目的:建立硝苯地平缓释胶囊的释放度检查方法。方法:以盐酸溶液(9→100mL)1000mL溶出介质,转速为60r.min-1,取样时间为1h,4h,8h,采用释放度第一法,溶出度第二法测定。结果:硝苯地平在1.834-22.008μg.mL-1的浓度范围内,线性相关性良好。线性方程为:A=70580.3C-4008.4(r=0.9999);平均回收率为100.4%,(RSD=1.14%);6批样品在1h,4h,8h的释放量分别为标示量的15%-40%,30%-65%,50%-80%。结论:本方法便捷、准确、重现性好,可用于硝苯地平缓释胶囊的质量控制。 相似文献

[目的]观察和分析眼科Ⅰ类切口围手术期预防使用抗菌药物的情况,为制定抗菌药物相关的管理制度提供相应的依据,进一步促进医生合理使用抗生素。[方法]采用回顾性的调查方法,选取2018年1月至2019年12月眼科Ⅰ类切口围手术期病例作为观察、分析的群体。采用随机的选择原则,每月选择5%眼科出院病人数,统计全身和局部抗生素的使用情况。[结果]眼科围手术期入选病例127例,共有29类眼科手术。全身预防性使用抗菌药物7例(5.51%),头孢呋辛选用率最高。给药途径包括静脉给药(6例)和口服给药(1例)。局部预防使用抗菌药物120例(94.49%),庆大霉素31例(24.41%),万古霉素14例(11.02%),红霉素27例(21.26%)。红霉素为点眼置于结膜囊,万古霉素和庆大霉素主要为冲洗。[结论]该医院眼科Ⅰ类切口围手术期患者使用抗生素预防感染以局部为主。不合理用药主要包括无需全身用药、药物品种选择不当、首次给药时机不适宜、用药疗程过长、无依据交替换药等问题,有待进一步规范。 相似文献

Red blood cell (RBC)-mimicking nanoparticles (NPs) offer a promising platform for drug delivery because of their prolonged circulation time, reduced immunogenicity and specific targeting ability. Herein, we report the design and preparation of RBC membrane-bound NPs (M@AP), for tumoral photodynamic-immunotherapy. The M@AP is formed by self-assembly of the positively charged aggregation-induced emission luminogen (AIEgen) (named P2-PPh3) and the negatively charged polyinosinic : polycytidylic acid (Poly(I : C)), followed by RBC membrane encapsulation. P2-PPh3 is an AIE-active conjugated polyelectrolyte with additional photosensitizing ability for photodynamic therapy (PDT), while Poly(I : C) serves as an immune-stimulant to stimulate both tumor and immune cells to activate immunity, and thus reduces tumor cell viability. When applied in tumor-bearing mice, the M@AP NPs are enriched in both the tumor region as a result of an enhanced permeability and retention (EPR) effect, and the spleen because of the homing effect of the RBC-mimicking shell. Upon light irradiation, P2-PPh3 promotes strong ROS generation in tumor cells, inducing the release of tumor antigens (TA). The anti-tumor immunity is further enhanced by the presence of Poly(I : C) in M@AP. Thus, this strategy combines the PDT properties of the AIE-active polyelectrolyte and immunotherapy properties of Poly(I : C) to achieve synergistic activation of the immune system for anti-tumor activity, providing a novel strategy for tumor treatment. 相似文献

In this article we argue that interactive writing (IW), an approach to writing instruction, is uniquely supportive of secondary content-area teachers working to integrate meaningful writing instruction without sacrificing time or attention to content. Social work students' stereotypical perceptions of excluded populations could be decisive in the way they treat those who are excluded. In an attempt to change such perceptions and enhance knowledge about how to work with an excluded population, a dialogue-in-class model was implemented between students of social work in Israel and persons with drug addiction. The experiences of 292 students were evaluated by utilizing a semi-structured instrument. The findings indicated the potential of this model (in which representatives of an excluded population are the knowledge providers) to expand and enrich the unidimensional and stereotypical way in which students may perceive persons with drug addiction. The participants drew implications for future practice with excluded populations. These included both the importance of coming to a fuller understanding of the unique difficulties and needs of each person and the necessity of overcoming barriers hindering connection with persons in excluded populations, thus reducing their sense of exclusion. 相似文献
