双元模式选择对企业绩效的影响——基于跨层视角的分析

双元型组织已成为动态环境下战略管理研究的热点。当前学者对双元组织模式及其对绩效的影响进行了大量研究,并将双元组织的模式区分为平衡型双元和组合型双元。但是现有研究对影响双元模式选择的关键要素仍然缺乏深入分析。从资源角度出发,从领导个体、组织以及组织网络三个层面探索影响双元模式选择的关键要素。研究认为,领导者的网络扩展能力,组织的资源柔性以及网络中心度是影响组织双元模式选择的重要因素,这些要素通过影响组织双元模式的选择从而影响企业绩效。     

基于改进的分类矢量量化的图像压缩算法研究

主要研究了图像压缩精确度问题。针对传统的图像压缩算法精度低问题,本文提出了利用小波变换后的不同的小波系数的相关性,构造图像的特征的跨频带矢量,并对其进行分类,最后通过实验验证分析算法的有效性和具有一定的实际应用价值。

Abstract

Proposed changes to the Australian cross‐media regulation prohibiting common ownership of commercial free‐to‐air television and radio services and daily newspapers in the same market and their likely impact on diversity of opinion are evaluated in this paper. The analysis indicates that the replacement of the cross‐media rules with a minimum number of voices rule will lead to increased concentration of main media and reduced diversity. There is little evidence that the Internet and other new media are significantly displacing traditional media as independent sources of opinion in the domestic market. Also, the proposed number of voices rule is assessed as a largely ineffective and inefficient regulation. Consequently, the paper concludes that while abolition of the cross‐media rules might be an appropriate objective in the longer term, the proposed changes are likely to have undesirable effects on diversity of opinion in the immediate future.

对我国甲A职业足球联赛主场优势的研究

对我国甲A足球队90名运动员进行了心理问卷调查,结合1995、1996年甲A职业足球联赛的技术统计对主场优势进行了研究。结果显示:我国甲A职业足球联赛存在主场优势并对胜率有重要影响。引起主场效应的基本因素为主场的条件效应、主场的竞赛效应和运动员的主客场心理感受差异效应。     

名人博客"火"与"衰"的原因探析

名人博客虽然在2002年就已存在,但直到2005年借助新浪网站提供的专门频道才真正开始火暴,不到半年就形成了“集团作战”的规模。然而来得快去得也快,不到半年又都纷纷偃旗息鼓,大多以直接或间接的方式关闭了博客。名人息博的主要原因是违背了博客自愿、平等、和气、松弛、非功利的初衷和本质,因此必然导致“逃离”、“开溜”的结局,这是规律使然。     

Modelling and close observation: ways of teaching and learning between third‐generation Bangladeshi British children and their grandparents in London

Studies on child development in cross‐cultural contexts generally contrast child‐rearing practices in traditional or non‐Western with those of Western societies. Thus, they show how non‐Western communities tend to emphasise the importance of interdependence and collectivism between family and group members; Western communities focus rather on the role of the individual and achievement within a competitive milieu. Similarly, close observation by younger siblings of older children and caregivers who ‘model’ tasks to be learned are usually concepts referring to non‐Western groups, whilst those detailing ‘scaffolding’ tend to focus on the caregiver/child dyad in the West. This paper questions the value of such binary divisions when studying the learning taking place in the homes of third‐generation migrants to the UK. Using examples of children, their younger siblings and their grandmothers in London, it shows ways in which the older generation skilfully syncretises traditional and Western teaching practices and how each child responds appropriately to the tasks in hand.     

流散文学民族性与经典文学普世性的交互关系——从《女勇士》及《喜福会》谈起

美国华裔流散文学含有不少民族文化的成分,而这种民族性对于经典的形成有深刻的影响。由汤亭亭与谭恩美的主要作品展开探讨,发现流散作品的民族性与经典文学的普世性具有交互性的影响,呈现出彼此之间的动态循环关系,这种动态关系不但呼应比较文学当中的＂交互循环＂理论,也可以映证民族性与普世性之间的关联。
