商务英语毕业设计二人团队合作模式探究

国内不少高校开始了毕业设计形式上的改革,南京大学金陵学院商务英语专业也紧跟潮流,打破了传统的一人一题的方式,尝试团队合作完成毕业设计的模式。本论文对二人的团队合作进行了可行性的探讨,根据问卷调查反馈,从自愿组队、合作选题、团队沟通、师生互动等方面分析了这种模式伴随产生的问题,提出了有针对性的对策和建议,并证明了这种新模式值得推广。     

工程项目风险分担研究综述与展望

随着工程项目风险分担方案在工程实践中的地位日趋提升,项目管理者及学者越来越关注工程项目合理的风险分担方案。为把握工程项目风险分担这一领域的研究动态,并为后续深入研究提供理论基础,通过对近年文献归纳整理,从工程项目风险分担的本质、研究类型、技术范式、组织范式、契约范式及关系范式等方面对现有研究成果进行分类综述,提出目前研究的不足并对未来研究方向进行展望。文献梳理结果表明:现有工程项目风险分担研究总体脉络较清晰,研究以定性为主辅以定量研究,缺乏完全化的定量研究;风险分担驱动因素识别有待深入以及缺乏发承包双方对风险分担的认知差异性研究。     

Planning for the Budget-ocalypse: The Evolution of a Serials/ER Cancellation Methodology

The University of North Texas (UNT) Libraries are funded almost entirely by undergraduate student use fees. As the undergraduate enrollment has plateaued in recent years, the libraries have not been able to keep up with rising costs, resulting in a series of cuts to the materials budget totaling around $3.25 million. While some of these cuts took the form of reductions in firm orders and dissolution of approval plans, for the past three years the bulk has come from cancellations of serials and electronic resources. With each year’s cuts, the UNT Collection Development department has been forced to modify and refine their deselection process. This article will show the development of UNT’s strategy for determining cancellations using a variety of methods (overlap analysis, usage statistics, faculty input) and tools (EBSCO Usage Consolidation, Serials Solutions 360).     

Teaching ‘community engagement’ in engineering education for international development: Integration of an interdisciplinary social work curriculum

This article reviews the literature on challenges faced by engineering faculty in educating their students on community-engaged, sustainable technical solutions in developing countries. We review a number of approaches to increasing teaching modules on social and community components of international development education, from adding capstone courses and educational track seminars to integrating content from other disciplines, particularly the social sciences. After summarising recent pedagogical strategies to increase content on community-focused development, we present a case study of how one engineering programme incorporates social work students and faculty to infuse strategies for community engagement in designing and implementing student-led global engineering development projects. We outline how this interdisciplinary pedagogical approach teaches students from the two disciplines to work together in addressing power balances, economic and social issues and overall sustainability of international development projects.     

Sustainability as a cross-curricular priority in the Australian Curriculum: a Tasmanian investigation

In this paper, we report on an investigation into sustainability education in schools in the Australian state of Tasmania following the implementation of the Australian Curriculum. Sustainability is one of three cross-curriculum priorities in the new national curriculum and is the focus of this research (sustainability cross-curriculum priority (CCP)). Principals and Curriculum Leaders (PCLs) from all schools in Tasmania were invited to complete a survey that asked them about their understanding of various aspects of sustainability and how the sustainability CCP was integrated across learning areas. Sixty-eight PCLs (24%) responded to the survey. They reported generally good understandings of sustainability and education for sustainability, but lesser understandings of the sustainability CCP and the nine organising ideas. Respondents’ understandings of sustainability were dominated by an environmental focus. The PCLs’ responses in relation to sustainability implementation across learning areas gave insights into ways that the sustainability CCP can serve as a pivot for cross-curricular teaching and learning, which is strongly advocated for achieving transformative sustainability education. We conclude this paper with a discussion of how the sustainability CCP is an important asset in the necessary reorientation of the Australian formal education system for a more sustainable future. We note the importance of professional support so that educators may better understand sustainability and its complexity as a cross-curricular priority and envision ways in which the sustainability CCP can be realised within education.     

浅谈电力基建项目照片档案的管理措施

在现代化进程中,电力基建项目档案的载体已经由原来以文字档案为主,发展成为文字档案与照片档案共存的局面。电力基建照片档案是电力基建工程项目活动和管理施工中直接形成的有保存价值的照片,它以全面、直观、形象、生动等鲜明特点反映电力建设面貌,是项目工程建设成果的真实记录,对基建项目的传承、创新和发展都具有很重要作用。在此,根据电力基建项目照片档案的特点,就在业务实践中普遍存在的问题,浅析电力基建项目照片档案的管理措施。

材料采购占工程总额的比例较大,直接影响工程效益和质量,以案件为例,分析材料采购中存在的问题,探讨解决问题的办法和措施。     

重大工程复杂性马尔科夫链—熵度量模型构建

本文利用马尔科夫链来理解重大工程的不确定性和动态演化特征,利用熵理论来量化重大工程的复杂性水平,建立了重大工程复杂性的马尔科夫链-熵度量模型。结果表明,重大工程的复杂性包括技术、环境、组织、目标、信息和任务六个维度,并具有结构性、不确定性和动态性特征。马尔科夫链可以用来描述过程,熵可以用来量化复杂性。该研究可以揭示重大工程的宏观状态与微观状态之间的关系,测度重大工程的复杂性水平,分析可持续发展趋势并进行预测决策和控制。     

Establishing a ‘Centre for Engineering Experimentation and Design Simulation’: a step towards restructuring engineering education in India

Reforms in undergraduate engineering curriculum to produce engineers with entrepreneurial skills should address real-world problems relevant to industry and society with active industry support. Technology-assisted, hands-on projects involving experimentation, design simulation and prototyping will transform graduates into professionals with necessary skills to create and advance knowledge that meets global standards. To achieve this goal, this paper proposes establishing a central facility, ‘Centre for Engineering Experimentation and Design Simulation’ (CEEDS) in autonomous engineering colleges in India. The centre will be equipped with the most recent technology resources and computational facilities where students execute novel interdisciplinary product-oriented projects benefiting both industry and society. Students undertake two projects: a short-term project aimed at an engineering solution to a problem in energy, health and environment and the other a major industry-supported project devoted to a product that enhances innovation and creativity. The paper presents the current status, the theoretical and pedagogical foundation for the centre's relevance, an activity plan and its implementation in the centre for product-based learning with illustrative examples.
