日本高校研究生培养方式和管理模式的初步探讨 ——以日本神户大学地球行星科学系为例

本文以日本神户大学地球行星科学系地球动力学实验室为例,对日本高校研究生、留学生的培养方式和学校管理模式进行了初步的探讨,期望能对中国研究生培养及学校的管理提供一些有益的借鉴。     

高等艺术职业教育模式改革初探

教育模式是培养目标的具体化,构建一套科学合理的教学内容和课程模式,是实现提高学生素质、培养学生能力、拓宽专业口径的根本保证。艺术高职要实现适应社会需求的培养目标就必须改革传统的教育方式,重建与其相适应的教育模式。

在介绍我国网络杂志几种盈利模式基础上,从媒体三次售卖理论的内容、广告、品牌销售各方面,分析我国网络杂志盈利模式存在的诸多问题,并就网络杂志的盈利模式进行相应探讨,提出一些建议。     

Hands on group work paper model for teaching DNA structure,central dogma and recombinant DNA

Understanding life on a molecular level is greatly enhanced when students are given the opportunity to visualize the molecules. Especially understanding DNA structure and function is essential for understanding key concepts of molecular biology such as DNA, central dogma and the manipulation of DNA. Researches have shown that undergraduate students typically lack a coherent view of concepts and their relationships when studying molecular biology within instruction-based lecture with no other pedagogical applications. In this study, we have designed an experimental to investigate the effect of a hands on paper models exercise within group work （Jigsaw Cooperative learning） on student biology teachers＇ academic achievement and attitudes to biotechnologies. Our goal was to develop a manipulative activity using inexpensive but graphic materials. The sample for this study consisted of 42 student teachers in the department of Biology Education during the 2005-2006 academic year. We have divided the students in two different classes. One of the classes was randomly assigned as the non-paper model （control, n=21） and the other as the paper model group （n=21）. In experimental group cut and paste paper models exercise within cooperative groups, in control group traditional instructional design has been applied in teaching DNA structure, Central Dogma and Recombinant DNA. The posttests of the groups in achievement and attitudes to biotechnologies show significant differences. The results indicated that the paper model group was more successful than the non-paper group.     

Realizing joined-up government — Dynamic capabilities and stage models for transformation

Joining up remains a high priority on the e-government agenda and requires extensive transformation. Stage models are predictable patterns which exist in the growth of organizations and unfold as discrete time periods that result in discontinuity and can help e-government development towards joined-up government. Although stage models may be conceptually appealing, these models are often not empirically validated, do not transcend the level of individual organizations, and provide little practical support to policymakers. Furthermore, they do not include the dynamic capabilities needed by organizations to transform from one stage to the next stage.     

A conceptual model for the development of broadband and e-government

The paper discusses the interconnection of the adoption and diffusion of broadband (‘BB’), e-government (‘EG’) and e-commerce (‘EC’) services. It provides a structured literature review and proposes a conceptual framework for studying the interconnection of the development and adoption of BB, EG and EC. The interconnections of various concepts are shown along with several hypotheses that are thoroughly theoretically grounded. The role of different technology acceptance models is discussed, while the importance of including various aspects in policy preparation analyses is emphasized.     

国外典型教师教育实习模式及对师专升本院校的启示

师专升本院校普遍存在着教师教育实习内容与方式单一化、时间仓促化、评价形式化等问题,严重影响了实践教学的质量.美国PDS模式,德国的资格证书模式以及澳大利亚的实践课程模式在大学与中小学合作、实习的时间安排以及实习评价工作等方面为我们提供了有益参考和改革思路.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND EMPLOYMENT: SOME NOTES ON THE USE OF MODELLING TECHNIQUES AS A RESEARCH TOOL

This paper presents a brief review of the use of macroeconomic models in research on the employment implications of information technology. It makes particular reference to the Austrian study, Microelectronics: Applications, Diffusion and Effects in Austria. The major conclusion is that whilst such models have a value, this is dependent on assumptions made about how technology is used rather than simply upon levels of usage or rates of diffusion. It concludes with a consideration of the applicability of such techniques in the future case of advanced and integrated systems in manufacturing and the service sector.     

区域产业集成创新系统的协同演化研究

产业集成创新是区域产业跨越式发展和建设创新型国家的重要方式和途径。基于系统论对区域产业集成创新系统进行解构,采用系统动力学方法建立了区域产业集成创新系统的因果关系模型,通过从微观角度分析产业集成创新影响因素之间的作用关系,揭示了系统宏观整体的演化特征和演化路径,明确了产业集成创新的关键环节,提出了推进我国区域产业结构的转型升级与产业核心竞争力提升的对策。
