通货膨胀的诱因、预测与控制是各国政府、学者乃至普通民众关心的热点问题。运用交叉相关分析法对GDP增长率、M2增长率、工业生产者购进价格指数等因素与通货膨胀间的关系进行了定量分析,确定了各因素与通货膨胀之间的领先、一致和滞后关系;然后结合人工神经网络原理,以先前确定的领先指标作为输入信息建立了基于BP神经网络的通胀预测模型,最后根据模型预测结果,提出了控制通货膨胀的相关政策建议。 相似文献

迄今,国内外学者关于翻译原则、翻译理论,发表过诸多的真知灼见。尽管这些理论、原则似乎无论什么样的翻译内容,都是“放之四海而皆准”的航标。但笔者认为针对不同的翻译内容,还是应当在翻译策略上有所取舍,比如谚语的翻译。谚语是民族文化的结晶。因此,笔者认为在谚语翻译中,应当侧重“以文化还原文化”,以期加深对中日谚语文化的了解和提高翻译水平。 相似文献

Abstract This article reports on the findings of an investigation in which 30 secondary schools rated the priority being given to and the likely impact on teaching and learning of a selection of 23 issues currently on the agenda for school improvement. Results are considered for the whole sample, and according to the role of respondents and school context. Schools are giving high priority to the implementation of national policies and school‐generated initiatives directed at improved classroom practice. However, the perceived impact of externally generated change is less than that of change for which school staff feel a sense of ownership. Policies directed at a consideration of resource issues, professional development and salary changes are accorded low priority and are not considered to have a marked impact on teaching and learning. There is a potential for frustration and loss of morale when policies that are thought to be of limited value within schools require time and sometimes extensive consideration. The article's conclusions for policy‐makers are directed at minimising this risk. 相似文献

A large literature establishes the benefits of discussions for stimulating student engagement and critical thinking skills. However, we know considerably less about the differential effects of various discussion environments on student learning. In this study, we assess student perceptions concerning the benefits of discussions in an upper-level political science class. We compare how students evaluated discussions in the whole-class environment, in small face-to-face discussion groups, and in online discussion groups. Overall, according to student surveys, small discussion groups elicited the highest student satisfaction and scored highest in critical thinking skills, while online discussions provided the best forum to express thoughts. While they did not favor all-class discussions, students reported that this format, too, provided benefits. 相似文献

Karol Estreicher (1827–1908) compiled Bibliografia polska [Polish bibliography], an extraordinary retrospective national bibliography of the body of written works of Poland. Chronologically covering the entire history of printing in Poland up to 1900, it consisted of three distinct parts: the nineteenth century; a universal chronological bibliography of Polish publications; and pre-nineteenth century, conventionally called Bibliografia staropolska [Bibliography of old Poland]. So far a total of 56 volumes of Bibliografia polska have been published. That total includes the 35 volumes that constitute parts 1, 2, and 3; the four volumes that, covering 1891–1900, were published outside the framework of the three parts; and the seventeen volumes that constitute the second edition of part 1, the nineteenth-century bibliography. It was an exhaustive but also complicated bibliographic opus. A prolific writer and literary scholar himself, Estreicher devoted—with remarkable endurance and resilience—50 years of his life to its making. Much of the complexity of his bibliography reflected the cultural and intellectual roots of the author and the way he interpreted the meaning of his project. 相似文献

The sources and access points of sport science literature are discussed, with the intent to provide a practical guide for the health science librarian, regardless of the size or type of library involved. Sport science literature is still scattered throughout publications directed to many different groups. Not centrally indexed, without standardized terminology, the holdings are dispersed among various types of libraries and documentation centers. The lists provided include professional associations, online computer databases, indexes and abstract services, journals and serials, and books, all intended to aid the health sciences librarian interested in establishing a sporf science collection. 相似文献

The scope of the present study was first to evaluate the cross‐cultural reliability and validity of the Social Emotional Questionnaire (SEQ) and second to estimate and compare the prevalence rates of childhood developmental and psychiatric disorders in the general population of young children in the Netherlands and Greece. To this end, the caregivers of 1748 Dutch and 384 Greek 4–12‐year‐old children from the general population completed the SEQ. The number of children displaying symptoms of childhood developmental disorders was estimated by applying the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders‐IV criteria of symptom occurrence. Results showed that the reliability and the construct validity of the SEQ were acceptable in both countries and for all the age‐groups of children. Concerning the prevalence, the Greek children were found to display overall significantly more symptoms of developmental disorders than the Dutch children. However, when the number of children suffering from psychiatric symptoms in the clinical range was estimated using the clinical criteria provided by categorical classification systems, no statistical significant differences emerged between the two countries. This finding suggests that when the criterion of clinical impairment is applied in diagnostic procedures, the number of children suffering from severe psychiatric disorders is about equal in the two countries.
