教育研究制度属性及其困惑

价值属性和工具属性构成了制度的基本属性。由于教育科研及其研究者群体的复杂性,教育科研制度与科学制度、教育制度、管理制度和文化制度等,通常会发生交叉与重叠,从而呈现出科学制度属性、教育制度属性、管理制度属性和文化制度属性等多重属性,并由此导致了制度化的诸多困惑,包括制度涵盖的模糊性问题、规制尺度的弹性问题和制度供给结构的失衡问题的出现。     

光子晶体线缺陷波导中的光孤子通信研究

采用平面波展开法分析光子晶体线缺陷波导结构的色散效应,用理论结合数值模拟的方法研究了光孤子的产生机理,给出了波导的色散曲线和入射脉冲的透射谱。结果表明群速度色散(GVD)和自相位调制(SPM)同时起作用时能够实现光孤子传输。     

薪酬差距与薪酬保密:基于文化传统的视角

从文化传统的角度,分析薪酬差距与薪酬制度选择的逻辑关系,找出民族文化在员工对待薪酬差距态度上的影响以及对薪酬制度的选择性偏好,指出薪酬保密虽然是西方通行的做法,但在我国特定的文化传统情境中,却未必适用;相反,透明的薪酬制度有利于和谐劳动关系的建立,加强员工组织承诺,更好地发挥薪酬的激励作用。     

Dimensions of variability in embedded operating systems

Design, implementation, and re-engineering of operating systems are still an ambitious undertaking. Despite, or even because, of the long history of theory and practice in this field, adapting existing systems to environments of different conditions and requirements as originally specified or assumed, in terms of functional and/or non-functional respects, is anything but simple. Especially this is true for the embedded systems domain which, on the one hand, calls for highly specialized and application-aware system abstractions and, on the other hand, cares a great deal for easily reusable implementations of these abstractions. The latter aspect becomes more and more important as embedded systems technology is faced with an innovation cycle decreasing in length. Software for embedded systems needs to be designed for variability, and this is in particular true for the operating systems of this domain. The paper discusses dimensions of variability that need to be considered in the development of embedded operating systems and presents approaches that aid construction and maintenance of evolutionary operating systems. 管理层业绩预告与分析师盈余预测的相互影响：研究现状与启示

统计模型以外,关于公司未来业绩的信息主要来自两个方面：管理层业绩预告和分析师盈余预测。现有研究发现,管理层可以通过业绩预告的发布时间、精度、准确度以及以往的预告声誉等因素影响分析师盈余预测;分析师则可以通过其对市场预期的影响力促使管理层及时披露准确的业绩预告。本文回顾了中美两国关于管理层和分析师互相影响的主要文献,指出了中国现有研究存在的差距,借以发现未来的研究机会。     

山地森林—干旱河谷交错带表层土壤侵蚀率与土壤物理性质的关系

采用野外调查与室内分析相结合的方法,研究了山地森林-干旱河谷交错带表层土壤侵蚀率及其与土壤物理性质的关系.结果表明:岷江上游干旱河谷区不同植被条件下表层土壤侵蚀较为严重,平均土壤侵蚀率为27.58％.土壤侵蚀率与土壤结构破坏率(SPBR)极显著正相关;与土壤有机质含量、＞0.25mm水稳性团聚体含量(WSA)、湿筛后团聚体平均重量直径(MWD)和几何平均直径(GMD)显著负相关.土壤侵蚀率分别与土壤有机质含量、结构破坏率、湿筛后团聚体MWD和GMW、＞0.25mm水稳性团聚体含量建立的回归方程预测效果相对较好.     

Equivalence of Population Variances: Synchronizing the Objective and Analysis

Researchers are often interested in establishing equivalence of population variances. Traditional difference-based procedures are appropriate to answer questions about differences in some statistic (e.g., variances, etc.). However, if a researcher is interested in evaluating the equivalence of population variances, it is more appropriate to use a procedure designed to determine equivalence. A simulation study was used to compare novel equivalence-based tests to traditional variance homogeneity tests under common data conditions. Results demonstrated that traditional difference-based tests assess equality of variances from the wrong perspective and that the proposed Levene-Wellek-Welch test for equivalence of group variances the best performing test for detecting equivalence. An R function is provided in order to facilitate use of this test for equivalence of population variances.

党的先进性与社会主义的历史必然性和优越性密切联系。没有社会主义的历史必然性和优越性,共产党就失去存在价值,更谈不上什么优越性。因此,仅仅从党与阶级的关系角度认识党的先进性,不能不说是传统先进性理论的一个重大缺陷。毛泽东、邓小平、江泽民都在坚持党的工人阶级先锋队性质基础上,不断发展党的先进性理论,特别是江泽民提出的"三个代表",把党的先进性与社会主义的优越性统一起来,实现了党的先进性理论的重大创新和发展。     

Flat-top and low-dispersion optical interleavers based on nested prism pair structure

A novel flat-top and low-dispersion optical interleaver using ring cavities (RCs) in a Mach-Zehnder interferometer (MZI) is proposed. It is composed of eight mirrors and two nested prism pairs. Each prism and the two mirrors behave as a RC. Phase shift of RC is a periodic function of the frequency of the input light which acts as a phase dispersive mirror.
