论教学理念的认识与计算机基础课程教学模式的改革

基于对计算机基础教学理念的认识和计算机教学模式的改革的一些看法和认识,认为应从教师专业化角度去看待教育过程,通过对目前计算机基础教学过程中存在问题的分析,特别是对重视课堂教学而忽视实践教学和项目设计训练的现状,探讨启发式教学和研究性学习的教学模式应用,通过改变考核方式作为惟一的学业评价手段,突出专题讨论作为一种比考试更重要的学生学业水平的鉴定形式.     

比较分析视野下大学校长职业化路径研究

大学校长职业化是指大学校长作为一种独立职业,而不是一种行政公职,由行政权力本位向职业能力本位转换的过程,是大学校长这一职业标准化、规范化和市场化的过程,其核心是校长这一职业的专业化。实证比较分析得出美国大学校长在学科专业、任职年龄和时长、男女比例等安排上要比国内更加科学合理。探寻中国特色的大学校长职业化之路,要从大学校长的认识、选聘、职业培训、监督、激励与退出制度等方面加以系统安排。

This article shows that an awareness of students' use of their own experiences and a consistent promotion of critical literacy skills throughout a child's, adolescent's, and adult's life strengthens awareness of the social, political, economic, and cultural implications of education. The article expands on John Dewey's (1938) theory of experience as the means and goal of education to show that middle school and college graduate students use their different levels of both personal and academic experience to respond to and interpret similar issues in the same text. Specifically, the authors discuss their use of Roald Dahl's (1983) The Witches to show how teachers might approach a children's book as the backdrop for teaching different age groups an increased awareness of gender issues, the effects of stereotyping, and the influence of popular culture on students' lives. They argue that educators need to use creative teaching strategies to provide opportunities for students at all educational levels to expand their literacy skills. The final section of the paper provides possible ways in which teachers can use literary texts at various levels to engage students not only with the material itself but also connect the text with their personal/ professional experiences and their own literacies.     

融合企业文化的高职校园文化建设思考

校园文化与企业文化如何对接融合,对于高职院校毕业生能否适应未来企业的要求有着重要影响。本文通过介绍高职校园文化建设的主要内容,分析了校企文化对接存在的问题,提出营造校企结合的校园文化构建模式及融合对接途径。     

Scaffolded support systems: examining a multi‐tiered support plan protocol for struggling teacher candidates

Teacher candidates train in an educational world that has changed dramatically. The tensions and challenges that preservice teachers experience are a reality for teacher education programs and must be planned for. The authors from a teacher preparation program describe the steps they have taken to support more authentic and integrated work with teacher candidates who struggle in their performance during their licensure program. After implementing a program‐wide support plan protocol and professional action plan tool, we examined the issues that signaled the need for intervention, the types of supports provided, and the resulting program decision. We captured staff perspectives regarding the effectiveness of the support plan protocol and conclude with recommendations to support teacher candidates in acquiring the conceptual and technical knowledge, skills, and disposition needed to teach in today’s classrooms.     

Addressing the complexities of literacy and urban teaching in the USA: strategic professional development as intervention

This study was undertaken in order to get some sense of the role of life experiences in preservice and inservice teachers' conceptions of the purpose(s) and practices of education. Content analysis of narratives written by graduate students in education at one college was utilized to ascertain how they view the field and their (current or prospective) role as teachers. We found that the majority of students saw teaching as an opportunity to make a difference, and as reflective of who they were rather than as "just a job". This finding provided the opportunity to address the strengths and vulnerabilities of such an idealistic conception of teaching, and the corresponding possibilities vis-à-vis teacher educators' roles. We conclude by noting the study's limitations and making several recommendations for future action and research based on our findings.     

Diversified professionalism of physical education teachers in the Asian context of Hong Kong

This study investigates the socialization and professional experiences of primary school physical education teachers (PSPETs) in the Asian context of Hong Kong. A qualitative research design is adopted. The researcher used semi-structured interviews, supplemented by documentary sources (diaries) for conducting data collection. Eleven PSPETs participated in this study. Data were analysed through open axial and selective coding. The concepts of organizational sensitivity, sources of satisfaction, dealing with influential persons or critical incidents, status of the profession, educational reform as a trend, and versatile roles are revealed in the theory of ‘Diversified Professionalism’. The substantive theory thus contributes to an increased appreciation of the PSPETs’ work and to the literature on physical education teachers’ professionalization and professionalism.     

基于EPT-CDIO的计算机类专业实践教学模式探索

依据计算机类专业实践教学存在的问题,系统阐述了基于EPT(Engineering quality,工程素养;Profes-sionalism,职业素养;Team accomplishment,团队素养)-CDIO(Conceive,构思;Design,设计;Implement,实现;Operate,运作)的计算机类专业实践教学模式.以此为教学理念,构建了以工程项目为核心的EPT-CDIO培养模式,建立了层次递进互补型实践教学体系,并给出了可操作的工程项目研发实施流程,以及改革传统实践教学评价机制,引入第三方评价机制,科学评价实践教学效果,使高校人才培养与企业和社会对人才的需求相接轨.     

高等师范院校的专业性活动课程研究——以学前教育专业为例

“专业性活动课程”是以新的课程理念整合目前高等师范院校已有的课程资源而开设的一门实践类的新课程,“专业性”及“活动”是该课程的两个要素。在课程管理上我们可遵循简约而高效的原则构建“表格管理模式”及“自组织运作模式”,从而为解决高等师范院校课程实践性不足的问题提供新的思路。
