泰山医学院的阅读疗法研究与实践

文章概述了泰山医学院图书馆10年来开展大学生心理同题阅读疗法的理论研究与实践活动的进展情况.从阅读疗法研究的起因、研究内容、研究方法、实践活动及取得的成果等多个方面进行了回顾总结,并对高校图书馆深入开展大学生心理问题阅读疗法研究工作进行了展望.     

运动对不同年龄阶段人群骨密度的影响

骨质疏松症和与年龄相关的骨折是越来越重要的公共卫生问题。人们普遍认为,运动能有效地促进骨代谢。笔者就体育锻炼对不同年龄阶段人群骨密度的影响以及选择正确的运动方式等问题进行了综述。     

Struggling with Science and Status: Physiotherapy – Including Radiology and Cancer Treatment – and Physical Education at the State University in Ghent,Belgium, 1906–1936

The establishment of new academic specialties is an intriguing research topic from a social history of science perspective. In this article we focus on the ‘scientific migration’ within the Higher Institute of Physical Education (HIPE) and the Faculty of Medicine at the State University in Ghent, Belgium. The HIPE was ‘attached’ to the Faculty of Medicine in 1908, a world first that led to an interesting triangular relationship between physical education, physiotherapy, and medicine. The physiatrists (physicians-physiotherapists) who were appointed at the HIPE had to struggle with inferior status with respect to their colleagues within the Faculty of Medicine itself. Territorial power struggles arose on several levels. In 1936, after the first generation of physicians-physiotherapists had retired, physiotherapy was integrated fully into the Faculty of Medicine, and radiology and cancer treatment – which had been considered subsectors of physiotherapy – became autonomous specialties. Physical education, however, retained its inferior academic status.     

高职英语对话教学几种要领

针对高职英语知识输入依然重于应用能力培养的教学现状,根据教育部关于高职高专英语教学的基本要求,通过课堂观察、观摩教学及访谈,提出了高职英语对话教学可操作的五个实施要领,激发学生习得语言的积极性,增进师生、生生之间的对话,活跃英语课堂教学。     

Using sexually explicit material in a therapeutic context

For most of us, sex is a subjective, lived experience that is as unique as our genetic make-up, our upbringing, our thoughts, values, feelings, beliefs and ideas. It is through our erotic interactions, or the absence thereof, that we form aspects of our fluid and mutable erotic paths and identities. Despite the proliferation of sexual imagery throughout our culture, many of us still struggle with what sex means to us, what we do, how we experience it and what that says about who we are as people. Some who struggle with this may seek the services of a psychosexual sex therapist. This paper aims to explain how such services function, why they are necessary and how the use of sexually explicit material, in some psychosexual therapeutic contexts, can help unravel the mixed responses we have to sex and our social conditioning, and enhance our overall relationship to eroticism, pleasure and general well-being.     

浅谈电子媒介对“无思”时代的生产及其教育消解

赫胥黎在《美丽新世界》中告诉我们,人们感到痛苦的不是他们用笑声代替了思考,而是他们不知道自己为什么笑以及为什么不再思考。电子媒介以图像为话语方式,本质上是娱乐性的,以铺天盖地的气势席卷着整个人类的生活,电子媒介的飞速发展催生了“无思”时代的到来。面对这种“无思”的普遍潮流,我们的教育要逆流而上,扭转错误的媒介意识,采取有效的教学方法,力挽狂澜,使人们早日走出“无思”的荒芜。     

《黛西蕾的婴孩》之女性主义文体学解读

女性主义文体学是20世纪90年代中期由美国学者米尔斯提出来的一个新的文体学流派,研究作品中性别歧视和性别差异。通过对命名、情境、爱情片断和对话等女性主义文体学重点元素进行分析,可以看出肖班在《黛西蕾的婴孩》中形象刻画出黛西蕾作为妻子在家庭和社会中的地位：黛西蕾意为＂被渴望的＂谕示着她总在满足他人的意愿,自然情境和社会情境都将黛西蕾置于被动和被否定地位,爱情片断体现出她的无助,对话内容隐含结局。所有这些都反映出黛西蕾是一位传统妻子遵循着父权社会设定的标准,不得不接受命运的安排。     

腕关节损伤治疗的效果观察

目的：分析腕关节损伤原因、治疗现状,探讨腕关节损伤的治疗方法。方法：选取76例腕关节损伤患者,随机分为两组,一组为传统治疗组,用传统休息、中药外敷、理疗等方法治疗。另一组为静力训练组,进行静力训练,牵仲治疗,10天为一个疗程。2～3个疗程后进行疗效观察比较。结果：传统治疗组治愈率和总有效率分别是40．0％和90．6％,静力训练组治愈率和总有效率分别是58．6％和94．5％。两组疗效经统计学检验,有显著性差异（p〈0.01）。结论：静力训练治疗腕关节损伤明显优于传统治疗,可作为此种损伤的预防手段。     

Effectiveness of Brief DBT-informed Group Therapy on Psychological Resilience: A Preliminary Naturalistic Study

This naturalistic study was designed to examine the effectiveness of a 4-week skill-based group therapy that focuses on building resilience. The group, informed by Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT; Linehan, 1993, 2015), targets general clients at college counseling centers and emphasizes mindfulness as a coping strategy to stress, cognitive rigidity, emotion dysregulation, and interpersonal difficulties. Results indicated that group members showed clinically significant improvement in psychological resilience and general mental health at the conclusion of group therapy. Implications are discussed.     

对话教学视域下的教师课堂反馈

有效的教师课堂反馈是对话教学顺利实施的重要保障。从根本而言,对话教学视域下的教师课堂反馈是一种新的提问,这是由对话教学的问题优先性与循环性所决定的。对话教学视域下的教师课堂反馈具有平等性、循环性、开放性以及情境性等特征。并从课堂反馈的目的、课堂话语环境、教师的倾听、教师的提问以及课堂反馈形式等五个方面提出了促进对话的教师课堂反馈策略。
