可持续发展理论与现实的冲突分析

可持续发展思想的核心,在于正确规范“人与自然”和“人与人”之间的关系。主流经济学的核心概念及其蕴含的伦理理念与可持续发展是相悖的;现存的西方主流生活方式与可持续发展相冲突;发展中国家在工业化进程中无法避免对环境的破坏。已完成工业化的发达国家应在可持续发展中承担更多的义务,发展中国家既要保持较高的经济增长率,同时也要保护生态环境。建立可持续发展的伦理观,改变目前的生产方式和生活方式,才能实现可持续发展。     

Institution initiatives and support related to faculty development of open educational resources and alternative textbooks

ABSTRACT

Evidence exists that American institutions of higher education are well-entrenched in the consideration of mechanisms for supporting the implementation of Open Educational Resources (OER) and alternative textbooks. Literature reveals that developing and implementing OER is a significant undertaking in terms of time and human resources. This study deploys content analysis of a sample of United States regionally based higher education institutional websites to determine the current state of institutional support mechanisms to implementers just embarking on the OER journey. Findings reveal that institutions have made strides in the development of faculty mini-grants and stipends with guidelines, proposal checklists, and weighting mechanisms to inform decision making. However, due to widespread language across the stratified sample emphasising award pool and individual limits, it is clear that OER funding is still seeking wider support as a permanent funded resource. Sponsorship of institutional OER initiatives seems split between institutional library functions and teaching and learning centres. Other issues, such as ownership and licensing, are significantly underdeveloped in field implementation or fall in a large continuum of practices. Recommendations of shared responsibility and use of data driven initiatives are provided that may improve institutional support of faculty OER adoption, adaption and creation.

个性培养对于人成功地适应社会相当重要,儿童早期正是个性形成的重要时期。综述了个性的组成部分以及对人的重要性,应结合家庭教育在儿童个性形成的重要作用,旨在为进一步提倡素质教育,为培养创造型人才提供理论依据。     

县级职业教育发展对策——以金塔县为例

当前我国现代职业教育体系建设不断深入,使得职业教育迎来了新的发展机遇并取得了巨大成绩。然而,县级中等职业学校的发展仍然存在诸多问题,如教育观念落后、生源短缺与师资建设不足、课程设置缺少合理性和发展性等,致使中等职业教育发展受限。针对这些问题,本文提出县级职校建设与发展的可行性策略。

学术期刊优化审稿人员配置和使用的关键在于改变目前松散粗放的选用方式,转向系统集约的审稿人力资源开发和利用。学术期刊编辑部必须遵循一般规律,坚持基本原则,明确主要途径,选择恰当技术,科学开发审稿人力资源。同时,要采取得力措施,充分、合理地利用内部审稿人力资源和外部审稿人力资源。     

民主行政模式的现实价值及其实现途径

民主行政模式是对传统行政理论的扬弃,是政治民主化发展的必然结果。相对于传统公共行政,新公共行政学派提出了民主行政理论,为公共行政确立了新的价值取向。民主行政理论成为20世纪70年代末至80年代初,世界范围内行政改革的理论基础和目标模式,而民主行政的实现根本途径在于建立参与型的行政决策机制,实行程序化、法制化的行政运行程序,实行非强制性的公共管理手段并推行竞争性的公共服务机制。     

Emotional regulation and emotional development

Current neofunctionalist views of emotion underscore the biologically adaptive and psychologically constructive contributions of emotion to organized behavior, but little is known of the development of the emotional regulatory processes by which this is fostered. Emotional regulation refers to the extrinsic and intrinsic processes responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and modifying emotional reactions. This review provides a developmental outline of emotional regulation and its relation to emotional development throughout the life-span. The biological foundations of emotional self-regulation and individual differences in regulatory tendencies are summarized. Extrinsic influences on the early regulation of a child's emotion and their long-term significance are then discussed, including a parent's direct intervention strategies, selective reinforcement and modeling processes, affective induction, and the caregiver's ecological control of opportunity for heightened emotion and its management. Intrinsic contributors to the growth of emotional self-regulatory capacities include the emergence of language and cognitive skills, the child's growing emotional and self-understanding (and cognized strategies of emotional self-control), and the emergence of a theory of personal emotion in adolescence.     

人类改造自然与社会可持续发展

人类在改造自然的过程中,一方而为自己创造了一个适宜于人类生存、享受和发展的“人的世界”,另一方面由于受狭隘的功利主义价值观的驱使,对自然界实施了野蛮的榨取行为,破坏了人与自然界和谐、协调的关系。人类要真正求得良性的发展,可持续发展是人类活动唯一正确的选择。可持续发展观警示人们,必须把改造自然与保护自然、环境权利与环境责任有机地统一起来,这样才能真正保持经济、社会和文化等各种因素的全面、健康的发展。     

经济全球化对教育的消极影响

加入WTO标志我国加入了经济全球化的进程。经济全球化对教育的影响有积极方面，也要看到消极方面：按照经济全球化的逻辑安排教育，可能有违民主政治的原则；要求教育服务于国家竞争力，可能忽视教育中的人文交流。因此，教育对经济全球化的适应，应该限制在适当的范围内。
