基于C64xDSP的遥测数据RS译码实现

RS码是无线通信遥测信道中最常用的编码方式。TMS320C64x系列DSP是TI公司的高性能定点DSP,该DSP内嵌Galois域运算单元,且对RS译码算法的优化提供支持。文章论述了RS译码算法在C64x系列DSP中的实现过程和优化方法,给出了DSP硬件资源相关寄存器的配置和库函数的调用方法,最后对译码器进行了性能分析。     

Competing priorities: Singaporean teachers’ perspectives on critical literacy

This paper explores a group of Singaporean English language teachers’ knowledge and beliefs about critical literacy as well as their perspectives on how best to teach literacy and critical literacy in Singapore schools. A face-to-face survey was conducted among 58 English language teachers by using open-ended questions. The survey covered various topics related to literacy instruction including text decoding, meaning construction, and critical analysis of texts. The participating teachers believed strongly that reading and writing are transactional and interactional practices. However, they were less certain in their beliefs about teaching critical literacy including the critical, analytical and evaluative aspects of text reading. Some teachers saw a conflict between using time on teaching critical literacy and preparing students to pass their exams. As critical literacy is not a requirement at exams, they found it difficult to justify using time teaching it. The results suggest that the teachers’ belief systems are strongly influenced by the broad macro-structure of the educational system in Singapore and their own educational experiences.     

Decoding the phonics screening check

The statutory ‘phonics screening check’ was introduced in 2012 and reflects the current emphasis in England on teaching early reading through systematic synthetic phonics. The check is intended to assess children's phonic abilities and their knowledge of 85 grapheme–phoneme correspondences (GPCs) through decoding 20 real words and 20 pseudo words. Since the national rollout, little attention has been devoted to the content of the checks. The current paper, therefore, reviews the first three years of the check between 2012 and 2014 to examine how the 85 specified GPCs have been assessed and whether children are only using decoding skills to read the words. The analysis found that out of the 85 GPCs considered testable by the check, just 15 GPCs accounted for 67% of all GPC occurrences, with 27 of the 85 specified GPCs (31.8%) not appearing at all. Where a grapheme represented more than one phoneme, the most frequently occurring pronunciation was assessed in 72.2% of cases, with vocabulary knowledge being required to determine the correct pronunciation within real words where multiple pronunciations were possible. The GPCs assessed, therefore, do not reflect the full range of GPCs that it is expected will be taught within a systematic synthetic phonics approach. Furthermore, children's ability to decode real words is dependent on their vocabulary knowledge, not just their phonic skills. These results question the purpose and validity of the phonics screening check and the role of synthetic phonics for teaching early reading.     

What disengages doctoral students in the biological and environmental sciences from their doctoral studies?

This study explored the causes of student disengagement from their doctoral studies in the biological and environmental sciences. The data came from interviews of 40 doctoral students (male?=?15, female?=?25) and underwent qualitative analysis for content. Our results showed that doctoral studies provide multiple contexts for disengagement, such as the scholarly community and supervision, while doctoral students’ sense of distress, cynicism and inefficacy emerged as central components of disengagement. The study identified isolation, indifference, and lack of support and constructive feedback as sources of cynicism, while distress and inefficacy were more often related to failure or lack of progress in research. Our findings indicate that the source of disengagement can vary not only between individuals, but also between the academic activities at hand. Thus, while promoting an engaging doctoral experience, awareness of what typically triggers disengagement in the doctoral journey is vital.     

1999年-2009年全国优秀博士论文分布形态计量分析

以1999年-2009年1 082篇全国优秀博士学位论文为研究对象,对优秀博士论文的区域分布、授予单位、学科领域的分布形态进行了计量分析。结果显示,优秀博士论文在区域、学位授予单位、学科几个层面的分布都显示出不均衡的状态,而这种不均衡背后有着较为深远的影响因素在起作用。     

关于“大清崇德三年军律”的几个问题

本文通过＂大清崇德三年军律＂原始文本和相关史料,对该军律发布的时间、背景以及文本流传等问题进行了初步的探讨,兼及其与蒙古例、蒙古律书相关条目之间的关系。除＂军律＂最初的文本可信度无可厚非外,其余流布的各种文本皆不能作为法律文献来进行文本研究和引用,并认为满洲、蒙古、汉文三个语种的＂军律＂文本与蒙古文《理藩院律书》以及满洲、蒙古、汉文三个语种的《蒙古律例（书）》各自对应的相关条款之间,不存在直接的文本渊源和传承关系,仅在内容上比较相似而已。《理藩院律书》《蒙古律书》的相关条目,可能直接或间接地取材于＂军律＂,绝非是其蒙古文本的照录或者对满洲、汉文文本的翻译。     

基于HS1527的汽车防盗锁加密方法

在传统的单片机系统加密和解密技术的基础上,提出了一种实用而有效的软硬件加密技术的实现方案.利用华芯微电子生产的HS1527百万组内码预烧的特性和单片机内部的非易失数据存储器,结合解码、初始化程序和主程序分开使用的方法,将其应用在汽车防盗锁技术中,达到了很好的效果.     

教育叙事研究十年：方法论的流变与自觉

作为本世纪初十年最为醒目的研究范式,教育叙事研究的方法论价值得到了充分的肯定。但教育叙事研究的情节问题,叙事结构问题,研究者的主体经验问题,教育叙事的研究品性与信度、效度等问题域,还需要进一步地明确与澄清。与此同时,“空间”、“复调”的叙事艺术、开放性的叙事实践与作为理论形态的教育叙事日益受到研究者的关注,这成为教育叙事研究方法论拓展与反思的重要表征。然而,从更高的方法论追求来看,教育叙事研究不能仅徘徊或止步于叙事方法的创新层面。教育叙事研究不仅是方法与技术的领域,它更是一个人文与伦理的世界。教育叙事研究需要超越技术性、艺术性的层面,进而成为一种具有教育学科责任和生命伦理关怀的教育研究范式。
