21世纪初，基础教育中的新音乐课程改革早已全面展开并以令人瞩目的速度向纵深推进，而作为为基础教育培养师资的高师音乐教育专业，在教学内容、教学方法、教学理念、课程设置等方面却出现了与基础教育的改革不相适应或与新音乐课程标准相脱节的现象。剖析高师音乐教育的现状，目前应从限制扩招、重新定位培养目标、构建新的课程设置体系以及音乐课程资源的重新开发等几方面着手进行全面改革，以期真正达到高师音乐教育人才培养与新音乐课程标准的统一。     

Complicating methodological transparency

A historical indicator of the quality, validity, and rigor of qualitative research has been the documentation and disclosure of the behind-the-scenes work of the researcher. In this paper, we use what we call methodological data as a tool to complicate the possibility and desirability of such transparency. Specifically, we draw on our disparate attempts to address calls for transparency about methodological processes in our respective dissertation studies in order to examine how novice researchers can explore transparency as a situated, ongoing, and philosophically informed series of decisions about how, when, and if to be transparent about our work. This work contributes to conversations about how qualitative researchers in education can understand, discuss, and teach qualitative inquiry while continuing to push the boundaries of the field.

从研究生的招生录取、课程学习、学位论文撰写三个方面,阐述了加强对研究生招生和培养工作的管理所具有的重要意义及具体操作要求,指出研究生的招生和培养工作离不开教育管理,行之有效的管理工作对保证研究生的生源质量和培养质量有着十分重要的作用。     

关于高中招生制度改革的思考与构想(下)

2004年,17个国家基础教育课程改革实验区将有首批初中毕业生面临毕业和升学,建立与新课程相适应的高中招生制度势在必行。新的高中招生制度应将初中毕业生学业考试的成绩和综合素质评定的结果作为招生录取的主要依据;同时通过建立包括高中学校加试在内的多样化、个性化的高中招生制度,真正改变以升学考试科目分数简单相加作为唯一录取标准的做法。     

The demand for higher education in The Netherlands, 1950–1999

This paper investigates the role of economic factors in the university enrollment decision for the post-war period in The Netherlands. We include those factors standing at the heart of the idea that education is an investment. The econometric results suggest that students are not responsive to tuition fees, but financial support (the sum of loans and grants), the college premium on future labor market earnings, and the alternative wage are important in the enrollment decision.     

高等教育大众化阶段有关问题的探讨

高等教育事业的发展对现代化建设的全局具有深远的战略意义，但对于高速发展进入大众化教育阶段的高等教育来说，也不可避免地带来相关问题，如不采取切实有效的措施加以解决，势必影响高等教育的健康发展。因此，高等教育大众化阶段应解决好数量与质量、规模与效益、招生与就业、普通高等教育与高等职业技术教育等诸多问题。     

Coteaching in Counselor Education: Preparing Doctoral Students for Future Teaching

This phenomenological study explored 10 counselor education doctoral students' coteaching experiences with faculty members. Three coteaching structures identified from the data were relational, operational, and developmental. A definition of coteaching supported by the findings is presented. Implications for counselor education programs, limitations, and directions for future research are discussed.
