湘西苗族武术的继承与发展策略研究

文章运用文献资料法、访谈法、比较分析法等研究方法,对湘西苗族武术的继承与发展进行探讨,为发展民族地区特色文化,确保它的可持续发展,通过借用湘西苗族鼓舞的保护与开发策略并从中得到启迪：湘西苗族武术,作为一种少数民族传统武术,通过将它列入非物质文化遗产来保护和开发,挖掘苗族武术的历史名迹,提升文化品位,走旅游开发的“双赢”道路;联袂当地教育机构,纳入学校教育内容,以竞技表演形式展现湘西苗族武术的生存价值和社会功能,为更好的继承与发展湘西苗族武术提供舞台。

教师专业发展是优质学校建设基本维度之一。优质学校教师专业发展的价值取向关注教师的日常生活,使教师在日常生活情境中促进自己的发展。根据教师专业发展取向,我们提出了优质学校教师专业发展的基本策略,反思教师专业发展中的一些问题。     

新形势下高职生择业观现状调查及教育对策研究——以安徽国防科技职业学院机电一体化专业为例

通过对安徽国防科技职业学院机电一体化专业学生的择业观和就业意向进行持续性调查和深入分析,剖析高职学生择业观教育过程中的影响因素及存在的问题,并从教育环境、教育机制、教育评价机制等方面提出解决对策,以期引导大学生树立正确的择业观。     

Heritage sporting events: theoretical development and configurations

ABSTRACT

Although sports heritage is increasingly recognized as a potential catalyst of tourism, heritage sporting events (HSEs) are still an emerging concept in the academic literature. Notions that associate sports events and heritage remain rare, and are usually analysed through the scope of nostalgia sport tourism. This can be partly explained by an inclination to associate the notion of heritage with conventional ideas about folklore and traditional culture. Through a constructivist approach of heritage, this contribution argues that contemporary sports events, which would generally have competition as their primary focus, might also be perceived as HSEs. A comprehensive framework, built on a multi-disciplinary literature review, is presented to show the process that transforms an initial resource (a sports event) into an accomplished resource (a HSE), which might represent a competitive advantage for the territory. A qualitative–comparative analysis is conducted among 24 sports events in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, to observe the configurations of HSEs and understand which characteristics are necessary for the perceptions of a sports event as a heritage good. Interestingly, this contribution shows that if the event needs to be sustainable in the territory to be perceived as a HSE, it is not sufficient. Indeed, a differentiation strategy should be set up to distinguish the event from other more or less similar events, to be perceived as an authentic feature of the territory by the local population.     

Ideal selves as identity management strategies

This research addresses the relationship between ideal selves and social context from a social identity perspective. Based on Social Identity Theory (Tajfel and Turner, 1979, Tajfel and Turner, 1986) and related research, it is argued that ideal selves stand in a functional relationship with identity management strategies and that, consequently, shared beliefs about relevant intergroup relations influence the preferences for ideal selves. Three studies conducted with black and white adolescent and adult South Africans tested the assumption. The overall results of the studies confirmed that whether ideal selves corresponding to social change, social mobility or social creativity were preferred depended on whether the intergroup relations between black and white South Africans were perceived as secure or insecure.     

大学英语阅读词汇获得策略的调查与分析

对高校非英语专业专科学生采取了随机抽样,以问卷调查的形式,通过描述性统计和定量分析,对非英语专业一、二年级学生的阅读情况进行了调查和分析。同时对学生英语阅读过程中词汇学习策略现状进行了调查,并对数据进行了统计和结果分析。     

Exploring factors that improve mathematics achievement in Brunei

The low pass rate in Brunei Year 13 mathematics is a source of concern for many stakeholders. Success in mathematics is required for students wishing to attend university and pursue courses in the sciences and technology. Many different factors contribute to success and failure in mathematics. This field survey (N = 330 randomly selected Year 13 students representing 179 females and 151 males) determined the extent to which coping mechanisms, study strategies, learning styles, and self-efficacy were related to academic achievement in mathematics. Stepwise multiple regression analysis with backward elimination identified six statistically significant main effect variables with links to mathematics achievement (task-oriented coping, textbook reading, concentration, self-efficacy, time management, and activist learning style). Two-way interactions of the male and female genders with deep processing and reflector learning styles were also significantly associated with mathematics achievement. Other significant interaction variables were beneficial to both genders.     

Three suggested teaching strategies for students who are deaf or hard of hearing

This paper addresses current issues in deaf education including poor academic progress and employment outcomes of individuals who are deaf and hard of hearing (D/HH) as well as provides suggestions for improving overall academic achievement of this population. Specifically, three instructional strategies are recommended for teachers: choral responding, response cards, and peer tutoring. These three strategies have been shown to increase active student responding in classrooms for children who are typically developing and children who have disabilities. For international deaf students in countries that may rely on volunteers who lack basic requisite skills these general education teaching strategies are easy to use even by novice teachers. Recommendations are tendered for how teachers can include these simple teaching strategies in classrooms serving students who are D/HH.     

我国传统体育文化遗产保护的博弈要素及策略选择

从博弈论的视角对传统体育文化遗产保护的利益格局、博弈构成要素进行分析,揭示了传统体育文化遗产保护的利益相关者、利益构成与分享途径,以及传统体育文化遗产保护的博弈性质、博弈主体、策略空间和预期效用等要素,根据博弈均衡机制提出了传统体育文化遗产保护工作中,作为保护主体的政府职能部门、遗产保有者和社会组织各自应采取的博弈优势策略。     

体育赛事与社会软环境改善的双赢策略

体育赛事具有社会公益性和商业性的双重特征。发展体育赛事,就必须既要以市场经济理念把握原有投资主体的公益行为转化为以盈利为目的的社会商业行为过程,又要重视体育这种特殊的文化现象的传播、影响、渗透的特点,使体育赛事不仅为满足人们的体育消费搭建广阔的市场平台;并且,通过体育所倡导的精神和各种实践活动的文化理念的渗透,达到影响、促进和提高国民综合素质、政务环境和社会环境,建立与社会可持续发展相一致的发展意识及和谐理念等多种目标,实现体育赛事与社会软环境改善的双赢。
