决策树方法在药物选择模型中的应用

近年来,数据挖掘在IT行业备受关注。数据挖掘技术解决了目前数据贫乏的问题,它通过分析,从大量的、杂乱无章的数据中提取出有价值的信息,这些信息可用于解决如医疗诊断、风险评估等决策问题。决策树方法是数据挖掘中的一个重要内容,文章通过决策树在药物选择中的应用来阐述决策树的构建过程。     

豫北地区猪源致病性大肠杆菌分离与鉴定

从豫北地区发病猪场采得144份仔猪黄、白痢检样，共分离出大肠杆菌63株，经血清学试验鉴定为O2 8株、O139 8株、O101 7株、O138 7株、O20 6株、O60 6株、O95株、O45 3株、O63 3株、O141 2株、O149 2株、O147 1株、O8 1株，另有4株未能定型，以O2，O139，O101，O138，O20，O60，O9等株血清型占优势。对不同分离株进行了药敏试验。本研究结果为豫北地区致病性猪大肠杆菌药物敏感性试验和多价灭活苗的制作提供了基础，对指导规模化养猪场大肠杆菌病综合防治模式的制定，对预防猪大肠杆菌病具有重要意义。

Abstract

Many counselors, psychologists, and social workers assist clients to take psychotropic drugs but recoil from helping clients to rethink drug use or stop taking drugs. They might fear resisting the prevailing ideology, violating “standards of care,” or contradicting physicians' advice. This article discusses withdrawal emergent reactions from prescribed psychotropic drugs and proposes a rational, person-centered approach to help adults stop taking medication. It considers assessment, collaboration with physicians and pharmacists, the client's fear of withdrawal, the importance of gradual taper, and the monitoring of withdrawal emergent reactions. For practitioners who do not personally endorse drug use, it suggests guidelines for adhering to the best standards of care and consent. It also discusses legal and ethical issues related to therapists' concerns and clients' rights. Professionals' and consumers' roles vis-à-vis medication are changing, and a large evidence base documents the risks of medications. In this context, helping clients to withdraw from medications is a corollary to ethical and legal duties to inform clients of the availability and benefits of drugs, and its limits should be framed only by the constraints of practitioner competence and informed consent.

在“中国学术的深层危机”的背景下,编辑成了被追逐、拉拢、攀附、合谋的对象和进攻、暗算、攫取、蚕食的目标。编辑-出版环节之所以成为“学术失范”和“学术腐败”的实现途径,是因为它具备了适宜“学术失范”和“学术腐败”生长的土壤。编辑在具有“把关”权力的同时还具有“放行”的权力,他们既是“把关人”也是“过关人”。面对学术的沉沦编辑无奈作出正确的选择。     

基于指数随机图模型的专利引用关系形成机制研究——以奈拉滨药物为例

[目的/意义] 专利引用关系形成问题是理解创新网络的一个重要问题。传统的回归模型对观察对象设定的独立性假设，无法将网络的结构效应因素整合到模型中来提供综合性的统计推断。指数随机图模型（ERGM，Exponential Random Graph Model）是一种创新性的统计推断方法，它能够将属性特征、自组织特征以及网络协同特征三种特征综合起来观察。[方法/过程] 以奈拉滨药物的专利引文网络作为研究对象，利用ERGM系统检验了影响专利引用关系的五种机制：专利属性的主效应；专利引用时间的差值效应；专利引用关系的聚敛效应；专利引用关系的传递效应；专利引用关系的网络协同效应。[结果/结论] 五种机制都在奈拉滨药物的专利引用关系的形成过程发挥了作用。但三种效应对于奈拉滨药物的专利引用关系的形成作用最为显著：共享发明人关系协同效应、共享家族关系协同效应、传递效应。一些辅助机制也会对专利引文关系形成产生影响，如引文时滞、权利要求数量和参考文献数量。     

论新课改条件下中小学教师心理压力产生原因与缓解策略

新课程的实施是我国基础教育战线一场深刻的变革,目的是全面推进素质教育。对于教师来说,改革可能意味着心理定势、工作方式、竞争方式的改变,也可能意味着评价标准的不确定和利益关系的不平衡,不论是哪种情况,改革都会成为教师压力的重要来源。教师要想办法适应课改的发展,增强自我心理调节的意识,不断提高自己的专业水平,这样才有可能缓解新课程改革带来的压力。     

Does shortening the pitch make junior cricketers bowl better?

In order to get bounce and movement seam bowlers need to bowl the ball “into” the pitch. Standard deliveries by elite players are typically projected at around 7° below horizontal. In contrast, young players currently often need to release the ball almost horizontally in an effort to get the ball to bounce close enough to the batter. We anticipated that shortening the pitch could be a simple way to help young bowlers to release the ball at a better angle and with more consistency. Twenty county or best in club age group under 10 and under 11 seam bowlers were analysed bowling indoors on two different pitch lengths. They were found to project the ball on average 3.4° further below horizontal on a 16 yard pitch compared with a 19 yard pitch, while ball speed and position at release changed negligibly. Pitch length did not affect the consistency of the release parameters. The shorter pitch led to a ball release angle closer to that of elite bowlers without changing release speed, and this should enable players to achieve greater success and develop more variety in their bowling.
