教育发展战略的分析框架:价值期待的冲突与整合

教育发展战略是一个诸多利益主体互动的复杂发展过程,教育发展主体关于教育发展的价值期待是构建教育发展战略的重要力量。教育发展价值期待因社会主体的个别差异性以及价值客体的存在状态而存在冲突,而教育发展战略在一定程度上就是创设有利条件去激活教育价值期待冲突的功能性价值,以提升整个教育系统的整合能力和应变能力。因此,不同于传统的理想主义假定,我们强调价值期待冲突在教育发展战略中的客观性,并确立以价值期待的冲突及其整合为核心的分析框架。

进入新世纪,现代教育理念的发展以及各国教育改革的需要促进了教育评价研究的发展。展望未来,教育评价主要表现出以下几种发展趋势:1.教育评价理念的发展性;2.教育评价主体的多元性;3.教育评价范围的扩展性;4.教育评价过程的形成性;5.教育评价实施的校本性。     

Helping or hindering: the role of secondary educators in facilitating friendship opportunities among students with and without autism or developmental disability

This is an interpretivist qualitative study that explores the contexts and dynamics of friendships between three groups of young adults; each group includes an individual with autism or severe disability and nondisabled high school students. The most prominent finding identified in the data was that educators affected opportunities for social interactions between students with and without autism or severe disability. Educator influence on social participation included factors that decreased interactions, such as missed opportunities for social interactions and social consequences of academic supports. Educator influence also included factors that increased interactions, specifically four strategies to increase social interactions and facilitate possible friendships or maintain existing friendships between students with and without autism or severe disability.     

To Me It’s Like Having a Kid,Kind Of: Analysis of Student Reflections in a Developmental Mentoring Program

This qualitative longitudinal study focuses on analyses of journals written by 31 sixth grade students who participated in the Chapel Buddy program. The Chapel Buddy program is a developmental mentoring program that pairs sixth graders with kindergarten students. Mentors responded to guided writing prompts three times during the course of the year. Prompts were designed to encourage mentors to explore their role as mentors and their understanding of the mentor–mentee relationship. Results indicated that the program presented a rich, experiential learning opportunity for the sixth graders to develop a relationship with a younger child, to reflect on what it means to be in a helping relationship, and to examine their experiences as “big kids.” Sixth graders varied in their ability to successfully engage and manage their kindergarten mentees, which in turn meaningfully affected the mentors’ satisfaction. Strategies to maximize the educational value of developmental mentoring programs with younger mentors are discussed.     

Psychological Benefits of Participation in Three-dimensional Virtual Worlds for Individuals with Real-world Disabilities

One hundred and ninety-six individuals with real-world disabilities were administered a battery of psychological adjustment measures soon after joining the three-dimensional virtual world of Second Life^®. After three months, 61 participants who continued to be actively involved in Second Life were re-administered the adjustment measures and completed a survey about their virtual and real-life experiences during the interval between assessments. Participants’ scores significantly improved on measures of affective states (depression, anxiety, positive emotion, life satisfaction, and feelings of loneliness) and self-evaluation (self-esteem). An index of overall change was associated with the number of virtual friends and group affiliations in Second Life, as well as feelings about the self as a result of involvement in the virtual world. The current study provides initial empirical support that three-dimensional virtual worlds can serve as a psychologically beneficial context for individuals with real-life disabilities.

西南地区职业女性参与体育健身现状及发展对策研究

西南地区部分职业女性参与体育健身状况总体上呈积极向上的趋势。目前存在的主要问题是：健身观念意识的片面性、健身内容的单一性、组织管理的薄弱性、科学健身指导的缺乏性、运动场所建设的滞后性、云、贵、川、渝发展的不平衡性。今后的发展策略应立足于：加强对职业女性终身健身理念和正确健身观念的宣传。大力倡导科学健身，广泛推广科学健身的知识、方法和手段。各企事业单位主管体育的部门，对职业女性健身活动应采取主动积极的组织管理措施。

对我国职业排球俱乐部现状的调查及发展对策研究

通过对我国24支职业排球俱乐部的调查研究，发现目前我国职业排球俱乐部的组建及管理形式比较落后，不够完善；内部组织结构不够健全，职业化意识不强；资金来源单一，除上级拨款外。主要从广告赞助中获得资金，缺乏经营渠道。就这些问题，提出完善俱乐部组织形式，由目前的赞助型向股份制和企业独资型转变；明晰产权关系，健全管理体制，建立完善的内部组织结构；加快实现俱乐部管理人员职业化；培育排球市场，同新闻媒体增加沟通，开发新闻媒体的巨大潜在功能；提高运动员的运动技术水平，增强比赛的观赏性。     

对我国体育课程改革发展趋势的探讨

采用献资料，理论分析等方法，对我国体育课程改革现状进行研究，提出体育课程改革不能停留在修补局部教学改革的水准上，必须开展总体课程改革。
