Phonemic and graphemic consistency: Effects on decoding for German and American children

Speed, accuracy, and types of errors in decoding lists of words and pseudo words and performance in two phonemic awareness tasks were assessed for German and American children in the first and second grades. German children were significantly better than American children only in pseudo word decoding measures across grades. Between group analyses showed that American children committed more vowel and word substitution errors in both decoding accuracy tasks than German children. Word substitution errors were more likely in word decoding than in pseudo word decoding for children in both languages. Within group analyses indicate that variance in decoding errors and speed accounted for by word substitution versus nonword and vowel versus consonant errors differed dependent on grade and whether real or pseudo words were read. Results suggest successful reading in English depends upon more complex grapheme to phoneme correspondence rules than does reading in German.

一种基于编码规则的中文地址清洗方法

由于中文地址命名的不规范性和中文的书写特点,造成中文地址的清洗工作异常困难.中文地址是由地址元素和特征字两部分构成的,在对中文地址预处理的基础上,通过制定中文地址字符编码规则,提出对中文地址字符进行编码,在地址元素后添加特征字代码,利用编码规则对地址代码进行清洗,最后根据编码结果对代码进行译码,达到清洗的目的.利用某常住人口地址进行验证,实验结果证明清洗效果良好.     

（7，3）循环码编解码电路的EDA设计

大规模集成电路一般只提供内部框图,不提供具体电路,这给设计者对可编程器件硬件开发设计带来困难。基于此,介绍常用的信道编码——（7,3）循环码编码解码逻辑电路的EDA设计,用VHDL语言对（7,3）循环码编码器和解码器进行描述,用QuartusII软件进行仿真测试。从仿真结暴看,电路完全符合要求,可以烧写成芯片。     

基于DSP的数字音频解码系统的优化设计

为克服目前音频专用芯片的体积大、支持音频格式受限等不足,以TI公司的54X定点DSP为核心,以较常见的MP3音频数据为例,优化设计了音频解码系统的硬件平台,实现了从计算机下载和存储MP3音频数据文件,并经DSP解码后通过立体声编译码器播放等功能。实验证明,该系统可利用其良好的软件升级性能高质量地完成对多种格式的音频信号的解码和播放。

分析拼贴化电影镜像（film minor）目的,不仅是对当今社会生活中的重要符号（symbols）进行解码,更是就电影对社会生活的隐喻进行剖析。以小成本制作电影《杨德财征婚》为例,结合社会生活中的热点问题进行解码以及隐喻分析,认为拜物教、身份认同以及女性角色已然成为现代人生活的关注热点。     

Decoding learning in law: collaborative action towards the reshaping of university teaching and learning

At the University of the Free State (UFS) in South Africa, professional development is characterised by its focus on the advancement of scholarly teaching in the disciplines. Practices followed are informed by the scholarship of teaching and learning movement. Within learning communities, special attention is given to the motivational conditions for optimal development, which are intentionally and collaboratively created or enhanced. An action research approach is adhered to, with action learning always an underlying ingredient. The approach has already shown promising signs in advancing personal growth and scholarly teaching practices among lecturers in the Decoding Learning in Law project. The decoding idea originated in the USA and follows a process of identifying and addressing the discipline-specific learning problems of undergraduate students. As precursor to the more formal phase of decoding, the Centre for Teaching and Learning at the UFS has embarked on a process of empowering a group of lecturers in law to address the challenges they experience in their teaching environment. During meetings and workshops, the members of the newly established learning community act as collaborators in the construction of new knowledge on the theory and practice of good teaching and learning (with a special focus on student engagement); they reflect critically on obstacles in their own courses and take part actively in conversations on the application of innovative strategies in law teaching. Special attention is given to the use of educational technology. In the project, development of relevant technological skills was preceded by a technology-needs survey and discussions in which prevailing perceptions about the use of technology in law education were brought to light. Although the project is still in its first year, the motivational context of community and collaboration has already given rise to a synergy that promises to reshape the teaching and learning environment in law at the UFS. In an informal way, progress has also been made with the decoding process of identifying “bottlenecks” in the teaching and learning of law at the institution.     

数字变电站采样值报文的解码与仿真

在基于IEC 61850的数字变电站的运行与维护中,采样值报文蕴含着变电站的一次设备测量所获得电压,电流等重要信息,其为工作人员了解设备运行状况,并作出相应判断及发出控制命令提供了重要的依据,是整个变电站正常运转的重要特征指标。本文在对IEC 61850-9-2报文的数据帧结构、编码的方式以及传输协议堆栈作详细分析的基础上,提出了对采样值报文解码的可行思路并在Lab Win-dows/CVI的开发环境中完成了解码程序的编写,最后利用未解码的采样值报文对编写的解码程序进行了仿真与验证。

On the Manipulation of the Selectivity of Encoding and Decoding over the Translator’s Subjectivity

The translation activity is a process of the interlinguistic transmission of information realized by the information encoding and decoding.Encoding and decoding,cognitive practices operated in objective contexts,are inevitably of selectivity ascribing to the restriction of contextual reasons.The translator as the intermediary agent connects the original author(encoder)and the target readers(decoder),shouldering the dual duties of the decoder and the encoder,for which his subjectivity is irrevocably manipulated by the selectivity of encoding and decoding.
