Cytotoxicity of Liposomal Paclitaxel in Breast Cancer Cell Line MCF-7

Regarding that the breast cancer is the most prevalent disease among women, paclitaxel, an anti-cancer drug, could be used in treatment of this disease. As paclitaxel has adverse effects, it was used of nanoliposome drug delivery technology in order to reduce adverse effects and improve drug efficacy. Certain ratios of phosphatidylcholine, cholesterol and paclitaxel were synthesized to prepare nanoliposomal paclitaxel. Using Zeta sizer device, the mean diameter of nanoliposomal paclitaxel was obtained 421.4 nm and its encapsulation efficiency was 91.3 %. By dialysis, drug release in nanoliposome paclitaxel formulation within 28 h was studied which was 5.53 %. This study showed that cytotoxicity effect of nanoliposomal paclitaxel is more than that of the standard form.     

Optimal release conditions for the free throw in men's basketball

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the optimum release conditions for the free throw in men's basketball. The study used hundreds of thousands of three-dimensional simulations of basketball trajectories. Five release variables were studied: release height, release speed, launch angle, side angle, and back spin. The free throw shooter was assumed to shoot at 70% and to release the ball 2.134 m (7 ft) above the ground. We found that the shooter should place up to 3 Hz of back spin on the ball, should aim the ball towards the back of the ring, and should launch the ball at 52° to the horizontal. We also found that it is desirable to release the ball as high above the ground as possible, as long as this does not adversely affect the player's launch consistency.     

基于情感分析与主题分析的“后微博”时代突发事件政府信息公开研究——以新浪微博“天津爆炸”话题为例

[目的/意义] 旨在通过对突发事件舆情研究,探索危机传播管理中的舆情研判方法,并进一步为政府信息公开提供实操方法的建议。[方法/过程] 在理论研究层面,基于危机传播的基本要点,对信息发布效果和舆情实时反馈进行综合分析;在应用处理层面,以新浪微博中“天津爆炸”事件相关信息为例,爬取新浪微博全量数据,基于危机传播领域知识和信息发布文本构建领域词表,并结合危机传播阶段特征,对全量数据进行主题提取和情感分析。[结果/结论] “后微博”时代,微博用户量下降,但其仍旧是突发事件信息公开和舆情扩散的主要阵地。探求突发事件下政府如何利用微博平台,收集、研判、应对网络舆情,为做好信息发布工作提供科学的分析方法和应对手段。

筋膜自我放松效应研究进展

筋膜自我放松（Self-myofascial release,SMFR）是一种通过特殊工具不需要其他人帮助就可实现自我放松的方法,如今被运动员或普通人群广泛使用。近年来有研究成果初步证实SMFR似乎对人体有各种良好效应,比如,提升肌肉柔韧性,减少肌肉酸痛等,但目前对SMFR相关效应认识还不够全面,且机制不是很清楚。通过综述近年来国内外有关SMFR的文献,探究SMFR的急性和慢性效应与其相关机制。结论：短期而言,SMFR似乎对提高人体柔韧性和减少肌肉酸痛很有效,且不影响运动能力;SMFR可能会即刻改善动脉硬化,改善血管内皮功能,增加副交感神经系统的兴奋度;长期而言,SMFR也似乎可以提高人体柔韧性,但观点依然存在争议;SMFR的相关效应可能是通过生物力学和生理学机制实现。

HPLC检测鳗鱼中部分氟喹诺酮类药物残留

建立了高效液相色谱法检测鳗鱼中恩诺沙星、环丙沙星、诺氟沙星等合成抗菌剂残留的方法。样品以乙腈为提取剂,经脱脂、净化、浓缩,用流动相溶解。用高效液相色谱荧光检测器测定恩诺沙星、环丙沙星、诺氟沙星。各标准曲线线性范围0．05—1．20μg／ml,线性相关系数r=0．9911—0．9943,实验回收率为55．0％～85．9％,RSD在5．58％～7．38％（n=5）,检坝4低限分别为1μg／kg,2μg／kg,2μg／kg。

Aresearch project on the greenhouse cultivation of Swertia chirayita Buch Ham, a popular herbal drug used by the Tibetan people against liver and gallbladder diseases, recently passed the acceptance check by a panel of experts under the auspices of Qinghai Provincial S＆T Bureau.
