有关汉字文化研究的几个基本理论问题

汉字并不是独立于文化体系之外的 ,而是整个文化体系中诸多文化项的一员。研究汉字文化 ,就是要以汉字为核心 ,探讨汉字与其他文化项之间的关系。“汉字文化”与“汉语文化”是两个不同范畴的概念 ,前者来源于汉字自身的形体 ,后者来源于汉字所记录的词 ,不能将二者混为一谈。尽管汉字形体与其他文化项之间存在着密切的关系 ,但它并不具备细致描写文化的功能 ,更不具备最终确认文化的功能 ,因此 ,进行汉字文化研究必须准确把握汉字文化功能的量度 ,而不能随意加以夸大。     

NEGOTIATING POLITICIANS’ RESPONSIBILITIES IN NEWS INTERVIEWS

News interviews are contexts in which political responsibilities are articulated and negotiated. Although the accountability interview is recognized as a commonsense practice in journalism, and the research on political interviews is substantial, it partly remains to explore how responsibilities are negotiated in different forms of questioning in journalism. This study investigates three generic forms of questioning: accountability questioning, the clarifying of promises, and the principal assessments. Key features of the different forms are specified. The empirical study investigates how the questionings are performed in news on industrial crises in Sweden, in the different political regimes in the 1970s and the 2000s. The data consist of 27 news interviews with the formally responsible Ministers. The method is based on Conversation Analysis and includes detailed analyses of questions and answers. The study shows (1) how the forms of questioning differ when it comes to the action agenda and in how responsibilities are invoked and negotiated; (2) how the questionings tend to reproduce particular expectations of Governmental interventions; (3) how increased assertiveness and adversarialness in interviewing coincide with reduced expectations of political responsibilities.     

浅谈我国的违宪审查制度

目前世界各国的违宪审查模式可分为三种。从现行的宪法来看,我国基本倾向于采用权力机关违宪审查模式。这种模式与我国的国情及政治制度基本相适应,但也存在不少的缺陷与问题。所以,我国应建立一个事先由宪法委员会进行预防性立法审查和事后由违宪审查庭进行监督性司法审查相结合的双重违宪审查模式。     

微机上数值计算的内存量

探讨了用C／C 语言编程进行数值计算时微机上可用的双精度double型数据的问题,总结出最多个数为68000个,最佳个数为65000个。这给使用微机的数学工作者和工程技术人员进行C／C 编程提供了参考依据。     

球磨工艺对活性炭孔结构及电化学性能的影响

The effects of particle size of activated carbon （AC） on its wettability, electrode coating technology and electric chemical performance were studied to assemble nonaqueous electric double layer capacitors （EDLCs） for high power requirements. The results show that the specific surface area and total pore volume of AC decrease from 2 137 m^2/g to 1 683 m^2/g, and 0.95 cm^3/g to 0.78 cm^3/g, respectively, if it is ball-milled for 8 h. The pore size distributions are similar in the range of 0.7 nm to 3.5 nm for different ball-milling time. There exists oxidation on the surface of AC during the ball-milling process and the ratios of O-C=O oxygen compositions increase whereas those of C-O, C=O decrease. The peeling strength of AC coated on current collector is almost inverse proportion with the particle size of AC as well as the resistance of EDLCs, and its capacitance decreases about 6%.

锯片对磨机主轴动态分析与优化

以锯片对磨机床为研究对象,利用Pro/E三维软件建立主轴系统三维模型.利用分析软件ANSYS对机床主轴进行模态分析、静力分析,在此基础上得出主轴的固有频率、振型以及受力、变形情况,并利用ANSYS对主轴进行优化设计,为锯片对磨机床的开发提供可靠的设计依据.     

Simplified method of designing FIR filter with controllable center frequency

A novel simplified method is presented to design FIR filter with controllable center frequency. The properties of transfer curves for all-phase filters are illustrated under 3 windowing conditions. By combining single-window all-phase filter design steps and double phase-shift combination, a series of design formulas for point-pass filter, notch filter, band-pass filter and band-stop filter are derived, thus the design computation complexity is greatly reduced. Experiments prove that the center frequency of all the filters can be accurately specified at arbitrary position by adjusting frequency parameters m and λ.
