学术期刊编委交叉任职现象的社会网络分析与思考——以编辑出版学中文核心期刊为例

【目的】 对编辑出版学期刊编委交叉任职现象进行分析,识别核心编委并对其特征进行测度,以探析学术期刊编委的选任标准与影响因素。【方法】 以11种编辑出版学期刊352位编委为数据样本,通过社会网络分析方法构建编委关联网络以及编委与期刊隶属网络。【结果】 共有80位编辑出版学期刊编委交叉任职,核心编委的平均任职期刊数量为2.83种,核心编委的点度中心度、中介中心度与其发文量、下载次数和被引频次均呈正相关。【结论】 编辑出版学期刊存在“联锁编委”现象,编委关联网络具有“小世界”特征并符合幂律分布,学术声望和社会资本是影响期刊编委选任的重要因素。     

The effect of chalk on the finger–hold friction coefficient in rock climbing

The main purpose of this study was to examine the effect of chalk on the friction coefficient between climber's fingers and two different rock types (sandstone and limestone). The secondary purpose was to investigate the effects of humidity and temperature on the friction coefficient and on the influence of chalk. Eleven experienced climbers took part in this study and 42 test sessions were performed. Participants hung from holds which were fixed on a specially designed hang board. The inclination of the hang board was progressively increased until the climber's hand slipped from the holds. The angle of the hang board was simultaneously recorded by using a gyroscopic sensor and the friction coefficient was calculated at the moment of slip. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect of chalk on the coefficient of friction (+18.7% on limestone and +21.6% on sandstone). Moreover sandstone had a higher coefficient of friction than limestone (+15.6% without chalk, +18.4% with chalk). These results confirmed climbers' belief that chalk enhances friction. However, no correlation with humidity/temperature and friction coefficient was noted which suggested that additional parameters should be considered in order to understand the effects of climate on finger friction in rock climbing.

我国独立董事制度的反思与重构——以独立董事与监事会的职权关系为视角

独立董事制度目前在我国处于一种尴尬境地，一方面独立董事成了“人情董事”、“花瓶董事”，另一方面有关独立董事被诉的案件日益增多，独立董事未能起到预期的作用。这根源于我国引入独立董事制度时未充分考虑我国的公司治理结构，将独立董事与监事会作为一种强制性并行的监督机关，二者职责不清，造成监督功能弱化。我国应借鉴日本公司法的做法将独立董事与监事会作为选择性监督机构，二者只能择其一，同时设立各专门委员会，增加独立董事比例，适当减轻独立董事的民事责任。     

Hierarchical planning for a surface mounting machine placement

For a surface mounting machine(SMM)in printed circuit board(PCB)assembly line,there are four problems,e.g. CAD data conversion,nozzle selection,feeder assignment and placement sequence determination. A hierarchical planning for them to maximize the throughput rate of an SMM is presented here. To minimize set-up time,a CAD data conversion system was first applied that could automatically generate the data for machine placement from CAD design data files. Then an effective nozzle selection approach was implemented to minimize the time of nozzle changing. And then,to minimize picking time,an algorithm for feeder assignment was used to make picking multiple components simultaneously as much as possible. Finally,in order to shorten pick-and-place time,a heuristic algorithm was used to determine optimal component placement sequence according to the decided feeder positions. Experiments were conducted on a four head SMM.The experimental results were used to analyse the assembly line performance.
