对天水市物业管理问题的思考

天水市物业管理尚处于起步阶段,存在的问题很多,主要表现在法制建设滞后、建管不分、小区居民对新的物业管理概念认识不清、公司内部人员素质差、服务意识不强、专业人才短缺、资金不足、服务项目少、管理水平低等方面.针对上述问题,起步阶段的天水市物业管理应突出强调服务意识,政府、开发商、物业管理公司、业主四方联动,建立健全各项法规制度,促进天水市物业管理的快速发展,以适应城市现代化建设的要求.     

A first introduction to archival science

This first introduction, written for educational purposes, is meant to be a concise basic text in which the core concepts of archival science are coherently defined and explained, in a non-polemical way and departing from a de-institutionalised point of view. It is not intended to support or reject any single theory, but to provide an overview. It should be read as a synthesis of a variety of shared ideas and views, not as a manifesto of a new approach to archival science. If there is anything new to it, it might be located in the coherent and integrated presentation. In this primer of archival science annotation has been avoided. The first of several versions of this First Introduction was written in August 1995. It was meant to meet the need of the Netherlands Archiefschool for a basic text on archival science which could support its different programs for archival education and training. After ample discussion with the archival science teachers of the Archiefschool, it was introduced in the 1995/1996 courses. From then on, it has been used in almost all courses and classes on archival science on the undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate levels and in several training and retraining programs of the Archiefschool. The design of the first version has been maintained in all subsequent versions, including this last one. Still, the text has frequently been adapted as a result of discussions with students and colleagues, in and outside the school. This first English version can almost be deemed as a collective product. Of the numerous colleagues who were engaged in this discussion and contributed to the text, special mention has to be made of Peter Horsman, Hans Scheurkogel, Hans Hofman, Eric Ketelaar, Herman Coppens and Kent Hayworth, who commented the English version. For the final text and all imperfections that may still cling to it I am, of course, responsible. 在剖析高校体育课程体系的特点和存在问题的基础上，论述了对高校体育课实行学分制管理和教学改革的构想，提出了实施学分制的教育思想观；强调体育学力形成，并从改革课程单一模式化，向多样化发展；分级教学，分级评价和专项运动能力等级评价等方面论述了实施学分制的构想。     

贫困山区中小学体育教育现状调查报告

通过对承德地区宽城县内 2所中学和 7所小学的体育教育现状的调查与分析 ,发现在大力推行素质教育 ,提倡“健康第一”的教育改革思想指导下 ,在贫困山区推行素质教育确实存在着一些问题和困难 ,并针对这些问题和困难提出了相应的对策和建议 ,为贫困山区体育教育的发展提供了较为客观的依据。     

体育教学与智育教学之比较研究

体育教学与智育教学是不同“类”的教学。体育教学的内容是关于行为操作的方法体系；体育教学内容的动作技术是一种“外在”的行为要求；体育课是以“学生为中心”的自我体育实践；体育课的教学程式是“四环教学法”。

以沿海经济发达地区广州市体育健身健美业为调查对象，实地考察了近30个体育健身场所，介绍了该地区体育健身市场的发展现状、成因及发展特点，分析其发展过程中存在的问题，并提出有关建议。     

航运技术进步与技术替代优化理论

本文论述了技术进步是现代国际航运发展的根本动力。并运用等产量、等成本两曲线及其相关性质和边际理论,就技术进步要解决的生产要素替代和最佳组合问题进行了讨论。同时,还就航运活动的长期年平均单位成本的变化特征及其所要求的船舶替代,结合航运实际,从优化角度作了探讨。

全民健身计划的提出是体育改革的重要举措。健美操作为一种新兴的体育锻炼项目，集健身、健美、健心、娱乐为一体，正以其独特的魅力深受其广大群众的喜爱。高校作为培养人才的基地，在全民健身中起着重要的作用。文章通过对高校健美操发展现状的分析，进而讨论高校健美操应如何充分发挥其在全民健身中的作用。     

诱导式教学法的运动技能学

运动技能的学习是体育教学的一个主要目的，体育教学方法的运用是影响运动技能学习的重要因素之一。运动技能学研究表明，诱导式教学法在迁移、练习变化性、反馈和动机等方面对运动技能学习的理论研究和实践探索都具有积极的意义。
