浙江省私营经济发展环境优化对策

近年来,浙江的私营经济不断壮大,但其发展环境还存在一些不足之处。全文对浙江省目前制约私营经济发展的法制环境、人才环境及社会化服务体系等的实际状况进行了分析,并在此基础上提出了优化私营经济发展环境的对策。     

构建高职教育教学质量评价监控体系的研究与思考

随着高等教育大众化步伐的加快,高等职业教育的人才培养质量已成为高等职业院校教学改革和发展的重点和关键所在。如何提高教育教学质量已经成为每一个高职教育教学管理者必须探索的主要内容。在杨凌职业技术学院构建教学质量评价、监控体系实践探索的基础上,提出高等职业教育要提高教育教学质量,实现可持续发展,必须围绕高职教育教学质量的培养目标,从系统论入手,按照"以人为本"的思想,从学生的"入口"到学生的"出口",从教师的"教"到学生的"学",全程、全方位的实施教育教学质量评价、监控工作,在此基础上,构建起以发展性教育教学评价理论为指导的新的高等职业教育教学质量评价监控体系。     

多维视角中的学习不良研究

目前的学习不良现象的研究,理论视点多集中在心理学和教育学领域。而在急遽变动的多元化社会中,对学习不良现象的研究需要建立多重分析框架,从情境视角、互动视角和反思视角等不同的视角来进行。     

Students with special educational needs within PISA

Abstract

Since 2003, the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) has included students with special educational needs (SEN), identified as those with functional disabilities, those with cognitive/behavioural/emotional disabilities and those with limited test language proficiency. While the number of countries and included students has increased with each test administration, the percentage of students with SEN remains extremely low. The inclusion of these students is not an intentional PISA design parameter but rather a response to the interaction between the need to maintain strict sampling criteria and country-level educational mandates to include SEN students in standardised testing. Based on the analysis of student participation and performance across four cycles of PISA (2003–2012), this paper examines the challenges that exist in current PISA procedures related to: student sampling, eligibility and identification; assessment methodology; and reporting results. PISA practices, their limitations for scientific inferences and recommendations for design improvements are given.

春秋战国秦汉时期“史”的发展演变

殷周时代 ,一切学术都由统治者直接控制 ,史官之职也是世袭的 ,有着很高的地位和特质 ,所作之史书在一般人心目中也有很高的威信。春秋中期以后 ,史官的修史逐渐受到强暴势力的威胁 ,但仍有史官冒着生命危险修史的例子 ,涌现了一批像董狐、南史氏这样的“良史”。而与此同时也出现了史官屈从于强暴势力的事例。这些事例说明春秋中期以后 ,史官的地位已经发生了微妙的变化 ,趋于低落 ,同时史官本身也出现了许多缺陷和弱点。到战国中期 ,史官的地位已低落到世人羞而为之的地步。而伴随史官地位低落的 ,则是史官修史之风的败坏 ,强暴势力的因素越来越影响史官的修史。到西汉时 ,史官的地位已经低落到和倡优差不多的地步。     

Designing informal learning experiences for early career academics using a knowledge ecosystem model

This article presents a ‘knowledge ecosystem’ model of how early career academics experience using information to learn while building their social networks for developmental purposes. Developed using grounded theory methodology, the model offers a way of conceptualising how to empower early career academics through (1) agency (individual and relational) and (2) facilitation of personalised informal learning (design of physical and virtual systems and environments) in spaces where developmental relationships are formed, including programmes, courses, events, community, home and social media. It is suggested that the knowledge ecosystem model is suitable for use in designing informal learning experiences for early career academics.

Mitigating the Effects of Poverty and Crime: the Long-Term Effects of an Early Intervention Programme for Children who were Developmentally Delayed and Prenatally Exposed to Cocaine

This study explores the long-term impact on participation in the Linda Ray Intervention Program (LRIP) for children (n = 54) who were developmentally delayed and prenatally exposed to cocaine. By identifying a group of programme graduates from a high crime/high poverty neighbourhood in Miami-Dade County using ArcGIS 10.2 software, a quasi-experimental design was used to compare children living in this area who participated in the centre-based modality (5 h a day; 5 days a week) to children living in this area who participated in the home-based modality (3 h per week) on their Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test (FCAT) reading and math scale scores in public school. The children who participated in the centre-based modality reported stronger outcomes in both math and reading FCAT scale scores at the p < .05 level and also out-performed their school-age peers on both math and reading FCAT scores at the p < .05 level.
