The Coraline Effect: The Misdiagnosis of Personality Disorders in College Students Who Grew Up With a Personality Disordered Parent

College students may be misdiagnosed as personality disordered when in fact their problems are better explained by their upbringing. Growing up with a personality disordered parent may cause them to initially present with what appear to be personality disordered traits due to issues such as not learning adequate coping skills. Accurate diagnosis is important because it affects current treatment and referrals for longer-term treatment.

小儿霉菌性肠炎12例临床分析

[目的]探讨霉菌性肠炎的病因、发病机制和治疗原则.[方法]对我院2年间收治的12例霉菌性肠炎患儿的一般资料、临床表现、实验室检查及疗效进行临床分析.[结果] 91.6％患儿有应用抗菌素或激素等药物的病史.采用三药联合治疗(制霉菌素、思密达和促菌生即蜡样芽孢杆菌活菌片),75％显效、25％有效,总有效率100％.[结论]多数小儿霉菌性肠炎是由于应用抗生素、激素等药物不当,造成了肠道内菌群失调.提示临床医生警惕此病,防止误诊、漏诊及抗生素的滥用.     

固守与超越--从《万物花开》、《妇女闲聊录》看林白创作中女性意识的流变

从《一个人的战争》到《万物花开》，我们可以看到林白的创作由强烈的女性意识向整个人类与自然界整体生命意识的回归，这无疑是对女性写作一种精神和实践上的超越。同时，这种超越是以林白对女性独特的生命体验和女性生命写作立场的坚守为前提的，因此《万物花开》与林白以前的小说相比较又具有内在的一致性。     

Disordered eating in male athletes: a meta-analysis

We examined the propensity for male athletes to exhibit symptoms of disordered eating. Using meta-analytic techniques, we examined overall effect size, individual effect sizes for specific sport types, standard of athletic competition and diagnostic tools from 31 studies. When all studies were considered as a homogeneous group, male athletes did not have symptoms of disordered eating that were significantly different from non-athletic controls. However, significant moderator effects emerged for sport type and measurement: (a) wrestling reported a greater incidence of disordered eating; and (b) studies that reported data from the Eating Attitudes Test yielded a significantly greater incidence of disordered eating in male athletes compared to non-athletes. Although some sports seem to present a higher risk of disordered eating compared to others, the effects are weak and heterogeneous. We make suggestions for the development of the research area, which has been severely hampered by the diagnostic tools that have been available for the study of men.

目前，青少年犯罪日益严重，且有继续增长的趋势，它已成为一个影响社会治安的亟待解决的问题．本文从优化社会大环境及生活小环境两方面对我国如何预防青少年犯罪进行探析．     

Portrait of the student as a young writer: some student survey findings about attitudes to writing and self‐efficacy as writers

This New Zealand‐based article reports on an analysis of data gathered over two years from upper primary school students on their attitudes to writing and writing instruction and their beliefs about their self‐efficacy as developing writers. Responses from 449 students in five diverse schools are included. Through an online survey administered at the beginning and end of each of the two years, students responded to a range of mostly closed questions. Conclusions (including student comments) were made about students' likes, dislikes and preferences as developing writers. Levels of association between their attitudes and gender and between their attitudes and proficiency levels were explored. Conclusions were also made about how student attitudes affect teacher practice.

职业适应期是职业生涯的一个重要阶段。对河北省内职业适应期中的师专毕业生进行了访谈研究,反映他们生活质量的现状,提出存在的问题,进而思考提升的方法。     

教育目的实现基点:儿童的具体生命——兼论教育个人本位与社会本位的统一

教育目的中的个人本位论与社会本位论不可割裂,两者统一于儿童的具体生命。虽然教育归根结底要受到社会的制约,是为社会培养人,但要以儿童具体生命的成长为基点。儿童生命具有的基于自由本性的超越和生成特征,为以儿童具体生命作为教育目的的基点提供了依据。基于人性的教育目的使教育在成就儿童的具体的个性化生命的同时,也迎来了社会的盎然生机。
