基于案例推理的平衡计分法在财务预警体系构建应用研究

采用案例推理技术和平衡计分法的研究方法构建一个完整的包括预警和排警的财务预警体系。通过实证研究,这是一个比较理想的建立财务预警系统的方法,同时提出应用平衡记分法来建立企业的财务预警指标,提高预警的精度。通过建立能够融入企业日常营运的财务预警系统,可以加强企业的风险控制,同时提高预测的精度并和企业的战略结合起来。     

青年编辑委员会在科技期刊发展中的意义——以《中国医学伦理学》杂志为例

近年来,随着科技期刊的不断发展变化,对每个期刊编辑部来说既是机遇也是挑战,从2016年开始,《中国医学伦理学》杂志在迎接机遇和挑战的基础上开启了开门办杂志的探索和实践,基于大编辑部的理念,着手筹备成立了中国医学伦理学杂志青委会。文章在介绍青委会的基础上,分析青委会的特点,论述青委会与杂志现有编委会的区别和联系,进而讨论杂志青委会在科技期刊发展中的作用:增强约稿力度,提高稿件质量;有利于杂志的可持续发展;增强杂志的发展力。

校董合一是目前我国大多数民办高校的管理现状,近年来民办高校的所有权与经营权分离的问题成为关注热点.本文剖析了加拿大社区大学的以董事会运作模式为主的校内管理体制,并从国内民办高校管理实际入手,分析其具体措施及对我国民办高校管理的借鉴意义.     

Walking Our Talk: The Imperative of Teacher Educator Modeling

If teacher educators are to be effective, they must be sure that their own professional house is in order. To that end, effective teacher educators must be absolutely clear about their professional mission. In addition, they must also have the appropriate background and training to be effective in their mission. Further, they must bridge the chasm between theory and practice as they prepare teacher candidates by keeping current in K–12 contemporary classroom practice. Finally, they must model what it means to be an accomplished classroom teacher for their pre-service teachers including the professional option of earning National Board certification. Only when teacher educators meet these four demanding criteria can we feel with reasonable certainty that they are living up to their job.

Learning about research: exploring the learning and teaching/research relationship amongst educational practitioners studying in higher education

The paper examines aspects of the relationship between teaching and research in higher education in social science research methods, with particular reference to the subject area of Education. There are three main themes: reflections on how social science research methods should be (or are) taught; a review of current debates about the relationship between teaching and research, both in higher education and for school teachers; and finally, reporting how a group of educational practitioners (mainly school teachers) studying at Masters level experience learned about research methods. The paper is illustrated by qualitative data from a case study of student experiences of research methods teaching on a Masters degree in Education in a research-intensive UK university. It is suggested that studying the journey embarked upon by taught postgraduate students inexperienced in research is helpful in understanding how learning about research methods takes place, which in turn can assist future research methods teaching.

A Journey Worth Taking: Exploring a Hybrid Embedded Library Instruction Model Through Three Distinct Cases

ABSTRACT

To facilitate systematic learning and to complement the limitations of conventional one-shot library instruction sessions, a hybrid embedded instruction model was designed and implemented for undergraduate students and residents in three disciplines at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Variations of hybrid instruction are explored, including models that combine face-to-face interactions, online content delivery, flipped instruction techniques, and individual consultations. The hybrid model highlights benefits of collaborative teaching between course faculty members and librarians and enhances the relevance of library instruction for users.     

Citation Analysis of Graduate Dental Theses References: Implications for Collection Development

This study, conducted at the Indiana University School of Dentistry Library using citation analysis, examined graduate dental student theses citations to determine the nature of materials cited, journal ownership, journal citation frequency, and citation age distribution. The results were compared to other scientific discipline citation analyses. Study results indicated that for the period studied, masters dental students, like medical and science students, cited recently published scholarly dental journal literature. The majority of the journals cited were owned by Indiana University system libraries. Areas for further research include faculty resource usage, e-journal impact, and interdisciplinary resource use.     

经济萎缩背景下的公司治理与销售绩效

国内外学者对公司治理结构与公司绩效的关系做了大量的实证研究,但有关公司治理与产品销售绩效的关系研究非常少。文章以金融危机时期的上市信息技术企业为样本,将销售绩效视为一个包括销售利润率、销售增长率和销售费用率等指标的整体多维构念,研究了公司内部治理结构与整体销售绩效的关系。结果发现:与以往研究结论不同的是,董事长兼任总经理分别与整体销售绩效、销售利润率和销售增长率呈正向关系;大股东持股比率与销售费用率呈负向关系。这些结论在理论上揭示了在经济萎缩的背景下,市场能够对董事会与管理层之间的矛盾有自动调和作用,这为信息技术企业的治理机制建设有重要启示。
