     

教育扶贫瞄准偏差与治理路径探究——基于政府行为视角分析

教育扶贫瞄准偏差即教育扶贫对象识别以及教育扶贫资源投放所存在的偏颇和误差。目前,教育扶贫对象识别、教育扶贫项目设计以及教育扶贫经费使用等都存在一定的瞄准偏差。政府作为我国教育扶贫主体的首席,其"经济人"特质和"委托—代理"行为方式构成了教育扶贫瞄准偏差的两个重要变量。因此,基于政府行为视角治理教育扶贫瞄准偏差,一方面,需要完善激励机制以实现各级政府在教育扶贫过程中的目标兼容,激发各级政府治理教育扶贫瞄准偏差的动力;另一方面,构建政府主导、多方参与的教育扶贫主体体系,提高政府治理教育扶贫瞄准偏差的能力。     

Neoliberal practices amidst social justice orientations: global citizenship education in South Korea

Abstract

Global citizenship education (GCE) positions itself on the global arena as a transformative social justice oriented educational curriculum that addresses the political, social, economic and cultural inequalities brought about through colonisation and neoliberalism on the global and local levels. Through an exploration of the discourse, design and delivery of GCE in the young nation-state of South Korea, we argue that, in fact, GCE reinforces and maintains the hegemonic ideals of global capitalism; core-periphery global and local relationships; and dichotomous views of poverty and inequalities. We argue that these approaches reflect South Korea’s geopolitical realities, but that attitudes towards GCE in South Korea also reflect its cultural norms and values towards working together towards a common good. Ultimately, we call for a more nuanced approach to GCE scholarship in which we move away from theoretical divisions to practical applications of social justice that work within increasingly capitalist/neoliberal interests for a more inclusive world.
