Reflections on ethical dilemmas in working with so-called ‘vulnerable’ and ‘hard-to-reach’ groups: experiences from the Foodways and Futures project

This article reflects on ethical limitations and dilemmas encountered during fieldwork of the Foodways and Futures project (2013–2016). Foodways and Futures is a qualitative action research project aimed at exploring the food choices of former homeless young people (aged 16–25) in Aberdeenshire. In Scotland, where over 13,000 young people become homeless every year, Foodways and Futures aims to address social injustices as well as the implications of malnutrition in young people. Four interrelated main themes surrounding ethics became apparent during fieldwork: issues of communication, trust, issues with consent forms and power relations. Reflecting on these themes makes it clear that ethical guidelines are not necessarily beneficial for researchers as well as participants, especially if they are part of so-called vulnerable groups.

探讨了习语的语义整体性、结构的固定性、使用的复现性及强烈的民族性，分析了习语的语体色彩、情感色彩和修辞色彩，以及习语的临时变体，发现习语具有部分任意性。     

“双师型”师资队伍建设应尽快实行制度化管理

目前关于“双师型”师资队伍建设的措施及办法的研究已经具有相当的水平，达成了一定的共识，应该真正将这些研究成果付诸实践，用这些研究成果指导实际工作，尽快完善师资队伍建设的管理制度，使师资队伍建设实行制度化管理；要制定切实可行的管理制度，规范教师行为，提高教师的素质，从而使“双师型”师资队伍建设的各个方面都能够制度化。     

“双一流”背景下加强高校党外知识分子思想政治工作实证研究——以湖南中医药大学为例

本文以湖南中医药大学为例,剖析当前中医药院校党外知识分子思想政治工作基本情况及存在的主要问题,提出应在“双一流”背景下构建如下四种机制:建立完善的中医药院校党外知识分子思想政治工作统筹机制、思想政治引领机制、培养选拔机制、关怀激励机制。     

A comparative study of children's concentration performance on picture books: age,gender, and media forms

The reading development of children depends on various sensory stimuli, which help them construct reading contexts and facilitate active learning and exploration. This study uses sensory stimuli provided by picture books using various forms of media to improve children's concentration performance. We employ picture books using four forms of media: conventional picture books, pop-up books, talking books, and e-books. Children in young (Grade 3) and senior elementary school students (Grade 6) are recruited as participants. The NeuroSky MindBand (electroencephalogram) is used as a tool to measure children's concentration. The results indicate that children in Grade 3 express higher concentration and interest than children in Grade 6 in picture books, and the effect of gender is greater than that of grade on the level of concentration invested in the picture book media form and exhibits a significant interaction and effects on children's concentration performance. As a result, we suggest that talking books or e-books, which provide multisensory stimuli, should be selected for elementary school boys. In addition, talking books should be selected for girls in young elementary school students, while conventional books should be used for girls in senior elementary school students to avoid distraction caused by excessive media stimuli.     

双宾语结构中的空动词假设

双宾语结构与与格结构的关系,以及双宾语结构中名词的赋格问题一直悬而未决。本文认为双宾语结构与与格结构不存在转换关系,双宾语结构中存在一个空动词赋予直接宾语以结构格,并且包含[HAVE]的语义成分。

对于二重B值Dirichlet级数∑(m=1,∞)∑(n=1,∞)amn*e＾(-λ)*mAm＾(s-μn＾t)(其中s=σ iη，t=ξ iη)，讨论其在σ,ξ平面中对应参数r的三种不同的表达形式，并分别给出二重B值Dirichlet级数对应的Valiron公式，同时给出Valiron公式在一定条件下的估计形式．     

女性角色心理探析——河南省女科技工作者心理调查

通过对河南省部分女科技工作的调查可知：女科技工作对扮演双重角色的态度是希望二兼顾；对传统性别角色“男主外，女主内”的观念仍有所保留；女科技工作有着良好的敬业精神，但是由于双重角色的困扰，影响着她们的身心健康。     

政府决策过程中的"草根性隐蔽议程":内涵、诱因及双向危害

党的十七大报告明确指出,要发展基层民主,扩大社会主义民主,更好地保障人民权益和社会公平正义。但由于客观和主观的诱因,我国政府决策过程中存在大量的“草根性隐蔽议程“。草根性隐蔽议程具有双向影响,对公民、对政府都会造成极大危害。因此,有必要对草根性隐蔽议程的诱因作出诊断,以便为寻找相应对策打下基础,从而使社会主义新农村建设能有一个良好的政策环境。
